Zusammenfassung Die respiratorische Alkalose steigert den Effekt des Noradrenalins auf Skelettmuskelgefässe. Eine durchschnittliche Steigerung des pH von 0.2 Einheiten wird benötigt, um eine merkliche Änderung herbeizuführen. Die vorliegenden Resultate lassen vermuten, dass die Steigerung in erster Linie auf die pH-Veränderung zurückzuführen ist und nicht auf die gleichzeitige Senkung der CO2-Spannung.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Nor-Adrenalin (NA) verschwindet nach einer Reserpininjektion im Uterus des Kaninchens langsamer als in anderen Organen: nach 12 h noch Nachweis von Aminen in den vasomotorischen Uterusnerven, nicht aber zum Beispiel in derGl. submandibularis. Tendenz zu gleicher Reaktion zeigt der Uterus des Meerschweinchens, nicht aber der Ratte, der Maus oder des Hamsters. Es wird der Schluss gezogen, dass verschiedene sympathische Nervenendigungen gleicher Aufgabe variierende Grundeigenschaften zeigen.

Summary The microfluorimetrical investigation showed that in the principal perikarya of the rat superior cervical ganglion, after inhibition of noradrenaline-synthesis and unilateral preganglionic axotomy, the fluorescence of newly synthesized noradrenaline was most intense at the periphery of the perikarya of the intact side.The authors are deeply indebted to Mr H. Transient sympathetically-mediated depressor effects were induced by stimulation of a small locus in the lateral hypothalamic peri-fornical region, medial to the fields of Forel. The ganglionic blocking agent, atropine methyl nitrate (ATMN), was used to show that muscarinic as well as non-muscarinic sympathetic ganglion receptor neurotransmission was involved. Evidence is presented that stimulation of this LH site co-activates a number of mechanisms and that depending on which of these are activated, the ganglionic blocking agent ATMN may either block, reverse or potentiate the depressor effect.  相似文献

Riassunto Le risposte circolatorie alla stimolazione elettrica del nervo aortico sono notevolmente modificate dalla ventilazione polmonare. In particolare le risposte a stimoli di intensità intermedia ed elevata, che attivano oltre a fibre pressocettive anche fibre chemocettive, divengono da ipotensive ipertensive durante ipoventilazione. Gli effetti dell'ipoventilazione sono sempre riprodotti sia dall'ipercapnia (respirazione con CO2 5–7% in O2) sia dall'ipossia (respirazione di O2 5–8% in N2).
