目的:采用HPLC法测定山西产蒲公英中咖啡酸与绿原酸的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以磷酸(含0.1%磷酸的水溶液)与乙腈的体积比(85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长322nm。结果:咖啡酸的线性范围为0.8μg/mL~4.0μg/mL(r=0.9966),绿原酸的线性范围0.4μg/mL~2.0μg/mL(r=0.9997);平均回收率:咖啡酸98.73%,RSD为2.49%,绿原酸98.82%,RSD为2.71%。结论:咖啡酸和绿原酸质量分数为0.074%、0.028%,品质优良。  相似文献

目的:建立测定银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷的含量测定方法.方法:用HPLC方法对测定银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷进行含量测定研究.色谱柱采用Diamonsil C18(200×4.6 mm 5μm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52∶48)为流动相,检测波长为360 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min.结果:槲皮素在0.174-0.870μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=5),山柰素在0.117-0.585μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=5),异鼠李素在0.040 8-0.204μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5);槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素的平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.96%、99.24%、100.46%.结论:本方法操作简便,重现性好,专属性强,可作银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷的质量控制方法.  相似文献

目的:首次从秋葵荚中分离制备异槲皮苷和槲皮素-龙胆二糖苷对照品并应用高效液相色谱法建立秋葵荚中两种黄酮苷含量的测定方法.方法:色谱柱:Welch Materials XB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相∶甲醇-水(42∶58);检测波长:256 nm;流速:1 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃.结果:异槲皮苷和槲皮素-龙胆二糖苷进样量分别在0.165μg~0.825μg和0.155μg~0.775μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,r=0.9995),平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.2%、100.3%.结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定秋葵中异槲皮苷和槲皮素-龙胆二糖苷的含量.  相似文献

目的:建立蒙药吉祥安坤丸中羟基红花黄色素A的高效液相色谱含量测定方法.方法:采用Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26:2:72),检测波长为403 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃.结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.068~0.408μg范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好(r=0.9997).平均回收率为101.68%,RSD为1.68%.结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,为吉祥安坤丸的质量标准制定及含红花蒙成药制剂的定量分析提供参考.  相似文献

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定青海宽叶荨麻中槲皮素的含量.方法:采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(45∶55∶0.05),检测波长:360nm,流速:1.0mL.min-1,柱温:30℃.结果:槲皮素在5.46~54.6μg.mL-1的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993),回收率为99.3%(RSD=2.0%,n=6).结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可为青海宽叶荨麻质量评价提供有效手段.  相似文献

建立测定川芎中药配方颗拉中咖啡酸的高效液相色谱电化学分析法,并用该方法测定2种不同批号的川芎中药配方颗拉。采用反相高效液相色谱电化学检测法,以Zorbax SB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5.0m)为色谱柱;甲醇-4%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL.min-1:检测电压为0.7V,柱温为30℃。结果:咖啡酸浓度在2.4-8.4μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)为98.9%(RSD=2.1%)。该法是一种快速,灵敏,准确的分析方法,可以为川芎中药配方颗拉的质量控制提供科学依据。  相似文献

目的:建立保和片中橙皮苷的HPLC分析方法.方法:采用Diamonsil C18(5μm×250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,以乙腈-5%四氢呋喃-冰醋酸(10:90:2)为流动相洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为283nm,柱温为35℃.结果:橙皮苷在0.2008~2.4096μg的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9999;橙皮苷的平均加样回收率分别为100.84%(RSD=1.4%)结论:本方法科学准确,重现性好,结果稳定,可有效地控制保和片的质量.  相似文献

文章通过高效液相色谱法,建立红果小檗中小檗碱的含量测定方法。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,迪马Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(50∶50,每100mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g);检测波长:265nm;柱温:室温;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL。线性关系:Y=4009.20X+53.735,R=0.9998,线性范围0.027-1.354μg;回收率:平均回收率为99.43%,RSD=1.12%(n=6)。本法操作简便准确,具有分离度和重现性好、灵敏度高的特点,可作为该药材中小檗碱的含量测定和质量监控方法。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
