为了解决经典支持向量机方法已发现的执行时间长、执行效率低的相关问题,提出基于增量学习向量的支持向量机学习方法。该算法通过对训练样本集合的相关增量学习向量进行训练学习来得到初始支持向量机分类器。利用该初始化分类器在有关条件下针对初始训练样本集进行缩减得到精简缩小集,再应用精简缩小集针对初始支持向量机的分类器反向加工来得到支持向量机的最终分类器。该算法可大幅度降低大容量数据集上支持向量机的学习时间,并且具有很好的泛化能力。为了验证本学习方法的可应用性,从Berkeley图像分割数据集BSDS500和互联网上选取相关彩色图像进行仿真实验。该文实验结果表明:该方法得到分割结果的过程不仅比传统支持向量机耗时少,且与Berkeley图像分割数据集中人工标注结果比较得到较好分割效果。  相似文献

通过对支持向量机KKT条件和样本间关系的研究,分析了新增样本加入训练集后支持向量的变化情况,提出一种改进的Upper Limiton Increment增量学习算法.该算法按照KKT条件将对应的样本分为3类:位于分类器间隔外,记为RIG;位于分类间隔上,记为MAR;位于分类间隔内,记为ERR.并在每次训练后保存ERR集,将其与下一个增量样本合并进行下一次训练.实验证明了该算法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

提出了一种基于聚类的支持向量机增量学习算法.先用最近邻聚类算法将训练集分成具有若干个聚类子集,每一子集用支持向量机进行训练得出支持向量集;对于新增数据首先聚类到相应的子集,然后计算其与聚类集内的支持向量之间的距离,给每个训练样本赋以适当的权重;而后再建立预估模型.此算法通过钢材力学性能预报建模的工业实例研究,结果表明:与标准的支持向量回归算法相比,此算法在建模过程中不仅支持向量个数明显减少,而且模型的精度也有所提高.  相似文献

针对词袋模型中的聚集算法对编码矢量之间空间关系信息或者概率分布信息单独建立数学模型,将马尔可夫随机场模型中的拟合参数矢量集合视为编码矢量的聚集矢量集合,计算每个聚集矢量对应的两两图像之间的核矩阵,然后使用基于支持向量机的多核学习方法求解核矩阵的最优线性组合系数以及支持向量系数,最后使用所得训练模型对测试图像进行分类.对于15类场景数据集和Caltech 101数据集,本文算法的分类正确率达到82.67%和62.94%,与其他算法相比具有更高的平均分类正确率.  相似文献

改进了基于参数化间隔的双子支持向量机算法的预处理过程,在数据预处理阶段使用了主成分分析法对数据进行降维,提出了基于主成分分析的参数化间隔双子支持向量机,从而加快了整个算法的训练速度.公共数据库上的实验结果显示了该算法的优秀分类能力,对高维数据集的降维效果也比较成功.最后,将这种算法应用到手写体数字识别技术上,实验结果显示出该算法较好的分类性能.  相似文献

由于支持向量机具有较好地学习性能和泛化能力,目前已经得到了广泛的应用。如何使支持向量机进行有效的增量学习是目前支持向量机应用中需要解决的问题。深入研究了支持向量分布特点,提出了一种新的支持向量机增量训练淘汰机制——距离比值算法。该算法根据遗忘规则,设定一个合适的参数,按距离比值法中的定义计算各个样本中心距离与其到最优分类面距离的比值,舍弃对后续训练影响不大的样本,即可对训练数据进行有效的淘汰。对标准数据集的实验结果表明,使用该方法进行增量训练在保证分类精度的同时,能有效地提高训练速度。  相似文献

该文提出一种基于边界支持向量的自适应增量支持向量机,对每轮训练的样本集提取其边界支持向量,从而减少训练向量数目,提高训练效率.通过自适应调整参数,可以更好地适应新增样本.采用UCI(University of California Irvine)机器学习数据库和Statlog数据库对本文方法进行验证,实验结果表明本文方法的训练时间优于标准支持向量机和一般增量支持向量机.其分类精度也明显优于一般增量支持向量机,在训练数据较少时,其分类精度与标准支持向量机相差不大,但随着训练数据的增加,分类精度逐渐超越标准支持向量机.该文的方法更适合大规模数据集的增量学习.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
