用线性扫描极谱法研究盐酸西替利嗪的电化学行为。在0.20mol/LHOAc-NaOAc(pH4.43)缓冲溶液中,盐酸西替利嗪于-1.74V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,在1.6~24mg/L范围内峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9952,检出限为1.2mg/L。对4mg/L盐酸西替利嗪溶液进行6次平行试验,相对标准偏差RSD为0.62%,回收率在98.6%~100.7%之间。该法可用于片剂中盐酸西替利嗪含量的方便准确测定。  相似文献

用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究克拉霉素在0.15mol·L-1Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液(pH6.86)中的电化学行为,克拉霉素于-0.740V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的还原波,克拉霉素浓度为0.08mg·L-1~100.0mg·L-1范围内,其一次微分线性扫描峰电流与克拉霉素浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.99656(n=5),检出限为0.06mg·L-1。对4.0mg·L-1克拉霉素溶液进行6次平行试验,RSD为2.33%,回收率在94.88%~105.36%之间。方法可用于其在片剂中含量的测定。  相似文献

在pH值为1.0 的HCl溶液中,采用CL-磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃淋树脂分离富集Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ),并用对氨基-N,N-二乙基苯胺分光光度法测定了三价铬和六价铬的含量.实验结果表明,该法在最大吸收波长554 nm处的表观摩尔吸收系数为3.4×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围为0~1.6 mg/L,Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的检测限分别为0.01 mg/L和0.007 mg/L;Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度测定值分别为0.32 mg/L和0.57 mg/L时,其相对标准偏差分别为4.4%(n=6)和2.6%(n=6);Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的标准加入回收率分别为90.0%~102.0%和97.5%~105.0%.该法可用于测定电镀废水中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的含量.  相似文献

以辣椒的下胚轴为外植体,在MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L IAA 1.0mg/L培养基中诱导出愈伤组织。用加入秋水仙碱的培养基和液体浸泡两种方法处理愈伤组织,进行离体细胞多倍体诱导。结果表明:将加入秋水仙碱的培养基法优于液体浸泡法,秋水仙碱浓度为1000mg/L,处理时间为4d时,其加倍效果最好,加倍率达80%。染色体数目鉴定表明:四倍体染色体数目是2n=4x=48,而二倍体染色体数目是2n=2x=24。  相似文献

在碱性条件下,胰蛋白酶对鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光体系具有显著的增强作用,据此建立了流动注射-化学发光增强法测定胰蛋白酶的新方法.该法简单、快速、线性范围宽,在优化的实验条件下,测定胰蛋白酶在1.0~50.0mgL/的浓度范围内相对发光强度与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限可达0.26mg/L,对浓度为10.0mg/L的胰蛋白酶进行平行测定其相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%(n=11),成功地用于合成样品中胰蛋白酶的测定,回收率在90.1%~104.1%,结果令人满意。  相似文献

提出了在0.06 mol/L氯化铵和0.08 mol/L硫酸联氨底液中,单扫描极谱法于原点电位-0.9 V(vs.SCE)起扫,在峰电位分别为-1.13 V(vs.SCE)和-1.33 V(vs.SCE)测定甲醛、乙醛,同时于原点电位-1.20 V(vs.SCE)起扫,在峰电位-1.49 V(vs.SCE)测定丙酮的方法.线性范围为0.25~20.0mg/L甲醛,0.25~16.0mg/L乙醛,0.10~20.0mg/L丙酮;最低检出浓度0.25 mg/L,0.25 mg/L,0.10 mg/L.方法简捷快速,用于酒样分析符合要求.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法对甲磺酸加替沙星在碳糊电极上的伏安行为进行了研究.发现在0.3mol/L的HClO4底波中,于 0.70V左右产生一灵敏的氧化峰,该氧化峰的峰电流与甲磺酸加替沙星的浓度在3.0× 10-5~2.5×10.7mol/L呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9987),富积60 s,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L.5.0×10-6mol/L甲磺酸加替沙平行测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.1%.  相似文献

建立了3位和4位联苯甲酸同分异构体混合物的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定.色谱柱为Symmetry C18,检测波长254 nm,流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾(1.2 mol/L),流速1 mL/min.3-联苯甲酸的线性范围是48~720 mg/L,4-联苯甲酸线性范围是21~685 mg/L;最低检出质量浓度均为0.01 mg/L,相关系数分别为0.999 2和0.999 8;平均回收率分别是99.4 %和98.8 %(n=6),RSD分别为0.87 %和0.93 %.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
