在分析了塑料光纤耐辐照机理的基础上,讨论了一种聚合物塑料光纤的辐照特性,该塑料光纤由一种改良的聚碳酸酯聚合物材料组成.用γ-射线、电子束、质子束三种辐射源分别对其进行照射.结果发现,在低剂量(<1kGy)辐照时,辐照后塑料光纤的透过率非但没有下降,反而有所上升,尔后随时间的推移,透过率趋于稳定值.在高剂量(>1kGy)照射时,辐照后透过率降低,随着时间的推移,透过率逐渐回升至稳定值  相似文献

对辐射致色薄膜剂量计(PVG)的辐照响应过程进行了研究,发现其剂量响应曲线上有一极大点,考查了隐色孔雀绿(LMG)的极大转化率Cext与隐色孔雀绿(LMG)和有机齿代物(RX)量含量的关系,进而讨论了PVG膜剂量计线性响应范围的上限与膜中LMG是含量的关系。在该体系中当LMG量含量在20~100μmol·g^-1范围内时,其线性响应范围时上限估计在140~110kGy范围内。  相似文献

以广义Logistic方程dxdt=μxxm-xxm+(k-1)x(μ,k,xm为常系数)为基础,推广了May-两种群互惠模型dxdt=μ1x[1-xxm+α2y]dydt=μ2y[1-yym+α1x]用方程dxdt=μ1xxm+α2y-xxm+α2y+(k1-1)xdydt=μ2yym+α1x-yym+α1x+(k2-1)y描述两种群互惠共存.当k1=k2=1时,该方程化为May-两种群互惠模型,当Y=0时,该方程化为广义Logistic方程,我们证明了,当α1α2<1时,该系统存在唯一的正平衡点,当α1<1,α2<1,0<k1<1,0<k2<1时,正平衡点局部渐近稳定;当α1α2<1,k11,k21时,正平衡点在0={(x,y)|x>0,y>0}上全局稳定,并讨论了系数的生态意义及确定方法.  相似文献

通过双掺杂制备杂质浓度不同的MgSO4:Dy,Mn磷光体,经^60Coγ辐照后,研究其热释光(TL)发光曲线、热释光动力学特微参量,热释光剂量响应和电子自旋共振(ESR)谱,从TL发光曲线观察到MgSO4:Dy,Mn只有一个在38℃附近的主剂量峰,辐射剂量响应(0.1Gy-20kDy)为超线性,并观测到热释光剂量响应的非线性特性与磷光体中掺入的Mn浓度相关,在室温下测量了掺入不同Mn浓度的MgSO  相似文献

提出一种金属-半导体-金属Schottky结构的粒子探测器,它用高迁移率,半缘绝的Ⅲ-Ⅴ族化合物半导体GaAs为材料制成大面积的粒子探测器。经过能量为1.5MeV,剂量分别为500kGy和1MGy的电子辐射和剂量分别为300kGy和500kGy的^60Coγ射线辐射,探测器能正常工作,是一种新型的经得起强辐射的粒子探测器。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
