采用不同的氧化剂对ω[5-(1-苯基-5-甲基-1,2,3-三唑-4-基)-4-芳基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫基]-ω-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯乙酮进行了氧化,结果发现KMnO4作为氧化剂时,氧化产物十分复杂,难于分离,而H2O2-AcOH及间氯过氧苯甲酸(MCPBA)又不能将其氧化,最后采用NaIO4作为氧化剂时没有得到相应的砜或亚砜而意外得到3-羟基-4-芳基-5-(1-苯基-5-甲基-1,2,3-三唑-4-基)-1,2,4-三唑衍生物,化合物的结构经元素分析和波谱确证,并对其生成机理作了初步讨论。  相似文献

通过2-芳胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑-5-硫醇1a,1b和头孢菌素母体7-ACA的亲核取代反应,先制得头孢菌素新母体1a,1b,用1-芳基-5-甲基-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲酰氯3a,3b与2a,2b缩合,制得头孢菌素新衍生物4a,4b。初步体外抗菌试验结果表明,所合成的头孢菌素衍生物4a,4b对革兰氏阳性菌显示出中等程度的抑制活性。  相似文献

以硝酸胍和丙二酸二乙酯为起始原料,经环合,氯化,水解,甲氧基化,合成了2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲氧基嘧啶。其收率达到70%,其结构经IR测试确定。目标化合物2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲氧基嘧啶可以用来制备抗肿瘤药物的重要中间体硝酸嘧啶氮芥化合物。  相似文献

标题化合物C20H22FNO4由4 氟苯亚甲基氰乙酸乙酯和5,5 二甲基 1,3 环己二酮在三乙基苄基氯化铵(TE BA)存在下在水中加热反应而得,结构通过单晶X射线衍射法确定,其晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,Mr=359 39,a=0.8266(1)nm,b=0.9773(1)nm,c=1.2375(2)nm,α=81 40(1)°,β=73 41(1)°,γ=82 15(1)°,V=0.9426(2)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.266g·mm-3,μ=0 094mm-1,F(000)=380,最终的偏离因子为R=0 0403,Rw=0 1057,在分子结构中平面1(苯环)与平面2(C(8)、C(13)、C(14)、C(15))之间的二面角为89 56°,平面2与平面3(C(8)、C(9)、C(10)、C(12)、C(13))之间的二面角为13 37°,平面1与平面3之间的二面角为102 70°.吡喃环为船式构象,而与吡喃环稠合的六元环为信封式构象.  相似文献

本文研究了1—苯基—3—甲基—4—苯甲酰基吡唑酮—5(HPMBP,HA)与1,10—菲咯啉(phen)及其衍生物(2,9—二甲基1,10—菲咯啉,DMphen;4,7—二苯基1,10—菲咯啉Bathophen的氧仿溶液对轻重稀土(Pr,Nd,Ho,Er)的协同萃取,用斜率法确定了各萃合物的组成均为REA_3B,(B代表phen或其衍生物)并求出了各稀土离子的协萃平衡常数Kse。结果说明,HPMBP与phen类双齿含氮中性萃取剂对稀土均有较强的协萃效应,但phen上取代基不同,协萃效果也不同,无论是轻或重稀土,其Kse均是Bathophen>phen>DMphen.Bathophen(下面用Bphen表示)的Kse要比phen的大4—10倍,而DMphen的则要比phen的小2—4个数量级。前者是由于增大了萃合物的共轭平面,所以稳定性增加,后者则是受空间位阻的影响,稳定性减小。用饱和萃取法制得了Ho·A_3·Bphen,元素分析结果,萃合物符合HoA_3·phen组成。同时测定了该萃合物的紫外、红外光谱。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
