大脑之所以能够控制人和动物的复杂生命活动,使生物体在多变的自然环境得以生存,得益于大规模神经网络中高效、快速、精准的信息传递。神经突触作为神经元之间信息传递的重要机构,保证了神经网络的高效运转,因此构建具有神经突触功能的电子突触是研究仿生系统和类脑神经网络的必经之路。研究人员尝试各种电子元件对神经突触进行模拟,其中忆阻器由于其独特的器件结构和具有“记忆特性”的电学性能,成为构建类脑神经突触的最佳选择。文章全面概述近年来忆阻器模拟神经突触的研究进展,包括忆阻器模拟神经突触的可塑性、再可塑性、非联想学习、联想学习等功能,总结了忆阻器神经突触在人工神经网络中的应用、存在的问题和挑战,并对忆阻器神经突触的研究进行展望。  相似文献

取代苯基N-甲氨基甲酸酯类药物的抗胆碱酯酶能力与影响蜚蠊第Ⅵ腹神经节突触传递效力间存在平行关系。这表明乙酰胆碱在昆虫突触传递中具有生理意义。药物的结构不同对突触传递作用的程度亦不同。在苯环上引入取代基均使对突触传递的影响加强:引入甲基,以间位化合物效力最强;引入二甲基,以3,5-二甲基化合物效力最强。  相似文献

为了探讨长期酒精暴露对内侧前额叶-伏隔核突触传递及可塑性的影响,以雄性Wistar大鼠为模式动物,连续腹膜腔注射酒精(剂量为2 g/kg)或等体积蒸馏水2 d,间隔2 d重复此给药方式,持续14 d,最终共注射酒精或蒸馏水8次。处理结束后,利用在体细胞外电生理技术,在麻醉动物上记录内侧前额叶-伏隔核诱发场突触后电位。结果表明:长期酒精暴露不影响内侧前额叶-伏隔核的基础的谷氨酸能突触传递,却降低了内侧前额叶-伏隔核谷氨酸能突触的长时程抑制。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
