目的 观察蛋壳提取物水剂对实验性大鼠和小鼠胃溃疡的影响.方法 用剂量为0.5,1.0,2.0 g/kg蛋壳提取物水剂及4.0 g/kg胃苏冲剂给大鼠灌胃,连用7 d.小鼠采用0.6,1.2,2.4 g/kg蛋壳提取物水剂和6.0 g/kg胃苏冲剂灌胃,连用7 d.观察各药对应激型、幽门结扎型、醋酸型大鼠溃疡模型和乙醇型小鼠胃溃疡模型的影响.用碱滴定法测定胃液游离酸度、总酸度,用Anson法测定胃蛋白酶活性.结果 与对照组相比,蛋壳提取物水剂可降低大鼠胃溃疡指数,减少溃疡面积,降低幽门结扎型胃溃疡胃液量、游离酸及总酸度,并降低胃蛋白酶活性.结论 蛋壳提取物水剂具有抗实验性胃溃疡的作用,尤其对老年大鼠效果显著.  相似文献

五味子具有护肝降酶、抗氧化、抗炎、改善睡眠、降脂降糖、免疫调节等多种药理活性,五味子醇提物、水提物、挥发油、总三萜类、总木脂素类及木脂素单体均具有一定的抗炎作用,五味子的抗炎机制主要通过调节炎症信号通路的活性及减少TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,NO,PGE_2等炎症因子的产生与释放而发挥作用.现对五味子醇提取物、水提取物及五味子木脂素类单体的抗炎作用及作用机制的相关研究进行综述,以期为五味子的临床应用及产品开发提供参考.  相似文献

β-1,3-葡聚糖抗实验性胃溃疡作用研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
β-1,3-葡聚糖对小鼠水浸应激性胃溃疡、乙醇或阿司匹林损伤性胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎性胃溃疡和乙酸腐蚀性胃溃疡等有非常显著的预防或治疗作用(p<0.01~0.001),而且均有良好的剂量效应关系.其中小分子β-1,3-葡聚糖的抗溃疡作用优于大分子β-1,3-葡聚糖;β-1,3-葡聚糖抗溃疡作用机制与其对胃酸和胃蛋白酶分泌的影响无关,而可能与其对胃粘膜的直接接触和对免疫细胞的调节作用有关.  相似文献

目的:观察玉簪提取物的抗炎作用.方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管扩张法观察玉簪提取物的抗炎作用.结果:研究表明6.6,13.2,26.4 g/kg玉簪提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀抑制作用分别为4.5%、34.4%、52.0%,对冰醋酸引起毛细血管通透性抑制作用为6.0%、31.3%、54.6%.结论:玉簪提取物具有显著的抗炎作用,有待进一步开发利用.  相似文献

目的对比研究北五味子不同方法提取物的抗疲劳、抗氧化、镇静催眠活性作用.方法采用超临界CO2萃取法、乙醇回流提取法、热水提取法对北五味子进行三级提取;采用小鼠力竭游泳实验观察超临界油和醇提物的抗运动性疲劳作用,采用体外检测羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基实验观察醇提物和水提物的抗氧化作用,采用阈剂量戊巴比妥钠催眠实验观察水提物对小鼠的镇静催眠作用.结果北五味子超临界油、醇提物和水提物质量占比为21.67%,29.17%和31.5%.超临界油和醇提物均能延长小鼠运动时间,且超临界油延长时间长些;水提物和醇提物对羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均具有抑制作用,且醇提物抑制能力强些;水提物能明显减少小鼠自主活动次数,增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠只数,并缩短小鼠睡眠潜伏期,延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠时间.结论北五味子超临界油和醇提物具有抗疲劳活性,且超临界油强些;醇提物和水提物具有抗氧化活性,且醇提物强些;水提物具有镇静催眠活性.本实验对利用北五味子提取物研发五味子保健食品具有指导意义.  相似文献

研究了五味子提取物在卷烟中的应用,采用鹤庆五味子为原料,对五味子提取物的提取工艺进行了优化,检测了五味子提取物的物理性状并用气相色谱-质谱法测定了五味子提取物的挥发性成分.对五味子提取物对卷烟的感官评吸结果和对卷烟烟气有害成分的影响进行了初步试验,发现五味子提取物所含香气成分丰富,具有改善卷烟抽吸品质,清除自由基和降低烟气有害成分的作用,是理想的烟用添加剂.  相似文献

实验通过建立SD大鼠幽门结扎致胃溃疡模型和药物致胃溃疡模型,并测量实验大鼠溃疡指数、胃液的p H值、胃液总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性,来观察藏药六味木香丸对大鼠幽门结扎致胃溃疡及药物致胃溃疡的影响和机制.实验结果表明,六味木香丸能明显或部分降低幽门结扎致大鼠胃溃疡模型和消炎痛致大鼠胃溃疡模型的溃疡指数;同时对幽门结扎致大鼠胃溃疡模型药物能明显或部分减少胃液的分泌量,升高胃液p H值,降低胃液总酸度(均P0.05或P0.01),显示出药物对胃酸的分泌有一定的抑制作用和碱化胃液效应,但对胃蛋白酶的分泌未见明显影响(P0.05).由上述结果可知,藏药六味木香丸对大鼠实验性胃溃疡具有一定的保护作用.  相似文献

目的 研究具有保健作用的8种植物花蕾提取物抗脂质过氧化作用。方法 采用TBA法观察8种植物花蕾提取物对大鼠肝、肾、脑组织匀桨脂质过氧化。结果 这些花蕾提取物均不同程度地降低大鼠肝、肾、脑组织匀桨脂质过氧化,作用强度与浓度成正比。结论 这些花蕾提取物均不同程度具有抗脂质过氧化作用。  相似文献

目的:研究胃仙治效剂对胃溃疡的作用。方法:接改良的OKabe法和使用乙醇制造大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型。实验大鼠分为四组,即对照组(蒸馏水)、法英替丁用(3.6mg/kg/日)、胃仙治高剂量组(浓度100%)、骨仙治低剂量组(浓度50%)。乙醇所致的溃疡组,模型制备后三天开始给药,乙醇所致溃病组模型制备前给药。均每日二次灌胃,连续15天,每次给药2.0ml/200g容积。最后一次给药的次日剖检大鼠,计算溃疡指数及观察有无穿孔。结果:给药组作用与对照组相比,均有显著性差异,胃仙治高剂量组作用优于法莫替丁组。结论:胃仙治煎剂具有抗大鼠实验性溃疡作用。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
