公共领域一词是德国著名学者哈贝马斯首先提出来的，其形成与传播媒介的发展密不可分，传媒公共领域是市民参与民主生活的主渠道之一。对于还没有完全发育成熟的我国传媒公共领域不可避免地会出现有碍媒体传播安全的问题，为了保证我国传媒领域的健康发展，构建传媒公共领域传播安全机制，警惕“文化霸权”，已经提到国家文化安全的高度。

公民的有效参与的重要前提是公民的知情权和表达权的实现,非传统媒体的发展和运用为公民的知情权和表达提供了一种新的平台和可能。本文从"厦门PX项目"出发,从非传统媒体的传播特性以及政治学上的利益组织化等角度来探讨非传统媒体对公共决策的影响机制。非传统媒体建构了公共领域,从而激发了民意的表达。     

突发公共事件中的舆情传播研究——以自然灾害的突发事件舆论为例

现阶段在人人皆可自媒体的时代,突发公共事件在传播机制上发生着变化,如何有效控制网络舆论发酵、防止舆情传播、进行正确的舆论引导显得至关重要。在自然灾害突发事件引发出的舆论中,主流媒体在传播力、影响力、公信力等方面具有突出优势,然而伴随着互联网技术的应用和普及,信息化、智能化的网络舆情成为信息传播的重要窗口。新媒体传播因去中心化、跨区域性的特征,呈现平台管理和审查力度不足、舆论引导偏离、信息资源过剩等方面的不足。因此突发公共事件的舆情传播过程中经常出现信息来源虚假、舆论矛头不断转向、舆情多次反转等异常情况,需从充分发挥主流媒体的引导作用、传播新闻的真实性、加强政府与新媒体的协同引导作用三个方面着力解决。     

浅议在网络传播中新闻的自由问题及展望

随着互联网这个第四大媒体的出现,新闻又有了另外一个传播的媒介.介于它本身所具有的许多传播优势及互动的新闻传播方式,使人们有了很大的自主传播新闻的空间,而随之也出现了许多相关问题.本文就新闻的自由如何在网络传播中得到更好的控制及其未来前景.     

网络新兴媒体管理面临的挑战与对策

现代科技突飞猛进,网络技术日新月异,新兴媒体层出不穷.对网络新兴媒体的概念进行了分析和界定,简要阐述网络新兴媒体对党和政府的公信力、舆论传播的主导权、网络属地管理原则、正常的舆论秩序、健康向上的文化氛围带来的严峻挑战,从七个方面提出了应对策略,最后提出对网络新兴媒体管理应根据科技发展形势不断深入研究.     

一种多协议标记交换网络中的多保护通道恢复策略

提出了一种在多协议标记交换网络中,多个保护通道同时保护一条具有QoS约束的工作通道的故障恢复策略--多保护通道恢复(MRPR)策略.在MRPR中,当一条工作通道被成功建立时,同时为其建立M条保护通道.但此时保护资源并不预留,在故障发生后,根据预先确定的M条保护通道当时的资源利用情况来确定M条保护通道各自承担的保护业务比例,从而实现对工作通道上的业务的恢复.仿真结果表明,与普通通道恢复策略相比,MRPR极大地提高了网络的平均故障恢复性能.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
