正编者按:编者按:2018年前3个季度,我国经济增长速度不断放缓,经济增长的内生动力尚待增强。同时,世界主要经济体增长放缓,国外需求有所减弱。我国月度经济景气波动从2015年12月开始进入新一轮短周期,周期的峰顶转折点已经在2017年3~4月出现。2017年4月以来的经济景气下滑可能会持续到2018年底或2019年1季度,但下降幅度较小。经济运行有望在新的景气水平继续保持大体平稳的运行态势。预测2018年GDP增长率将达到6. 6%左右,CPI上涨率为2. 2%左右,经济和物价周期波动将继续呈现新常态下的"微波化"特征。  相似文献

从我国工业一致合成指数走势上看,我国工业经济景气2017年3月以来的回落态势已延续至2018年8月,而我国工业先行合成指数2018年1月触底回升,至2018年8月份此回升局面已历时8个月,依据得到的先行合成指数的平均超前期计算,预计近期我国工业经济景气将大致呈现出趋稳后逐步回升的态势。除此之外,根据我国工业的主要经济指标的变动情况,本轮的景气波动还具有以下特征:(1)高端制造高增,动能加快转换,工业转型升级继续推进;(2)工业企业效益向优,盈利结构趋于改善;(3)投资缓中趋稳,民间投资比重加大,制造业投资筑底回升;(4)去产能继续深入,“抢出口”效应显著。  相似文献

2020年1季度新冠肺炎疫情给经济和社会带来前所未有的冲击,使经济景气出现了断崖式大幅下降,警情指数罕见发出“过冷”信号,但2、3季度经济景气明显回暖,9月已经回到“正常”区间。经济周期已经在2020年2月形成改革开放以来的最低收缩谷底,从3月开始经济景气进入新一轮周期的扩张期。预计4季度GDP增速将继续回升至潜在增长水平附近,全年经济增长2.3%左右,CPI上涨2.7%左右。宏观调控应继续以“保就业、促消费、稳投资”为主要政策发力点,推进落实“六稳”、“六保”政策,使经济增长回归并保持在潜在增长率水平附近;同时需提前关注和应对经济金融领域的多种风险,平衡好稳增长和防风险。  相似文献

2013年我国经济平稳增长,电力行业也保持了中速平稳增长态势。本文利用景气分析方法建立了电力行业景气指数,分析了我国电力行业的增长周期波动特征,得出结论:我国电力供给充足,电力供需总体平衡,全社会用电量和发电量稳步增长;燃料价格走低使得发电成本回落,电力行业利润大幅增加;新能源发电快速增长,电源结构得以优化。预计我国电力行业景气将继续保持回升态势。  相似文献

<正>编者按:在短期与长期性问题叠加,外部环境复杂多变的背景下,2018年下半年以来,我国经济出现新的下行压力。同时,CPI涨幅却不断上升。始于2015年12月的本轮经济短周期,在低位经过15个月的小幅回升于2017年3月到达波峰后,经济景气出现波浪形回落态势,进入本轮短周期的收缩期。到2019年9月,景气收缩已经持续了30个月,并创造了1997年以来的最低景气水平。本轮短周期呈现出与以往不同的低位小幅波动的新形态。  相似文献

从2017 年3 月开始我国工业经济景气步入2000 年以来的第6 轮景气循环的收缩阶段,并一直持续至2017 年8 月。我国工业先行合成指数从2017 年7 月开始再现回升局面,若先行合成指数的回升局面得以持续,则根据先行合成指数的平均超前期计算,预计我国工业经济景气的本轮收缩局面或将于2017 年年底结束。进一步观察我国工业及相关领域主要经济指标可以发现我国工业经济本轮的景气波动具有如下特点:(1)电子设备制造业积极向好,工业结构持续优化;(2)企业效益上升态势良好,工业复苏稳定;(3)工业品出口交货值稳定增长,民间工业投资比重下降。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
