设计合成了咔唑衍生物N-{3-[N,N-2(2-甲基吡啶)-胺甲基]苯基}咔唑.该化合物在溶液中具有很强的荧光并显示了对Zn2+和Cu2+选择性的荧光淬灭.实验和密度泛涵理论计算证实该化合物和金属离子形成了1∶1型配合物.合成的化合物可作为过渡金属离子Cu2+和Zn2+的化学荧光传感器.  相似文献

设计合成了1-氰基-中氮茚-3-[N-(2-氨基乙基)]甲酰胺(化合物3).通过IR,1H NMR对其结构进行了表征,测试了其紫外光谱和荧光光谱,研究了其对Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+和Ca2+的识别作用,发现Zn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+和Ca2+对化合物3的荧光光谱几乎没有影响,但Cu2+对化合物3有非常强大亲和力,Cu2+可以使化合物3的荧光发射明显猝灭,化合物3在DMSO溶剂中作为铜离子荧光探针,受常见离子干扰较小,对于铜离子有着较高的选择性.  相似文献

通过引入烷基碳链和季铵盐结构,合成一种双亲性苯并咪唑类荧光化合物,对它的结构进行了表征,测定了cu2+,zn2+,K+,Mg2+,Al3+,Ca2+,cd2+,Co2+,Hg2+,Mn2+,Na+,Fe3+对它的光谱性质的影响,发现Cu2+对这种化合物具有很好的荧光淬灭效果,而其它金属离子对它的荧光性质影响较小.此种化合物可作为一种选择性检测Cu2+的荧光传感器开展进一步的研究.  相似文献

Cu2+对折线型水溶性荧光共轭聚合物m-PPEASO3Na具有荧光淬灭效应.研究表明,该淬灭机制属于高效的动态淬灭.基于此荧光淬灭效应,建立了一种高灵敏的近红外荧光检测铜离子的方法.该方法用于合成样品和实际样品铜的检测取得了较好的效果.  相似文献

合成了5-(4-溴苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮(化合物4),研究了其热稳定性.比较了Cu2+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Zn2+、Ca2+、Pb2+、Co2+、Al3+等8种金属离子对该化合物的荧光性能的影响,结果表明,在所选金属离子中只有Cu2+对其荧光猝灭较为显著,而对其他金属离子几乎无选择性.因此,该化合物衍生物有望能作为识别铜离子的有机荧光探针.差热分析显示,该化合物较稳定,分解温度在240℃以上.  相似文献

为探讨脱氢松香酸潜在的抗氧化活性,以脱氢松香酸为底物,通过甲酯化、溴代、氧化、硝化、Ullman缩合等步骤,合成了标题化合物,其结构经IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、元素分析和质谱确证.然后采用荧光淬灭法研究了目标化合物对金属离子的螯合作用,发现其对Cu2+和Fe2+均表现出了良好的螯合性能,对Cu2+与Fe2+的耦合常数分别为102.9L/mol、168.3L/mol,有望作为一种通过螯合作用而抑制自由基产生的潜在抗氧化剂.  相似文献

设计、合成了一种基于罗丹明B的铜离子荧光分子探针RF。研究发现在V乙腈∶V水=1∶1介质中,化合物RF最大发射波长为566 nm,Cu2+可使探针RF的荧光强度明显增大,同时溶液颜色从无色变为桃红色。该荧光探针对Cu2+具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性。RF的选择性荧光增强是由于其对Cu2+的识别开环引起的。该探针对Cu2+的识别是不可逆的,而且pH对探针RF在中性水溶液中检测Cu2+几乎没有影响。  相似文献

采用高温熔融法制备了掺Tb3+硅酸盐闪烁玻璃,并加入多种具有敏化功能的稀土离子(Ce3+/Ce4+,Dy3+),通过测量样品的激发光谱和发射光谱研究各种稀土离子对Tb3+发光性能的影响.结果表明:Tb3+掺杂浓度过高时会出现浓度淬灭现象,Tb3+质量分数为10%的样品发光强度最大.空气气氛下熔制的玻璃中同时含有Ce3+和Ce4+,由于Ce4+离子与Tb3+离子存在对能量的竞争吸收,使Tb3+的发光强度减弱.加入适量的Dy3+离子可以敏化Tb3+离子的发光.  相似文献

通过水浴离子交换法,制备出长波紫外激发的Eu3+/Ce3+的偏蓝白光荧光体,并对其结构和光学性质进行研究.结果表明:(1)当Eu3+、Ce3+离子浓度比为1∶1时,荧光效果最好;(2)Ce3+能作为敏化离子激活Eu3+发光,所得样品在还原气氛下进行焙烧处理,得到长波紫外激发的主发射峰分别在458、548 nm处的Eu3+-Ce3+-13X偏蓝白光荧光材料,并且随着烧结温度的升高,发射主峰发生明显的红移,发射峰的半峰宽明显增大.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
