测定了含铬的钛锰合金吸放氢量和压力组成等温线。少量铬的加入有效地提高了不加均匀化高温热处理的钛锰合金的吸氢活性,显著地增大了吸放氢量,其吸放氢性能最优的组成为TiNn_(1.20)Cr_(0.15)—TiMn_(0.12)Cr_(0.25)。  相似文献

采用机械合金化方法制备Mg-50wt.%Ti1-xCx(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)贮氢合金.x-射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,合金主要由Mg、Ti、c以及二元合金相Ti2C0.06和Mg2C3组成,随着球磨时间增加,合金的非晶化程度提高.压强-成分-温度(Pcr)测试结果显示,Mg-50wt.%Ti1-xC(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)合金的贮氢量分别为2.96、2.95、2.76、2.6wt.%;随着碳含量的增加,样品吸氢量逐渐减少,放氢温度和平台压也随之下降;适当增加球磨时间可降低吸放氢温度.  相似文献

为了考察Mo部分替代Ti对高容量V_(40)Ti_(50)Fe_(10)合金储氢性能的影响,采用电弧熔炼制备了V_(40)Ti_(50-x)Mo_xFe_(10)(x=0~30)合金,系统地研究了该系列合金的结构和储氢性能随Mo替代Ti含量的变化规律,并探讨合金储氢容量的衰退机制。研究表明:该系列合金均由主相体心立方(BCC)固溶体和少量的C14型Laves第2相组成;Mo取代Ti并未改变合金的主相结构,但Laves第2相的含量明显降低,合金整体均匀性增加;随着Mo含量的增加,BCC相的晶胞体积逐渐减小,合金的放氢量总体呈现下降趋势但中间出现波动状态,而放氢平台压则持续上升;在这一系列合金中,V_(40)Ti_(40)Mo_(10)Fe_(10)合金的储氢性能较优,具有相对宽泛且平坦的放氢压力平台,可逆储氢量较高,且室温下吸放氢过程均可在5 min内完成。循环测试表明,合金氢化物在吸放氢过程中会形成难以活化的TiFe相,导致合金出现成分分离,影响合金的稳定性,从而造成储氢容量衰退。  相似文献

样品在氩气氛下采用高频感应炉制备,所有样品经过均匀化热处理。在20,40和60℃下测量CeNi_(5-x)Cu_x饱和吸氢量,吸氢动力学曲线和放氢曲线。 在20和40℃,CeNi_3Cu_2压力一组成等温图中有较宽和明显的平台压力区,吸、放氢速度较快。若用Cu取代CeNi_5中部分Ni则成本可有所降低。CeNi_3Cu_2是很有发展前途的贮氢材料。CeNi_5和CeNi_4Cu在相同条件下不具有吸氢性能。CeNi_(5-x)Cu_x具有CaCu_5结构。  相似文献

本文研究了以富镧混合稀土(简称Ml)为吸氢元素组成的MlNi_(5-x)M_x(M为Al等合金元素)合金的贮氢特性。测定了试验合金在不同温度下的等温线和动力学曲线及吸、放氢前后的品格常数的变化,计算出该合金氢化物的热焓和熵变,并就主要贮氢特性与MlNi_5和LaNi_5比较,说明本合金只有一系列的优点,特別是抗中毒和再生性能优良,是一种很有价值的贮氢合金。  相似文献

根据贮氢合金气态吸放氢性能及其热力学参数测定标准,自制了测试装置,并且研究了压力-成分-温度曲线的测定和计算方法.通过对TiFe0.8Mn0.2合金的性能测试,证明了测试结果是可信的.同时也证明Ti-Fe0.8Mn0.2合金具有较好吸放氢性能和动力学性能.  相似文献

研究了w(Y)变化对La1-xYxNi4.8M0.2(x=0.2,0.5)贮氢合金的晶胞参数、热力学性能、动力学性能和平台特性,及其抗粉化性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着w(Y)的增加,吸放氢平台压力升高,平台斜率增大,滞后因子略有增加,贮氢容量减少,吸氢动力学性能略有下降,但抗粉化性能却明显提高.研究发现,X射线衍射图谱中(111)主峰半高宽值与合金的滞后因子具有相同的变化趋势.  相似文献

用快淬技术制备Mg2-xLaxNi(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)贮氢合金,用XRD,SEM和HRTEM分析合金的微观组织结构;测试合金的气态及电化学贮氢动力学。结果表明:快淬二元Mg2Ni合金具有典型的纳米晶结构,而快淬La替代合金明显地具有非晶结构,La替代Mg提高Mg2Ni型合金的非晶形成能力。La替代Mg明显地改变Mg2Ni型合金的相组成,当x=0.4时,合金的主相改变为(La,Mg)Ni3+LaMg3。快淬及La替代明显影响合金的气态及电化学贮氢动力学,La替代使合金的吸氢动力学先降低后增加,但使合金的气态脱氢及电化学贮氢动力学先增加后降低。快淬对合金气态及电化学贮氢动力学的影响与合金的成分相关,对于La0.4合金,合金的气态吸氢动力学随淬速的增加先增加后减小,其放氢动力学随淬速的增加而增加。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
