Zusammenfassung Die Wirkung von Glukagon auf den Fettstoffwechsel gesunder Hunde wird untersucht. Intravenöse Verabreichung von 1 mg kristallinem Glukagon bewirkt weder im Serum-Cholesterin- noch im -Gesamt-lipidgehalt wesentliche Abweichungen und auch die Veränderung der Lipoproteinfraktionen ist nicht signifikant. Die Blutzuckerwerte sind bei sämtlichen Tieren stark erhöht.

Carbaryl intoxication results in important modifications of the Mouse ERG, with an increase of the latency and a decrease of the amplitude, then a suppression of b-wave. This action is supposed to be provoked by the anticholinesterasic properties of carbamates, which result in a section of retinian synapses.

Zusammenfassung Nach letaler Röntgenbestrahlung wurde eine Zunahme der Triglyceride, aber keine Veränderung der freien Fettsäuren im Kaninchenplasma gefunden. Eine Belastungsprobe mit I¹³¹ markierten Trioleins hat zu keiner Verhinderung der hepatischen Akkumulierung dieses Stoffes in den bestrahlten Tieren geführt. Der Befund weist darauf hin, dass nach Röntgenbestrahlung keine Störung des Fetttransportes aus dem Plasma resultiert, sondern dass die Lipämie eventuell durch abnorme Chylomicra zustande kommt.

Résumé Le contenu de protéine, de RNA et de DNA dans les tissus de foie, de cur et de rognon a été étudié chez des rats albinos traités à l'émétine. Le traitement a réduit la concentration de la protéine et du DNA dans le foie et dans le rognon. Dans le cur, cette concentration ne fut pas altérée d'une maniére significative. On suggère que l'émétine non settlement empÊche la synthèse de la protéine, mais réduit aussi sa désagrégation.

Riassunto In aerobiosi lad-l-gliceraldeide a notevoli concentrazioni ha una lievissima azione inibente sulla ossidazione del glucosio e sulla incorporazione di leucina-C¹⁴. In condizioni di anaerobiosi invece lad-l-gliceraldeide in concentrazioni medie inibisce notevolmente sia la glicolisi che la incorporazione di leucina-C¹⁴.
