采用改进的平板法进行聚丙烯、 玄武岩纤维掺量对超高强混凝土抗裂性能影响的试验研究,并将掺量为6 kg·m-3的玄武岩纤维和体积掺量为1%的钢纤维分别与不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维进行混杂,研究混杂纤维超高强混凝土的抗裂性能. 试验结果表明,纤维掺入超高强混凝土中能改善超高强混凝土的早龄期抗裂性能,并且混杂纤维混凝土的抗裂性能要明显优于单掺一种纤维的混凝土,体现出正混杂效应.  相似文献

通过对聚丙烯-玄武岩混杂纤维再生混凝土(recycled aggregate concrete,RAC)立方体试件进行高温后力学性能试验研究,分析了不同纤维掺量及不同目标温度对混杂纤维RAC抗压强度及劈裂抗拉强度的影响,还探讨了不同高温下混杂纤维RAC试件的表观形态和质量损失。结果表明:同样高温作用下,与素RAC相比,混杂纤维RAC试件的表面损伤程度有所降低,质量损失率略有增大,而且除200℃外,随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加其质量损失率逐渐增大。混杂纤维RAC试件的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度随所受温度的升高先增大后减小,200℃温度下强度均略有增大。在相同温度条件下,掺入混杂纤维的RAC的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均大于素RAC,其中聚丙烯和玄武岩纤维掺量均为0.1%时试件强度为同温度条件下最高。通过对试验数据的统计分析,建立了不同纤维掺量下混杂纤维RAC的相对抗压强度和相对劈裂抗拉强度随温度变化的关系式,为RAC在工程实际中的应用提供了一定的参考价值。  相似文献

结合道面混凝土的使用特点及要求,为提高道面混凝土的基本力学性能,对钢-玄武岩混杂纤维道面混凝土(steel-basalt hybrid fibers reinforced pavement concrete,简称SBHFRPC)的工作性及基本力学性能进行了比较系统的试验研究。试验通过对比分析研究了钢纤维以0.9%、1.2%、1.5%、1.8%四种体积掺率和玄武岩纤维以0.05%、0.10%、0.15%三种体积掺率相互混杂对机场道面混凝土抗折、抗压强度性能的影响规律,同时,对钢-玄武岩混杂纤维机场道面混凝土的基本力学增强机理进行了一定的分析。试验结果表明:混杂纤维对道面混凝土有较好的力学增强性能,在钢纤维掺量为1.5%,玄武岩纤维掺量为0.10%时达到最佳。  相似文献

采用渗水高度法对纤维掺加量为0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%的玄武岩纤维混凝土、聚丙烯纤维混凝土以及混杂比分别为1∶1、1∶2、2∶1的玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土进行28d龄期的抗水渗透性能试验.得到各系列混凝土的渗水高度变化规律.结果表明:玄武岩纤维系列对混凝土基体抗渗性有较小的提高;聚丙烯纤维系列对基体混凝土抗渗性有很大提高;1∶1混杂纤维系列在小掺量时与聚丙烯纤维系列相差不大,但随掺量的增大,对基体的抗水渗透性能有降低作用;1∶2混杂纤维系列对基体的抗水渗透能力在掺量0.6%左右提高了21%;2∶1混杂纤维系列在掺量0.3%时,对基体混凝土的抗水渗透性能提高了25%.通过分析试验数据,阐述玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维改善混凝土抗渗性能的机理,以及发生混杂效应的原因.  相似文献

为研究混杂纤维混凝土抗冻性能,采用慢冻法对纤维掺加量为0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%的玄武岩纤维混凝土、聚丙烯纤维混凝土以及混杂质量比分别为1:1、1:2、2:1的玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土进行50次、100次、150次冻融循环试验.通过分析其强度和质量损失率,得到各种纤维混凝土50次、100次、150次冻融循环条件下的强度和质量损失的规律,并找到了各种冻融条件下对强度损失和质量损失改善最佳的纤维掺量.研究表明,加入纤维增强了基体混凝土抗冻性;混杂纤维系列纤维对混凝土抗冻性能的改善优于单掺纤维系列.  相似文献

通过自密实性能试验和早期拉压强度试验,研究不同体积掺量的玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维以及玄武岩-聚丙烯腈混杂纤维对自密实混凝土的流动性、间隙通过性以及7d劈裂抗拉强度和立方体抗压强度的影响.试验结果表明,随着纤维掺量的增加,自密实混凝土的流动性和间隙通过性会逐渐降低;混杂纤维对自密实混凝土抗拉强度的提升效果较抗压强度更为显著,当玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维的掺量分别为0.20%和0.12%时,劈裂抗拉强度的增幅最大,较素自密实混凝土提高了87.5%.  相似文献

玄武岩纤维(basalt fiber,BF)是一种新型无机纤维材料,具有较好的延性,抗拉强度高,密度小,且在建筑工程使用中具有较突出的经济优势,为再生混凝土力学性能的改善提供新的思路.针对C30混凝土强度等级,研究了玄武岩纤维掺量(体积分数,下同)分别在0.1%、0.2%、0.3%情况下,不同再生粗骨料替代率的抗压和劈裂抗拉性能.试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维会降低再生混凝土的流动性,增大水泥基体间的摩擦力,并对再生混凝土立方体抗压强度和劈裂拉伸强度具有一定的增强、增韧效果.玄武岩纤维掺量为0.3%,再生粗骨料替代率40%时C30混凝土抗压强度达到最大值.纤维掺量为0.1%时,再生混凝土劈裂拉伸强度的增加趋于稳定,为再生粗骨料在混凝土工程实践中的应用提供指导和借鉴.  相似文献

为研究玄武岩纤维对再生混凝土轴心受拉性能的影响,通过自行设计的混凝土轴拉试验装置,对不同玄武岩纤维体积掺量下(0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%和0.5%)的玄武岩纤维再生混凝土(basalt fiber recycled aggregate concrete,BFRAC)进行了轴心受拉试验,并分别与玄武岩纤维增强混凝土(basalt fiber reinforced concrete,BFRC)进行比较.研究结果表明,随着纤维掺量的增加,BFRAC的初裂强度、轴拉强度、初裂应变、峰值应变和初始弹性模量均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,纤维掺量为0.3%时,各项轴拉性能达到最大值,对应的提升率分别为40.5%、35.4%、10.4%、22.4%和16.9%.玄武岩纤维对再生混凝土轴拉性能的提升效果要优于普通混凝土.  相似文献

为了研究混杂纤维对自密实混凝土(SCC)工作性能及力学性能的影响,进行了4种纤维体积掺量(0%,0.05%,0.1%和0.15%)的纤维自密实混凝土(玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维以及玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维)的塌落度扩展度试验、J型环试验和28d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度试验,并通过SEM图像分析纤维自密实混凝土的微观形貌。结果表明:纤维掺量的增加导致自密实混凝土流动性能下降,但仍满足自密实混凝土工作性能的要求;混杂纤维的掺量在一定范围内,对自密实混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度均有不同程度的提高作用。可见获得纤维的合理掺量十分重要。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
