对刮板输送机链轮与圆环链在平稳运行工况下进行瞬态动力学分析,得出了链轮在典型姿态下的应变响应,以及链轮链窝关键位置的应变历程、法向力历程和切向力历程.通过分析得知,链轮与圆环链啮合过程中链轮承载不均匀,链轮与圆环链之间会产生明显的滑动现象;圆环链的底面与链轮链窝底平面之间存在间隙,这会加剧链轮表面的磨损和压溃.针对这些问题,分别给出了相应的改进措施,改进后可以延缓链轮的磨损和压溃,提高链轮的使用寿命.  相似文献

铁能公司本部八个生产矿井综采工作面常用的SGZ系列刮板运输机机型有SGZ-800/2×400型、SGZ-1000/2×700型、SGZ-1000/2×855型、SGZ-1000/2×1000型,运输机的链轮组件是运输机重要部件,链轮组件的链轮齿磨损、密封漏油、轴承间隙超差等故障是链轮组件在井下工作面使用过程中的常见故障。对链轮组件进行修复使用,是降低煤炭生产成本的重要措施。本文以SGZ-1000/2×700型刮板运输机链轮组件修理为例,对修理工艺进行了详细的分析、探讨,为其他机型的链轮组件修理提供了参考性经验。  相似文献

为了提高链轮工作的可靠性,应避免链轮在传动系统中发生共振.根据链轮外摆线齿廓的形成原理,通过圆族包络法,得到实际链轮齿廓方程.然后利用Pro/E建立链轮的三维模型,并导入ANSYS软件对链轮模型进行模态分析,确定了摆线链轮固有频率和振型,从而避免链轮在传动过程中发生共振现象,同时为链轮的进一步优化设计提供技术参考.  相似文献

链轮传动系统是刮板输送机最关键的系统之一。为了改善刮板输送机链轮传动系统的动力学性能,提高整台刮板输送机的运输性能,对刮板输送机链轮传动系统的动力学进行研究。以大功率刮板输送机为研究对象,通过有限元法离散化分析在不同运行状态下刮板输送机链轮系统动力学。首先离散化刮板输送机链轮,将其划分为若干不同单元,构建链轮传动系统的有限元方程。分别得到机头、机尾链轮的驱动转矩、链条的预紧力及链环和链轮啮合的动力学方程。对大功率刮板输送机链轮传动系统在不同状态下(起/制动、恒速运行和异常载荷状态下)的动力学特性进行研究,获取其机头、机尾等的变化情况,为链轮传动系统的优化提供依据。  相似文献

链轮复杂的结构增加了感应加热时控制磁感应强度分布的难度,严重影响着轮齿加热层温度的均匀性,制约淬火效果的提升。导磁体作为调控磁场分布的重要手段,可显著提高链轮感应加热的质量。但是,目前导磁体对链轮感应加热过程的影响未进行系统的研究。本文采用导磁体配合V形线圈对链轮进行感应加热,并通过有限元模拟系统地分析了导磁体结构参数对链轮感应加热过程的影响规律。研究发现:不同导磁体结构参数对温度均匀性的影响规律不同,并且导磁体侧板圆半径的改变对链轮感应加热温度均匀性的影响最大,导磁体侧板夹角的改变对链轮感应加热温度均匀性的影响最小。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
