分析了Cardif型旋风除尘器的结构以及其结构对性能的影响。根据旋风除尘器的工作原理,按近年出现的旋风除尘器最优设计原则,设计了一种形状与Cardif型除尘器类似,但几何形状、尺寸又不尽相同的新型旋风除尘器。对该新型旋风除尘器的技术参数进行了理论预测和实验测试,模型实验结果表明:所设计的新型旋风除尘器模型技术性能优良,且与理论预测值接近,这说明,对Cardif型旋风除尘器的几何参数设计已取得了初步的了解。  相似文献

为了经济、有效地提高旋风除尘器的耐磨性能和除尘效率,提出了在旋风除尘器内壁设置环缝套圈的增效防磨新方法,在理论上探讨了高速含尘气流对器壁的磨损机理和二次扬尘现象。在2t燃煤锅炉上不同烟气流速下的对比实验表明,该新型旋风除尘器的除尘效率比普通旋风器提高5%,平均阻力系数比普通旋风除尘器降低10%。  相似文献

研究者针对新型旋风除尘器的特点,推导出了计算环流式旋风除尘器内筒分级效率的数学模型,并与L-L横混模型相结合,把环流式旋风除尘器看作部分环流的两个常规旋风除尘器的串联,进行其分离效率的研究。理论计算与实验析比较表明,该数学模型基本反映了新型环流式旋风除尘器内粒子流动、粒子分布以及粒子分离的实际情况。  相似文献

针对目前工业除尘器除尘效率低和经济上、技术上的一些难题,以电厂静电除尘除下来的粉煤灰和空气作为物系,测试了环流式旋风除尘器的分离效率和压降,并推导了环流式旋风除尘器分离效率的数学模型.实验结果表明,环流式旋风除尘器与B型高效旋风除尘器相比,具有压降低、分离效率高的优点.计算结果表明,分离效率模型的计算值与实验值基本吻合.工业应用表明,环流式旋风除尘器处理量大,操作稳定,放大效应小;工业环流式旋风除尘器与常规型旋风除尘器相比,除尘效率提高了15%,压降降低了40%左右.  相似文献

本文从理论上分析了用旋风除尘器清洗锅炉烟气时,锅炉烟尘对旋风除尘器在结构形式上的特殊要求,提出了直锥形(即XZZ型)旋风除尘器的设计方法,井通过了大量的实践验证,说明专门为锅炉烟气除尘而设计的XZZ型旋风除尘器内引起局部磨损的原因的理论分析也是正确的,从而解决了旋风除尘器在锥体部位的局部磨损问题,减少了能量浪费,提高了除尘效率,降低了气流阻力。此外,还介绍了该旋风除尘器在其它条件下的实际使用情况。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
