社会转型期内蒙古竞技体育后备人才培养体制研究

采用访谈法和文献资料法，对内蒙古竞技体育后备人才培养体制进行了调查研究．内蒙古竞技体育应重视培育后备人才市场，建立多种培养体制并存、多元开放的后备人才培养模式；要以人为本。提高教练员的执教能力，提高训练的科学化水平，提高运动员的文化素质．     

湘西小城镇竞技体育后备人才培养现状调查

对湘西自治州竞技体育后备人才培养状况进行了调查,结果表明：湘西竞技体育后备人才培养取得一定成效,但是教练员学历和能力不相称,训练质量有待提高;运动员的来源有保障,但人才输出比例过低.造成这一现象的主要原因有投入不足、训练和选材不科学等.     

安徽省青少年网球运动员培养现状研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对安徽省青少年网球运动员的培养现状进行调查。调查结果表明,安徽省青少年网球运动员培养的场地数量较少,不能完全满足需要;教练员年龄结构较合理,但学历、运动经历不高;运动员训练年限不长,绝大多数运动员没有运动等级,运动选材缺乏科学性等。提出加强网球后备人才培养工作的宣传,提高选材质量;加强人才流动管理,完善竞赛体制等建议。     

山西省青少年网球后备人才培养现状的调查研究

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法以及综合分析法对山西省网球后备人才培养所涉及到的管理体制、运动员训练情况、竞赛情况、运动员选材、训练物质保障、教练员队伍建设等问题进行全面了解,试图找到影响山西省网球运动水平滞后的原因,并提出建议为山西省网球后备人才培养提供参考.     

清远市业余体校现状研究

通过对清远市业余体校训练现状的调查分析发现：清远市业余体校存在训练体制不完善，教练员科研水平不高，运动员文化学习与体育训练矛盾重重、出路狭窄、训练经费不足等问题；提出各级政府应加大对体枝的财政投入，体校应采取多渠道办学形式，打破经费来源单一的格局，提高培养效益，建立商业化模式，     

山东省体育传统项目学校与业余体校排球教练员现状的比较研究

对山东省体育传统项目学校与业余体校排球教练员现状,进行了较深入的调查研究,结果表明:业余体校排球教练员在来源、年龄结构、职称结构、运动经历、岗位培训上占有一定优势,体育传统项目学校排球教练员在学历结构、知识结构、科研能力上具有较大优势;二者训练目标定位存在较大的差异;业余体校排球教练员在训练计划的制定上好于体育传统项目学校排球教练员;二者的运动员选材科学化程度都不高.另外,业余体校排球教练员对训练五要素的注重较为全面,但是二者都忽视了信息传递和适应外部条件要素.总体上看,二者各有优劣势,建议健全教练员激励机制,加强教练员队伍建设,继续推进"体教结合"进程,实现"优势互补".     

上海市竞技体育后备人才多元化培养模式探索

竞技体育可持续发展能力取决于后备人才的培养.本文采用文献资料调研、专家访谈等方法,根据目前上海市已开展的奥运项目的竞技地位、历史成绩、群众基础和市场化前景等方面的特点对上海市竞技体育后备人才培养模式进行分析研究,结果显示:1)上海市竞技项目可划分为全力保障项目群、高度市场化项目群、稳步推进项目群和有待开拓项目群;2)上海市竞技体育后备人才培养由传统"三级训练"模式,逐步转向"以体校为主,以学校为补充,多元并举"的培养模式;3)传统培养模式单一、运动员人才浪费等困难等.并据此提出以下对策:1)全力保障项目群的后备人才通过体校、体育传统项目学校和高水平后备人才基地模式来培养;2)高度市场化项目群的后备人才通过学校化和社会化模式来培养;3)稳步推进项目群的后备人才通过体校、学校和青少年体育俱乐部模式来培养;4)有待开拓项目群的后备人才培养必须调动体校、学校、社会和个人家庭的积极参与来实现.为进一步提升上海市竞技体育后备人才的培养提供参考.     

制约陕西省各地市体校投掷运动员成绩的主要因素分析

本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,对陕西省各地市体校田径投掷项目开展现状进行了调查,结果表明：多数体校开设投掷项目,但办学经费来源渠道狭窄;教练员的职称、学历结构较低;运动员选材科学化程度较低;运动成绩整体水平较低;运动员文化课学习较差;近三年运动员培养及输送情况不理想等因素制约着陕西省各地市体校投掷运动员的成绩。针对现状,提出相应的对策。     

六强省市竞技体育重点项目后备人才培养发展对策的研究

重点项目后备人才培养是竞技体育发展的基础和保证。笔者认为,加强六省市重点项目后备人才培养,首先应加强管理措施,重点加强教练员、运动员队伍建设,针对运动员合理项目布局,加速体育场馆建设,开辟后备人才转移输送新途径。     

看奥运会谈中国田径运动存在的几个问题

通过本文对我国田径运动训练运动中存在的问题进行分析、讨论，从而得出结论：必须加强各级田径运动队的管理；加大运动队的经费投入；改善训练的基本条件；提高运动员学习和训练的自觉性、积极性；加强教练员的学习与交流，提高教练员的科学训练水平；科学的进行选材和训练；加强运动员的心理素质能力的培养，增加运动员的比赛、锻炼机会。为我国田径运动训练提供一定的理论帮助，为2008年北京奥运会实现金牌增长提供一些建议。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
