通过用XRD,FTIR,EDAX和XPS等,对60keV的N离子束在钛合金表面辅助沉积的羟基磷灰石薄膜(HA)表征发现,膜呈非晶结构,膜中Ca/P比高达2.46,远高于HA原材料Ca/P比的数值1.67,沉积中出现C和O的污染,膜中引入了碳酸根基团CO^2-3,并产生了羟基(OH)的丢失,与已有的实验结果不同,实验中发现,这种N离子束辅助沉积的薄膜在Hanks溶液中的抗溶解特性,不是退火试样最好而是未退火状态的膜比前者理优,但它们二者的抗溶解特性又都比钛合金本身强,作者对所观察到的这种新现象作了讨论。  相似文献

本文选C2分子和Ar离子作为沉积源和辅助沉积粒子,采用分子动力学(MD)方法在Si(111)面上模拟研究了离子束辅助沉积(IBAD)类金刚石(DLC)膜的物理过程.重点讨论了C2分子和Ar离子的入射能量及到达比(Ar/C)对平均密度和sp^3键含量的影响,并与Si(001)-(2×1)表面生长类金刚石膜的结果进行比较.结果表明,到达比和入射能的改变,对薄膜结构的影响不同;Si(111)面上生长类金刚石膜,薄膜在衬底的附着力更强.  相似文献

用离子束及离子束和紫外复合因子诱变处理利福霉素产生菌 ,得到比对照菌株发酵效价提高 10 %以上的菌株共 13株 ,其中提高幅度最大可达 4 2 .70 % ,产生高产株最多的诱变剂量为 3× 10 1 4/ cm2 N+ ,而产量最高菌株的诱变剂量是 7× 10 1 5/ cm2 N+ .产生高产株较多的诱变剂量并不一定就是产生增产幅度最大菌株的诱变剂量 .  相似文献

以Li3PO4和Si3N4为靶材,利用离子束辅助沉积N离子流轰击法制备非晶结构的固态电解质LiSiPON薄膜.实验中,通过控制N2气和Ar气的流量比,调节薄膜的含氮量.利用X线衍射、X线能量色散谱仪和X线光电子能谱仪研究薄膜的结构和组织成分的变化,并通过电化学阻抗测试仪获得薄膜的离子电导率,研究不同氮氩比对LiSiPON薄膜结构、组成和电学性质的影响.结果表明:N2和Ar流量比为1∶1时,薄膜含氮量最高,离子电导率达到最大值,在室温时电解质薄膜的离子电导可达6.8×10-6S/cm,是一种有潜力应用于全固态薄膜锂离子电池的电解质材料.  相似文献

用15keV的N+或Ar+注入聚醚砜(PolyetherSulfone简称PES)薄膜,在D=3×10(16)ions/cm2时,纯PES膜表面电导率提高了五个数量级,掺碘PES膜表面电导率提高了四个数量级。在D=3×10(16)ions/cm2时,离子注入PES膜的表面电导率已达到半导体水平且在大气中非常稳定。离子注入引起PES膜先吸收率显著增加。  相似文献

为改善碳纳米管的细胞相容性,通过离子束辅助沉积方法在由化学气相沉淀法制备的多壁碳纳米管表面沉积纳米厚度的碳氮膜以进行表面修饰.通过观察L929小鼠肺部成纤维细胞、EAHY926人内皮细胞和兔血红细胞在修饰前后的碳纳米管表面的黏附和生长状态可知,沉积CNx膜的多壁碳纳米管的细胞相容性优于沉积前,表现出良好的生命活性和增殖状态,同时,较高的N/C比有利于细胞在沉积CNx膜碳纳米管表面的增殖和生长以及细胞形态的伸展.  相似文献

采用离子束反应溅射、等离子体辅助、射频离子源辅助、Kaufman离子源辅助比较不同制备方法对薄膜性能的影响. 镀制了Ta2O5、SiO2两种材料的单层膜及由它们组成的多层膜. 结果表明:离子束反应溅射能够制备出质量最好的激光膜,抗激光损伤阈值达到17.39J·cm-2,等离子体辅助和射频离子源辅助制备的膜层结构致密、散射比和吸收比小,Kaufman离子辅助制备的膜层各项性能指标都相对较低.  相似文献

利用四极杆质谱仪研究了Ar/O2混合气体放电中低频频率和O2含量对离子能量分布和平均能量的影响。研究结果表明当低频频率增大时,离子能量逐渐由中频机制向高频机制变化,其能量分布的马鞍型双峰结构逐渐收缩,变得不明显。Ar+离子由于共振电荷交换的影响获得更多的低能离子,其平均能量比O2+离子的稍低。增大氧气含量,电离率增大,Ar+离子和O2+离子的高低能峰均向高能区移动,最大能量值逐渐右移。同等条件下的Ar+离子的平均能量均低于O2+离子。  相似文献

猪血小板 5 4kD钙结合蛋白 (calciumbindingprotein ,CaBP)是一个等电点为 5 .5的弱酸性蛋白质 ,其N 末端为丙氨酸 (Ala) ,且未经修饰 ,在 2 80nm波长的紫外光激发下 ,该蛋白质具有λmax为 335nm的内源荧光发射光谱 ,Ca2 +、Mg2 +均能减弱其发射荧光的强度 ,但对其λmax没有影响 .通过测定不同Ca2 +浓度下荧光强度的变化 ,可计算出在无Mg2 +存在时 ,该蛋白质的钙结合常数为 3.2× 10 - 8mol/L ,而在Mg2 +饱和条件下 ,钙结合常数为 7.4× 10 - 6 mol/L .乙醇亦不影响该蛋白质荧光的λmax,而对其荧光强度的影响则依赖于是否与钙结合 .未与Ca2 +结合时 ,乙醇浓度的增加导致荧光强度增强 ,与Ca2 +结合后 ,在低浓度乙醇溶液中 ,蛋白荧光强度减小 ,至乙醇浓度大于 16 .6 %后 ,其荧光强度逐渐增强 ,在 35 %乙醇溶液中 5 4kDCaBP对Ca2 +不敏感  相似文献

采用电沉积法,在[EMIm]Tf2N离子液体中选取恒电位制备SiGe膜.为考察SiGe在工作电极表面的反应特性,在[EMIm]Tf2N离子液体中测试不同扫描速率下的循环伏安(CV)曲线,并利用扫描电镜和能谱分析研究SiGe膜的表面形貌和组分.结果表明,[EMIm]Tf2N离子液体中SiGe的共沉积是受扩散控制的非可逆电极过程;在该离子液体中,SiGe共沉积的平均阴极传递系数α=0.175,扩散系数D0=6.64×10-7 m/s.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
