Owing to excellent strength, toughness and corrosion resistance, duplex stainless steels(DSS) are widely used in constructional and petrochemical applications. Sigma phase, which has detrimental impact on the properties, is readily precipitated during hot working of DSS. However, precipitation behavior of sigma phase during superplastic deformation, which is the most significant processing method of DSS, is still unclear. In the current study,the effect of superplastic deformation on the precipitation behavior of sigma phase was investigated in 3207 duplex stainless steel. The result shows that superplastic deformation could prevent sigma phase precipitation generally by increasing mobility of grain boundaries and decreasing misorientation of the sigma phase boundaries, resulting in some sigma phase precipitated on the twin boundaries. Most of the sigma phase precipitated on ferrite-austenite interface with misorientation of 20–25°, while it precipitated in ferrite or austenite with the misorientation of 40°–45°. The orientation relationship between sigma phase and matrix matched well in austenite and on the ferrite/austenite interfaces, while it showed a small misfit in ferrite. The prevention effect of the superplastic deformation on the sigma phase precipitation was beneficial to quasi stable deformation stage,resulting in longer elongation.  相似文献

对实验证实的683条大肠杆菌sigma70启动子的序列进行保守性计算分析,获得四个保守的区域:-10区域是启动子最保守的功能元件,-35区域、转录起始位点附近及启动子上游UP单元.从保守区中选取M 6(1)值较大的10个保守位点的六联体频数作为参数、引入伪计数构建位置权重矩阵,利用位置关联打分函数对683条sigma70启动子进行预测.负集分别从编码区和非编码区选取700条序列进行算法检验,获得很好的结果,敏感性分别为91%和90%.进而利用位置关联打分函数对大肠杆菌整条序列进行搜索,获得1567条预测序列.这些序列可能是实验未测定的启动子序列.  相似文献

由5-溴-2-羟基苯基苯甲酮和苯甲酰肼通过缩合反应,合成了一种新的芳香酰腙化合物:5-溴-2-羟基苯基苯甲酮苯甲酰腙.通过X射线单晶衍射对该化合物进行晶体结构的表征.研究表明,该酰腙为单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/c,晶胞学数据为a=17.505(5)nm,α=90.00°,b=13.761(4)nm,β=94.546(6)°,c=7.219(2)nm,γ=90.00°.V=1733.4(9)nm3,Z=4,μ=2.387mm-1,Dc=1.515mg/m3,F(000)=672,Final R indices[I>2sigma(I)]R1=0.0439,wR2=0.0813 R1=0.1051[I>2sigma(I)],wR2=0.1007(all data).  相似文献

利用六西格玛(six sigma)统计工具对电化学硫化氢(H2S)气体传感器的气体敏感特性进行了研究, 并运用Minitab 软件对测试数据进行了系统分析. 结果显示, 所测电化学气体传感器对H2S气体响应良好, 灵敏度平均值为0.82 μA/10−6H2S. 在H2S 传感器的量程范围(0∽100×10−6)内, 传感器的响应输出值与H2S 气体体积分数呈现良好的线性关系, 相关指数RSq=99.9%; 传感器对气体的响应速度较快, 响应时间T90 < 20 s. 同时讨论了温度变化对H2S 传感器灵敏度和响应输出值的影响.  相似文献

The signal to noise ratio (SNR) of conventional sigma delta analog to digital converter (∑△ADC) reduces with input signal strength. The existing concept of adaptive quantization is applied to the design of ∑△ADC to improve SNR with high dynamic range. An adaptive algorithm and its circuit implementation is proposed. Because of the error due to the circuit implementation, an error self-calibration circuit is also designed. Simulation results indicate that SNR can he nearly independent of the signal strength.  相似文献

Oestrogen exerts its influence on target organs through activating oestrogen receptors (ERs) and regulating downstream genes by means of their oestrogen-responsive elements. Efp, a target gene product of ER alpha, is a member of the RING-finger B-box coiled-coil (RBCC) motif family. Efp is predominantly expressed in various female organs as well as in breast cancers, and is thought to be essential for oestrogen-dependent cell proliferation and organ development Efp-disrupted mice display underdeveloped uteri and reduced oestrogen responsiveness. Here we show that Efp is a RING-finger-dependent ubiquitin ligase (E3) that targets proteolysis of 14-3-3 sigma, a negative cell cycle regulator that causes G2 arrest. We demonstrate that tumour growth of breast cancer MCF7 cells implanted in female athymic mice is reduced by treatment with antisense Efp oligonucleotide. Efp-overexpressing MCF7 cells in ovariectomized athymic mice generate tumours in the absence of oestrogen. Loss of Efp function in mouse embryonic fibroblasts results in an accumulation of 14-3-3 sigma, which is responsible for reduced cell growth. These data provide an insight into the cell-cycle machinery and tumorigenesis of breast cancer by identifying 14-3-3 sigma as a target for proteolysis by Efp, leading to cell proliferation.  相似文献

本文研究了焊后热处理对异种钢焊接用的Cr—Ni奥氏体不锈钢焊条熔敷金属韧性的影响,探讨了脆化行为及机理。结果表明,焊后热处理时,显微组织中碳化物和σ相的析出是冲击韧性急剧下降的主要原因。焊条合金系统不同时,脆性相析出的数量及分布不同,金属的脆化倾向各异。Cr20—Ni10—Mn6合金系统对σ相的转变有一定的抑制作用,熔敷金属的脆化倾向较小。  相似文献

14-3-3 proteins are crucial in a wide variety of cellular responses including cell cycle progression, DNA damage checkpoints and apoptosis. One particular 14-3-3 isoform, sigma, is a p53-responsive gene, the function of which is frequently lost in human tumours, including breast and prostate cancers as a result of either hypermethylation of the 14-3-3sigma promoter or induction of an oestrogen-responsive ubiquitin ligase that specifically targets 14-3-3sigma for proteasomal degradation. Loss of 14-3-3sigma protein occurs not only within the tumours themselves but also in the surrounding pre-dysplastic tissue (so-called field cancerization), indicating that 14-3-3sigma might have an important tumour suppressor function that becomes lost early in the process of tumour evolution. The molecular basis for the tumour suppressor function of 14-3-3sigma is unknown. Here we report a previously unknown function for 14-3-3sigma as a regulator of mitotic translation through its direct mitosis-specific binding to a variety of translation/initiation factors, including eukaryotic initiation factor 4B in a stoichiometric manner. Cells lacking 14-3-3sigma, in marked contrast to normal cells, cannot suppress cap-dependent translation and do not stimulate cap-independent translation during and immediately after mitosis. This defective switch in the mechanism of translation results in reduced mitotic-specific expression of the endogenous internal ribosomal entry site (IRES)-dependent form of the cyclin-dependent kinase Cdk11 (p58 PITSLRE), leading to impaired cytokinesis, loss of Polo-like kinase-1 at the midbody, and the accumulation of binucleate cells. The aberrant mitotic phenotype of 14-3-3sigma-depleted cells can be rescued by forced expression of p58 PITSLRE or by extinguishing cap-dependent translation and increasing cap-independent translation during mitosis by using rapamycin. Our findings show how aberrant mitotic translation in the absence of 14-3-3sigma impairs mitotic exit to generate binucleate cells and provides a potential explanation of how 14-3-3sigma-deficient cells may progress on the path to aneuploidy and tumorigenesis.  相似文献
