利用高温固相法制备了Yb~(2+)掺杂Ba Mg Si O4:Eu~(2+)荧光粉,通过XRD和光致发光光谱分别对其物相和发光性能进行表征.结果表明:Ba Mg Si O4:Eu~(2+),Yb~(2+)为单一基质的荧光粉,激发光谱主要由220~400 nm和400~451 nm两个宽峰组成;在373 nm激发下,样品Ba Mg Si O4:Eu~(2+),Yb~(2+)表现出两个宽带发射,分别位于440 nm和500 nm处,属于Eu~(2+)的特征跃迁4f65d→4f7;Yb~(2+)掺杂使样品的主发射峰由440 nm转变为500 nm,发光强度随着Yb~(2+)掺杂量的增加先增强后减弱,而440 nm发射强度逐渐下降;Yb~(2+)取代Ba~(2+)的最佳量为0.02 mol,其色坐标为(0.1433,0.3344).所得样品可应用于UV-白光LED领域中.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成Eu~(3+)掺杂的KGd (WO_4)_2系列红色发光材料. x射线衍射表明,1000℃高温焙烧下的KGd (WO_4)_2荧光粉为纯相晶体结构.样品可被近紫外光394 nm和蓝光465 nm有效吸收,发射出Eu~(3+)的特征光谱.研究了Eu~(3+)的掺杂量、保温时间及不同助熔剂对样品发光性能的影响,结果表明:KGd(WO_4)_2:Eu~(3+)是一种很有应用前景的白光LED用荧光材料.  相似文献

为了寻找新的荧光粉基质材料,本文研究了紫外线、阴极射线和 X 射线激发下,三价铕激活的(Y,Gd)_2O_2S 二元体系的发射光谱、发光颜色和发光亮度等发光特性随基质组成变化的规律性,并研究了三价铕离子浓度对固溶体(Y_(0.7)Gd_(0.2))_2O_2S 发光性能的影响。结果表明,在 Y_2O_2S 中加入 Gd,明显地提高了在阴极和 X 射线激发下的发光亮度。Eu~(3+)离子激活的稀土硫氧化物是一类高效率的荧光材料,早在六十年代就已将 Y_2O_2S:Eu 用作彩色电视显象管的红色荧光粉。近年来又有人将 Eu~(3+)激活的硫氧化钇及稀土硫氧化物固溶体用于低压显示器件中,但 Eu~(3+)激活的稀土硫氧化物固溶体的研究文献中报道不多,缺乏系统的研究。为了寻找新的荧光粉基质材料,本文首先合成了(Y_(1-x)Gd_x)_2O_2S:Eu固溶体试样,较系统地研究了它们的基质组成与发射光谱、发光颜色、发光亮度、发光的衰减以及粒度的关系。在此基础上,又讨论了(Y_(0.7)Gd_(0.3))_2O_2S 作为基质时,Eu~(3+)离子浓度对该固溶体发光性能的影响。  相似文献

用沉淀法合成了掺杂Y~(3 ),La~(3 )的CaSO_4:Eu~(2 )稀土发光材料,研究了材料的晶体结构和荧光光谱,根据实验结果,所制样品基本上属正交晶系、C_(2v)空间群,Eu离子在CaSO_4中的激发峰为基态到4f~65d(E_g),(T_(2g))激发态的跃迁;样品发射主峰位于383um,属于Eu~(2 )的~5P_(7/2)→~8S_(2/7)跃迁,说明样品中Eu离子主要以Eu~(2 )的形式存在。CaSO_4:RE(La,Y)本身没有荧光,Y~(3 ),La~(3 )掺入CaSO_4:Eu中未改变基质的晶型结构,但可增强CaSO_4:Eu中Eu~(2 )的荧光强度。  相似文献

通过替代阴离子基团设计和合成系列发光颜色可调的硼磷酸盐Ba_2Ca(PO_4)_(2-x)(BO_3)_x:Eu~(2+)(0≤x≤0.25)荧光粉。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、瞬态和稳态光谱、荧光量子效率多种手段对系列荧光粉的物相结构和发光特性进行了详细研究。XRD结果证实了BO_3基团部分替换基质Ba_2Ca(PO_4)_2中PO_4单元没有显著改变基质的晶体结构框架。三角平面结构(BO_3)替代四面体结构(PO_4)使得基质晶胞发生了畸变,增加Eu~(2+)离子5d能级劈裂,使得荧光粉的发射峰在紫外光波长365 nm激发下出现连续红移,发射主峰从464 nm(x=0)红移至490 nm(x=0.25),实现了发光颜色从青光至黄绿光的连续调控。此外,通过荧光寿命和激发光谱研究了BO_3替代PO_4对样品中Eu~(2+)中心的局部结构的影响。  相似文献

使用溶胶凝胶法制备MgB_4O_7及Eu3+掺杂不同物质量浓度的MgB_4O_7∶Eu~(3+)红色发光材料,对其光致发光性能进行研究.结果表明:MgB_4O_7∶Eu~(3+)在近紫外及可见光范围内属于Eu~(3+)的f-f跃迁激发峰较强,最强激发峰位于383nm.MgB_4O_7基质在近紫外光激发时存在一个宽带的发射,其在400~650nm,与Eu3+的激发峰有重叠.通过对比MgB_4O_7∶Eu~(3+)的发射光谱证明存在基质向Eu~(3+)的能量传递过程,这使得在Eu~(3+)掺杂物质量分数0.5%时就获得较高的发光强度,说明MgB4O7∶Eu~(3+)可以作为近紫外光激发的光致发光材料而应用.  相似文献

文章采用高温固相法在1000摄氏度弱还原气氛下制备了Eu~(2+)掺杂天然方柱石光致发光粉末。对天然方柱石的化学成分采用了电子探针能谱分析,采用X射线衍射(XRD)对所制备的样品进行结构表征分析,并观测了样品的发光性质。结果表明,掺杂Eu~(2+)的天然方柱石发出强烈的蓝色荧光,激发和发射光谱皆为宽带谱,发射谱峰值位于440 nm左右,对应于Eu~(2+)的4f~(65)d→4f~7跃迁,其余辉时间超过2分钟。最后通过对掺杂不同浓度Eu~(2+)样品发光性质的研究,认为最佳掺杂浓度为1.5 wt%。  相似文献

应用时间分辨荧光光谱方法研究了微环境对Eu~(3+)络合物发光的影响,测定了NCS~-对Eu(TTA)_3和Eu(DB)_3的荧光猝灭。实验表明,Eu~(3+)的~5D_0能级弛豫速率K_0随NCS~-的引入而增大,NCS~-离子导致的微环境变化,影响了Eu~(3+)的Laporte选择规则,改变了Eu~(3+)与配位体间相互作用的程度。  相似文献

通过LSS(Liquid-Solid-Solution)方法制备了不同Eu~(3+)掺杂量的CaF_2纳米发光材料,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和光致发光光谱(PL)对制备样品的晶体结构、表面形貌、晶粒尺寸进行了表征,并进一步研究了Eu~(3+)掺杂量对样品发光性能的影响.结果表明:Eu~(3+)掺杂的CaF_2纳米材料具有良好的红光发光特性,Eu~(3+)最优掺杂量为15%,此时样品具有最大的发光强度;Eu~(3+)最大掺杂量为20%,样品的发光强度在这一掺杂量下反而减弱,这说明Eu~(3+)掺杂量的增加导致样品发生了浓度猝灭.  相似文献

研究了Ce~(3+)在BaFBr基质中的发光性质。根据不同激发(发射)条件下的发射(激发)光谱,鉴别出BaFBr:Ce~(3+)具有两种不同的发光中心。对发射光谱中的发射峰作了高斯峰分解,发现BaFBr:Ce~(3+)的发射峰是成对出现的双峰,分别对应于Ce~(3+)的两种不同的发光中心。它们可归属为~2D_(3/2)低能级到~2F_(5/2),~2F_(7/2)的双基态的跃迁。 实验表明,BaFBr:Ce~(3+)具有较好的发光性质,可以用作X射线或光致发光材料。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
