应用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法测定了７０例癫痫患者的血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体水平，与正常对照组比较，发现ＥＰ患者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著增高，揭示ＥＰ患者免疫功能处于抑制状态，不同发作类型，病史长短以及服用抗ＥＰ药物与否均没有显著差异，提示ＥＰ患者免疫功能的低下可能存在某些内在因素，而不是受临床表现和抗ＥＰ药物的影响。     

肺癌患者手术前后血清SIL—2R和TNF—α的水平

采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对４０例肺癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）手术前后表达水平进行动态及临床观察。结果为：（１）ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＮＦ－α术前均显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜００１）;（２）术后１周,ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ及ＴＮＦ－α水平与术前比较,差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞００５）;（３）术后４周,ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＮＦ－α水平较术前显著降低（Ｐ＜００１）,接近对照组水平。结果提示,血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＮＦ－α可作为肺癌患者免疫功能的监测指标之一,并可作为疗效判断的参考。     

α—促黑素细胞激素对IL—1β刺激离体兔下丘脑释放PGE2的抑制作用

采用体外组织培养法观察α－促黑素细胞激素（α－ＭＳＨ）对白细胞介素－１β（ＩＬ－１β）刺激家兔下丘脑组织释放前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）的影响。结果显示,ＩＬ－１β与下丘脑组织培养后４０ｍｉｎ,培养上清液中ＰＧＥ２含量高于未加ＩＬ－１β的对照组（Ｐ＜００１）;而预先（２０ｍｉｎ）加入α－ＭＳＨ,再加入同量ＩＬ－１β培养４０ｍｉｎ,则培养上清液的ＰＧＥ２含量接近对照组水平（Ｐ＞００５）。α－ＭＳＨ抑制下丘脑ＰＧＥ２的产生,可能是其解热的重要机制之一。     

厦门市成年人乙型肝炎疫苗免疫效果调查

对７９７名ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗－ＨＢｓ、抗－ＨＢｃ均为阴性及ＡＬＴ正常的成年人，按０、１、６程序进行了乙肝疫苗接种，于初免后两年观察免疫效果．结果显示：抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率为５５．２１％，其中男性为５７．６７％，女性为５１．３０％，两者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）．在５０岁以下各年龄组间，抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０２）．从事有色金属生产人员与非生产人员，抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．抗－ＨＢｓ阳转高峰在２０～３０岁组，３１岁以上随年龄增长而降低．在抗－ＨＢｓ阳性者中，抗－ＨＢｓ正常应答为９１．５９％，低应答为８．４１％．各年龄组间抗体应答水平无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．ＨＢＶ新感染率为１．２５％．保护率为９８．７５％．     

哮喘患者肺泡巨噬细胞中IL－6mRNA表达的研究

应用逆转录酶链反应及索氏转移杂交技术分析过敏性支气管哮喘患者（激素治疗组９例，非激素治疗组１２例）及正常对照组（１０例）肺泡巨噬细胞（ａｌｖｅｏｌａｒｍａｃｒｏｐｈａｇｅｓ，ＡＭ）中白细胞介素一６（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ－６，ＩＬ－６）的ｍＲＮＡ表达。ＩＬ－６／β－ａｃｔｉｎ比值表示。结果发现未用激素治疗的哮喘患者ＡＭ的ＩＬ－６／μ－ａｃｔｉｎ为０．６６±０．３２，显著高于正常对照者（０．３４±０．１３，Ｐ＜０．０１）及激素治疗组（０．４１±０．１５，Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示表达ＩＬ－６的ＡＭ在哮喘的发病机理中可能具有重要的作用，而皮质激素治疗哮喘的机制之一可能与其抑制ＡＭ表达及产生ＩＬ－６的能力有关。     

抚桑花抗生育活性成分HR—1的研究

本文研究了抚桑花（Ｈｉｂｉｓｃｕｓ ｒｏｓａ－ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）石油醚溶物ＨＲ－１的抗生育活性。对妊娠早期小鼠灌胃ＨＲ－１（剂量为２，４，１０，１００，１０００ｍｇ（ｋｇ－ｄ）可抗早孕；放免测定血清Ｅ２和Ｐ表明，给药组Ｅ２和Ｐ均比对照组水平降低，可能是参与了抗早孕作用；卵巢组织学观察说明黄体在给药后受损。     

犬冠状动脉周期性血流减少时冠状窦内血浆TXB_2及6-K-PGF_(1α)升高的意义

目的：观察冠状动脉（冠脉）发生周期性血流减少（ＣＦＲｓ）时血栓烷Ａ２（ＴＸＡ２）及前列环素（ＰＧＩ２）的变化及意义。方法：犬剖胸分离出２～３ｃｍ长的冠脉前降支（ＬＡＤ）,用血管钳钳夹方法损伤冠脉内膜后放置血管缩窄环,使冠脉达临界狭窄。缩窄环近端置电磁流量计,诱发ＣＦＲｓ,在ＣＦＲｓ出现前及ＣＦＲｓ出现后４０ｍｉｎ冠状窦内采血,用放免法测ＴＸＡ２及ＰＧＩ２的代谢产物ＴＸＢ２及６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α。结果：ＣＦＲｓ出现４０ｍｉｎ后,ＴＸＢ２及６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α均显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）（ＴＸＢ２从７５．６２±４８．８７ｎｇ／Ｌ升至１０９．２２±４５．９９ｎｇ／Ｌ;６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α从１６．１４±９．２８ｎｇ／Ｌ升至３５．５７±１７．２１ｎｇ／Ｌ）。结论：发生ＣＦＲｓ时,血管内皮细胞分泌的６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α随血小板分泌的ＴＸＢ２一同显著升高,其机理可能是血管内皮细胞的一种应激性反应。

对ＳＰ２／０骨髓瘤细胞、免疫脾细胞和由二者融合而分泌抗水貂肠炎病毒（ＭｉｎｋＥｎｔｅｒｔｉｔｉｓＶｉｒｕｓ，ＭＥＶ）单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞超微结构进行了研究．经ＭＥＶ免疫的动物的脾细胞糙面内质网发达，细胞质与细胞核的比例增大．贴壁生长的ＳＰ２／０细胞的表面中央为微绒毛集中区，其余部分则遍布皱褶，细胞质中内质网不发达．由ＳＰ２／０细胞和免疫牌细胞融合形成的杂交瘤细胞，表面均匀分布有皱褶，无微绒毛，细胞在贴壁基部周围伸出裙状伪足，扩大了贴壁面积，使细胞贴壁较牢固．本实验还对ＳＰ２／０细胞和杂交瘤细胞的染色体做了计数，二者的平均数分别为６７和９７，在传代培养中染色体有丢失现象．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
