We introduce a new parallel evolutionary algorithm in modeling dynamic systems by nonlinear higher-order ordinary differential equations (NHODEs). The NHODEs models are much more universal than the traditional linear models. In order to accelerate the modeling process, we propose and realize a parallel evolutionary algorithm using distributed CORBA object on the heterogeneous networking. Some numerical experiments show that the new algorithm is feasible and efficient. First, an asynchronous distributed parallel evolutionary modeling algorithm (PEMA) for building the model of system of ordinary differential equations for dynamical systems is proposed in this paper. Then a series of parallel experiments have been conducted to systematically test the influence of some important parallel control parameters on the performance of the algorithm. A subdynamics theory framework for describing multi-coupled quantum computing systems is presented first. A general kinetic equation for the reduced system is given then, enabling a sufficient condition to be formulated for constructing a pure coherent quantum computing system. This reveals that using multi-coupled systems to perform quantum computing in Rigged Liouville Space opens the door to controlling or eliminating the intrinsic de-coherence of quantum computing systems. The distribution and configuration of surfactants at interface in surfactant-water-oil systems have been investigated using discontinuous molecular dynamic simulations. There exists a certain equilibrium concentration of surfactants at interface for the systems with certain interactions among surfactant, water and oil. The interface length and equilibrium morphology of the systems are dependent on the equilibrium concentration of surfactants at interface and the total amount of surfactants. The interaction strengths among surfactant, water and oil determine the equilibrium concentration of surfactants at interface. Three typical configurations of surfactants at interface have been observed: ① surfactant molecules are perpendicular to the interface and arranged closely; ② perpendicular to the interface and arranged at interval of two particles; ③ lie down in the interface partly.  相似文献

Current distributed parallel file systems and database systems can not satisfy the demands of data-intensive applications, such as storage capacity, access performance, reliability, scalability, and so on. Cluster-based storage sys tems have some shortcomings, too. To solve this kind of problems, a novel PC storage cluster solution is proposed, a distributed storage system based on 3-tiered agent architecture is designed, the system reliability model based on the masterslave backup mode is built, and the system availability is analyzed with the Markov model. The aim of research on software architecture is to improve the quality attributes of software systems, such as security, reliability, maintainability, testability, reassembility, evolvability. The differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) curves of the mitochondria isolated from two varieties of sporophyte cytoplasmic male sterile and their fertile lines of Yie Bai and Ma Xie type rice have been determined. The curves show that the energy is released continuously as temperature rise to 70°C. Some thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the energy release of the mitochondria have been obtained. The presented results showed that the mitochondria from cytoplasmic male sterile rice released more heat and they had higher energy barrier, less rate, and more complicated mechanism than that of their fertile lines in the energy release process. The unified chaotic system contains the Lorenz system and the Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. This paper presents the design of bang bang controller for unified system and multitude of numerical experiments under various control parameters. Numerical experiments meet the theoretic proof perfectly and convincingly demonstrated the controller can be effectively used for unified systems with uncertainty of the equilibrium points. The method enriches the applications of chaotic control. We discuss the equivalence problem of hyperneutral type nonlinear time varying control system and linear time varying control system in the theory of stabilization. Making use of the symmetric positive definite solution of Riccati matrix differential equation which corresponds to the linear time varying control system, we construct the Lyapunov function. Then we provide the sufficent conditions which make that the zero solution of the hyperneutral type nonlinear time varying control systems is uniformly asymptotically stable by means of the Lyapunov equivalence decomposition method, and find the formulaes which can be used to estimate the bounds of the time delays and the nonlinear terms. When acquaintances of a model are little or the model is too complicate to build by using traditional time series methods, it is convenient for us to take advantage of genetic programming (GP) to build the model. Considering the complexity of nonlinear dynamic systems, this paper proposes modeling dynamic systems by using the nonlinear difference equation based on GP technique. First it gives the method, criteria and evaluation of modeling. Then it describes the modeling algorithm using GP. Finally two typical examples of time series are used to perform the numerical experiments. The result shows that this algorithm can successfully establish the difference equation model of dynamic systems and its predictive result is also satisfactory. In order to get over the difficulty of introducing boundary conditions in solving differential equations by Daubechies wavelet, in this paper the wavelet-Galerkin numerical method is suggested to solve the differential equations, especially for the differential equation with boundary layer.
