采用^3H-TDR掺入法,研究了过渡金属离子Cd^2+、Ni^2+、Cu^2+和Zn^2+取代Con-A中Mn^2+之后,对人淋巴细胞刺激分裂作用影响。研究结果表明,不同的金属离子取代后的Con-A刺激活性都明显提高。  相似文献

研究了多种金属离子对背角无齿蚌碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性的影响,结果表明:Na^+,K^+和Li^+等一价金属离子没有影响:Mg^2+,Ca^2+,Ba^2+,Ni^2+,Mn^2+和Co^2+有激活作用;而Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Hg^2+,Cd^2+及Ag^+有抑制作用,脲对AKP的变性失活作用,按脲浓度可为低于2mol/L和高于2mol/L两种类型,低浓度脲对背角无齿蚌AKP活性抑制的动力学表  相似文献

采用电位滴定法对Ⅲ-Ⅱ价混合金属离子(Al^3+、Fe^3+、Ni^2+、Zn^2+、Cu^3+)水溶液加碱形成复合氢氧化物进行了研究,结果发现,所的M^3+ ̄M^2+混合体系均能形成复合氢氧化物,并且复合氢氧化物沉淀时的PH值低于单一金属离子析出M(OH)2深沉时的PH值,这种PH值差别越大,越易形成复合氢氧化物,即形成复合的顺序是:Ni^2〉Zn^2+〉Cu^2+值,这种PH值差别越大,越易形  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
