近年来,高校化工类实验室屡发事故,对实验室内外人身和财产安全产生了巨大的威胁.为了减少实验室安全事故,加强高校技术安全保障工作,该文提出了建设化工类实验室安全文化体系.引入PDCA循环模式,分析了化工类实验室安全文化的建设内涵,将文化体系分为事物文化、精神文化和制度文化三个阶段,系统研究了高校化工类实验室的安全文化体系建设问题.研究了安全文化评价指标体系的建设,形成了化工类实验室安全文化体系可持续性和自我完善性的发展模式.     

居民家庭收入满足度及其影响因素研究——基于锦州城市居民的调查分析

用两种方法对收入满足度进行了整体测定与评价,一是比值法,实际收入与期望收入的比值;二是将收入满足度作为一个主观变量,将其划分为5个等级并赋值,完全不满足=1,不满足=2,较满足=3,满足=4,完全满足=5.对影响收入满足度的因素分项交叉制表分析,以多分类Logistic模型做相关与回归分析.结果表明,锦州市民收入满足度集中在较满足水平,家庭收入层次普遍较低,年龄、性别、学历、收入层次、收入差距是重要影响因素.建议缩小居民收入差距,增加居民家庭收入,提高高学历者薪酬,鼓励年轻人创业.     

东风本田员工月收入与受教育程度、年龄的回归分析模型

本文运用相关和线性回归等统计方法,对影响企业员工月收入的两组变量教育程度和年龄分别进行了相关分析、线性回归分析,建立了收入模型,分析了企业员工收入主要受教育程度因素的影响。     

社会资本影响技术创新机理的实证研究

提出社会资本影响技术创新机理的概念模型,通过问卷调查取得相关数据并采用结构方程模型对其进行实证研究。结论表明,社会资本影响企业的技术创新,其中,企业内部关系网络资源对企业技术创新起着重要的作用,企业与政府和大学之间的社会资本对技术创新起着次要的作用,研发仍然是企业知识创造的重要源泉。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
