企业报酬激励系统设计的基本框架

基于企业报酬激励理论探讨 ,将企业报酬激励划分成短期激励与长期激励两部分 ,构造了两部分激励的理论计算模式 ,分析了它们之间的相互关系及其对于员工工作动力的影响 ,给出进行现实企业内部报酬激励系统设计的基本思路与操作建议.     

一个基于专家系统的入侵检测系统的实现

入侵检测系统是传统被动方式的网络安全检测手段的重要补充,它是一种主动、实时、自动检测入侵行为的工具和手段.本文论述了两种入侵检测方法--异常行为检测方法和比较学习检测方法的基本原理,同时根据这两种网络安全检测方法,采用专家系统技术,构筑了一个实际的网络监控系统的具体实现,并给出了该网络监控系统的结构图.     

热连轧生产过程计算机仿真系统

系统地介绍了热连轧生产过程计算机仿真系统的结构,功能及设计与实现。它用Client/Server模式,在两台计算机上实现了除加热炉外整个热连轧生产线的仿真。     

海洋碳循环系统--开放的复杂巨系统的特点

试图通过分析综合海洋中发生的碳循环过程中的正、负反馈作用探讨海洋碳循环系统的复杂性，为了探明海洋是以何种过程、能够以多大的容量吸收在大气中增加的二氧化碳、有必要系统地研究大气中二氧化碳通过物理化学过程进入海洋并以碳酸盐形式进入深海的“溶解泵”过程，以及通过海洋表层的生物活动吸收以有机碳形式进入深海的“生物泵”过程，以及深水和海底碳酸协库的对大气二氧化碳输入的反馈作用，本文对海洋碳系统最为一个特定的开放复杂巨系统的特点及其子系统的非线性动力学进行剖析，对该系统的稳定性和海洋对温室效应气体的缓冲作用进行了讨论，介绍了目前国际上研究海洋碳系统的方法。     

Introducing System Identification Strategy into Model Predictive Control

As system identification theory and model predictive control are belonged to two different research fields separately, so one gap exists between these two subjects. To alleviate this gap between them, one new idea proposed in this paper is to introduce system identification theory into model predictive control. As the most important element in model predictive control is the prediction of the output value for a nonlinear system, then the problem of deriving the prediction of the output value can be achieved by system identification theory. More specifically, a Bayesian approach is applied for the nonparametric estimation by modeling the prediction as realizations of zero mean random fields.Through comparing this kind of prediction corresponding to this Bayesian approach and the former direct weight optimization identification for nonlinear system, the authors see that if the unknown weights are chosen appropriately, these two approaches are equivalent to each other. Based on the obtained prediction of the output value, the authors substitute this prediction of the output value into one cost function of model predictive control, and then a quadratic programming problem with inequality constraints is formulated. When to solve this quadratic programming problem, a detailed process about how to derive its dual form is given. As the dual problem has a simple constraint set, it is amenable to the use of the common Gauss-Seidel algorithm, whose convergence can be shown easily.Finally, one simulation example confirms the proposed theoretical results.     

不完备信息系统中的特征关系进一步研究

以同时具有遗漏型和丢失型未知属性值的不完备信息系统为研究对象,深入分析了其中的特征关系并讨论了特征类中的两种不合理情形,进而提出了一种新的特征关系.根据新建立的特征关系,构建了论域上的完全覆盖,形成了两种不同类型的知识表达系统,并进行了一些重要性质的研究.最后用一实例分析以验证新的特征关系的有效性.     

替代性需求下的分销系统库存决策

研究由两个制造商和多个地区总经销商组成的分销系统,假设每个地区总经销商都经销这两个制造商的产品,且在同一个地区总经销商处,两个制造商的产品需求具有一定替代性。在分别给出了地区总经销商和制造商的总利润模型的基础上,建立了以整个分销系统总利润最大为目标、以地区总经销商的服务水平为约束条件的分销系统利润优化模型,并通过仿真分析了定价参数、忠诚度参数和需求方差的变化对分销系统绩效的影响。     

第三代移动通信系统的系统级仿真建模

系统仿真是一种有效的系统规划和设计技术，它以其独有的方法为系统的规划设计提供客观、可靠地定量数据，缩短系统建设周期。该文针对第三代移动通信系统的性能仿真方法，给出了系统仿真框架，描述了系统仿真中相关的各种模型，简要介绍了系统仿真平台的搭建方法，并给出了三种有效的系统仿真流程，同时对两种信道分配方案的性能进行仿真分析。     

导弹控制系统仿真技术

简要回顾了仿真技术在导弹武器系统研制和性能鉴定中日趋重要的地位的演变过程,以美国红外成像和毫米波寻的制导半物实仿真系统为例说明了世界发达国家对导弹控制系统仿真技术的高度重视,针对我国导弹控制系统仿真技术的发展现状提出了三个重点发展方向。     

整合互动的社会信息系统

社会信息是关于社会的信息或在社会系统中传输并被利用的信息。人们借助社会信息可以发现、认识和把握社会系统存在和演化的规律。社会系统的运行是通过人们的交往实践而实现的，而信息充当了中介和媒介的作用。社会的信息与信息的社会化是两个不同的过程，或说是社会发展过程中的两个不同的方面，这两个过程互为前提，互相制约，互相促进，整合互动。     

Soft System Dynamics Methodology (SSDM): Combining Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) and System Dynamics (SD)

Soft System Dynamics Methodology (SSDM), a systemic methodology product of the combination of two widely used systems-based methodologies from two different systems thinking paradigms, Systems Dynamics (SD) and Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), is presented. The paper argues that by combining some of SD and SSM stages, within the intellectual framework proposed by SSDM, a methodology developed by one of the authors¹ much can be gained in a systemic intervention to tackle complex social problematic situations. A framework for comparing the ontological, epistemological and methodological principles of SD, SSM and SSDM is proposed and the synthesizing and dialectical role of SSDM is advanced. The 10 stages of SSDM are outlined and illustrated by an application on a small Peruvian company; and a set of conclusions and points for further research are discussed.

提出将供应商管理库存细分为需求拉动式供应商管理库存和计划推动式供应商管理库存.应用系统动力学方法对传统供应链、需求拉动式供应商管理库存和计划推动式供应商管理库存等三种供应链管理模式进行建模和仿真.放松了一些传统约束,如常见的配送中心无限能力假设,将配送中心不同库存管理方式引入模型.通过仿真,从零售商库存波动变化、长鞭效应减弱程度和供应链总成本多个角度证明了推式供应商管理库存的优越性.证明了除了累积提前期以外,长鞭效应还与信息共享时的库存、生产控制方式有关.     

从经典系统论到现代系统论

经典系统论和现代系统论是一般系统论发展的两个阶段,经典系统论研究的主要对象是系统的整体性问题,其数学工具主要是微积分,与其相关的学科也大都处在经典阶段,其适用性也有一定限制。而现代系统论则从整体与部分的关系上来说明系统,其数学工具是现代数学,并吸收了还原论的积极成果,与其相关的学科也大都发展到了现代阶段。钱学森为现代系统论的建设做出了显著贡献。     

Enabling Network System (ENS)

Certain developments in our understanding of language, cognition, and conceptual processes are leading to novel implementations of information technology and the emergence of new families of computer software. This paper outlines the design of one such system and describes the sort of consensual coordinations of actions that this system enables. Implementation of the ENS entails a novel way of understanding the way humans orient and an unusual explanation of how conceptual processes relate to the consensual domain. The underlying concepts are indebted to two major sources: (a) the Biology of Cognition and Language, Humberto Maturana, University of Chile, Santiago; and (b) Conversation Theory, developed by Gordon Pask, University of Amsterdam, and the associated software THOUGHTSTICKER.     

An Intelligent Decision Support System Generator

The focus of this paper is on a new concept framework and an architecture of an intelligent decision support syetem generator (DSSG). The framework results from a synthesis of two existing frameworks: Spragae and Bonczek, while the architecture is a rooted partial order network. From our experience which comes out of the project of DSSG, we consider that they are keys of further research and development of DSS.

网络化决策支持体系中分布式动态决策建模系统的研究
