基于分区粒子群算法的焊接机器人路径规划

点焊机器人在焊接过程中通常要遍历很多焊点,如何规划焊接机器人的焊接路径已经成为焊接工艺的研究重点之一。当焊点数量达到一定程度时,使用传统的方法很难找到最优路径。焊接机器人的路径规划指标有很多,一般以路径距离最短或时间最少居多。以焊接路径距离最短为规划目标,利用改进的分区粒子群算法对焊接机器人的焊点路径进行规划,仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性。     

阀体密封面自动焊接系统方案设计

基于弗莱那-雪列矢量理论,提出了曲线焊缝离散化方法,据此求得了对应于时间序列的离散焊点位姿和焊枪-焊点间相对位姿.基于变位机-机器人主、从运动链末端的耦合约束关系,提出以船型焊为最佳焊位时的协同焊接运动学模型及参数求解流程.变位机-机器人协同焊接阀体密封面的运动仿真和现场试验表明,该系统能够平稳、准确地完成预期的焊接任务,证实了所提出的协同焊接运动学模型及参数求解方法正确可行.     

基于遗传算法的白车身机器人焊接路径规划

分析了轿车白车身制造过程中机器人拼焊工位焊接路径规划的特征,将焊点与机器人的工具原点抽象为空间点,根据图论理论建立各点的关系图.将约束条件转化为局部有向关系矩阵,以机器人空间运动最短距离为目标,建立货郎担问题数学模型,利用遗传算法求解.依据关系矩阵产生合法初始种群,并确定选择、交叉、变异等遗传算子,以MATLAB语言编程计算.行李箱盖补焊工位焊接路径规划结果表明,该方法能够对机器人焊接路径合理规划,规划方案已成功用于工程实际.     

基于改进捆绑拍卖多机器人任务分配研究

为了解决多机器人在搜索过程中多任务分配和多机器人利用率问题,提出了一种带有即时拍卖的K-means聚类捆绑式拍卖算法。首先通过K-means聚类算法解决多机器人系统中的多任务捆绑问题,再运用捆绑式拍卖机制把聚类分配给相应的机器人。考虑各聚类内的任务完成情况和各机器人利用情况,相应机器人判断是否产生即时拍卖。仿真证明,该方法在多机器人搜索过程中节省资源且各机器人利用均衡。     

基于关节空间与工作空间协同的6R点焊机器人路径规划方法

为实现6R点焊机器人动态性能优、焊接路径短的规划目标,提出在关节空间采用5次多项式规划其转角运动,以确保机器人从任一焊点到相邻焊点时的动态特性;基于组合数学原理,枚举点焊机器人工作时遍历所有焊点的可能路径集合,结合关节空间与工作空间映射关系和各可能路径长度动态积分的数值计算,给出最优焊接路径排列顺序。最后通过算例对该规划方法进行了验证。     

基于市场机制的多机器人救火任务分配策略

为解决多机器人系统领域中动态分布式任务分配的问题,对多机器人合作救火任务进行研究。建立了多机器人动态环境下合作救火任务的模型,并针对任务特点提出了一种基于市场机制的任务分配策略。在出价公式的构造上同时考虑了距离、火势、时间等因素,符合救火任务动态任务分配的要求。并在自主开发的仿真试验平台上进行了仿真验证,对试验结果进行了分析。实验结果表明,该分配策略在不同工况下均能高效地实现多机器人救火任务中的动态分布式任务分配问题。     

结合深度强化学习与变形五次多项式的搬运机器人关节轨迹规划

针对在生产节拍固定的情况下搬运机器人各关节的运动轨迹及时间分配问题,构建基于深度强化学习与变形五次多项式相结合的搬运机器人关节轨迹时间分配模型;设计以节拍要求、速度约束和加速度约束为目标的奖励函数,搭建神经网络,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件,得到满足生产节拍和运动学约束的时间序列,并利用单臂四自由度搬运机器人仿真实验,验证所构建模型的可行性和有效性。结果表明：单臂四自由度搬运机器人各关节的运行时间均为5.89 s,其中平移关节1、 3的最大速度分别为2 597.84、 1 697.97 mm/s,最大加速度分别为19 532.11、 31 302.61 mm/s²;旋转关节2、 4的速度大小相等且方向相反,最大角速度均为137.53 (°)/s,最大角加速度均为1 180.51 (°)/s²,均未超过运动学约束;所构建的模型可以解决在指定生产节拍下搬运机器人关节轨迹时间分配问题,实现搬运机器人搬运过程中各关节的运动均衡,改善搬运机器人运行的稳定性和有效性。     

基于DSO算法的印刷电路板焊点测试路径优化

针对印刷电路板焊点测试中的测试时长、测试效率等路径优化问题,提出了一种用于电路板自动测试的基于DSO(don-key and smuggler optimization)算法的路径优化方法,通过电路板上焊点坐标信息,编写DSO的优化程序,与蚁群算法、遗传算法和模拟退火算法进行算法有效性的比较与分析,并将其对试际电路板焊点测试路径进行仿真验证.结果表明:该算法能够有效优化电路板上的焊点测试路径,缩短测试时间,为解决电路板自动测试中的路径优化问题,提供了有效理论依据和解决办法.     

露天煤矿下多机器人协同煤矿搬运方法研究

针对露天煤矿下多机器人协同煤矿搬运问题,建立了由控制中心、无线网关和无线传感器组成的无线传感器网络来控制多个机器人协同工作.为了实现高效的合作,以任务完成时间衡量机器人的合作效率,提出了基于效率最优的任务分配机制,采用蚁群算法,由控制中心进行集中式任务分配,并通过无线传感器网络告知机器人,实现了多机器人合作.利用无线传感器节点的定位信息,采用基于到达时间差的定位方法实现了机器人定位,使得机器人可在露天煤矿自主搬运煤矿.搭建了无线传感器网络,并用Pioneer III机器人和能力风暴机器人模拟煤矿搬运,模拟结果证明提出的方法可以实现露天煤矿下多机器人的协同控制,使机器人在最短的时间内完成任务.     

伺服焊枪车身点焊质量在线评价

利用机器人驱动伺服焊枪进行点焊控制的同时,研究从伺服编码器中在线提取压痕深度来进行焊点质量在线评价.通过在0.8 mm、45#热镀锌钢板上的验证,表明该方法是切实可行的,并且检测成功率较高,能够代替目前常用的焊点质量离线抽样检测方法,如破坏性检测、无损检测法等.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
