本实验通过自发产生脂质过氧化及分别用自由基诱导剂CCl4、H2O2和Fe2+-VitC激发脂质过氧化,以丙二醛(MDA)产生量作为脂质过氧化作用程度指标,观察沙枣叶水煎提取物对小鼠肝脂质过氧化的保护作用强弱.结果显示沙枣叶水煎提取物可降低小鼠肝组织自发性MDA的生成,减轻CCl4 、H2O2 、Fe2+-VitC所诱导的肝脏脂质过氧化反应,具有良好的抗脂质过氧化作用.  相似文献

目的:研究2-乙基-3-羟基-6-苯硫基-4(1H)-吡啶酮(HPP)对四氯化碳(CCl4),硫代乙酰胺(TAA)及D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)引发的小鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法:用CCl4,TAA,D-GalN引发动物急性肝损伤(D-GalN)引发的小鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法:用CCl4,TAA,D-GalN引发动物急性肝损伤,HPP通过口服红药,测定动物血清中谷丙转氨酶(GPT),谷草转氨酶(GOT),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px) ,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,用硫代巴比妥酸法测定肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:HPP1.6mg.kg^-1,6.4mg.kg^-1显著抑制运物血清中GPT,GOT活性的升高,显著抑制GSH-Px,SOD活性的降低且能降低肝组织中脂质过氧化产物MDA含量的升高,同时HPP对CCl4所致大鼠急性肝损伤也有一定的抑制作用,实验表明HPP对正常小鼠血清及肝脏GPT活力无明显影响,结论:HPP对动物急性肝损伤有明显的抑制作用。  相似文献

在体外化学模拟环境的条件下,采用比色法测定了羊栖菜,条浒苔和坛紫菜醇提物对DPPH自由基,羟基自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力以及抗脂质过氧化能力。羊栖菜醇提物显示出较强的DPPH自由基清除能力,羟基自由基清除能力与抗脂质过氧化能力,坛紫菜醇提物显示出较强的超氧阴离子自由基清除能力与抗脂质过氧化能力。  相似文献

探讨了柿叶醇提物的乙酸乙酯萃取制剂(EAF)对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.腹腔注射四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定不同剂量的EAF对血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,肝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,同时对肝组织进行病理学检查.结果表明,EAF具有剂量依赖性地降低血清中ALT、AST、AKP值,增强肝中SOD、GPx、CAT的活性,降低肝组织匀浆中MDA的含量,减轻CCl4对肝脏细胞的病理损伤.100mg/kg是EAF对肝损伤的合适保护剂量.适量的EAF对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤有较好的保护作用.  相似文献

富硒乳酸菌抗肝损伤小鼠红细胞脂质过氧化作用   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
选择60只健康雌雄对半成年小鼠,随机分成对照组(C组),富硒乳酸菌组(Se组),CCl4-富硒乳酸菌组(CCl4-Se),CCl4注射组(CCl4组),通过腹腔注射CCl4诱发肝损伤,分别在第2、4、6周采集血样并测定红细胞溶血液中GSH-Px、GST和SOD活性及MDA含量.研究富硒乳酸菌对CCl4诱发肝损伤小鼠红细胞脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用.结果显示,在整个实验期内,SOD各组间未见明显差异;GST表现为Se组最高,呈上升趋势,且在第6周高于或明显高于其他符组,CCl4组低于或明显低于C组和CCl4-Se组,C组和CCl4-Se组相近;C组、Se组和CCl4-Se组GSH—Px活性无明显差异,而CCl4组随负荷时间呈下降趋势,第4周后明显低于其余三组.C组和CCl4-Se组的MDA无明显差异,Se组整体水平低于或明显低于其它三组,CCl4组高于或显著高于其它三组.提示CCl4诱发肝损伤小鼠红细胞脂质过氧化变化剧烈,富硒乳酸菌制剂能通过抗损伤保护以及增强抗氧化酶活性发挥有效作用.  相似文献

黄芪注射液对四氯化碳损伤小鼠肝的保护作用   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
观察黄芪注射液(HQI)对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致肝损伤的保护作用.采用CCl4所致肝损伤模型,并测定功能,肝组织学检查及肝组织匀浆脂质过氧化.结果为,CCl4模型组小鼠血清GPT为(945.7±146.1)U/100mL,显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01).HQI低、高剂量组的血清GPT分别为(576.3±97.4)U/100mL和(518.6±78.8)U/100mL,均显著低于模型组(P<0.01).HQI治疗组肝组织MDA浓度显著低于模型组,病理学损伤减轻.结论为,注射3g/kg~10g/kgHQI可减轻CCl4引起的小鼠肝脏损伤.本实验结果提示,HQI具有减少脂质过氧化物产生的作用.  相似文献

考察不同剂量的H2O2作用于小鼠成纤维细胞(NIH3T3)后,细胞脂质过氧化、存活率、DNA片段化的变化情况,并研究谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的模拟物6A,6B-环己胺-6A′,6B′-硒桥联-β-CD(6-CySeCD)抗H2O2诱导小鼠成纤维细胞损伤的能力.结果表明:H2O2对NIH3T3细胞有严重损伤;6-CySeCD能有效保护细胞,防止紫外线引起的损伤.  相似文献

从裸燕麦麸皮中提取得到总燕麦皂苷,研究了乙酸乙酯对异黄酮的脱除效果,采用薄层色谱法对裸燕麦总皂苷进行了初步分离,并研究了裸燕麦皂苷对卵磷脂脂质过氧化、小鼠肝自发性脂质过氧化和Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝脂质过氧化的抑制作用.结果表明,乙酸乙酯可有效去除异黄酮,裸燕麦总皂苷中有6种皂苷类化合物,裸燕麦皂苷对卵磷脂脂质过氧化、小鼠肝自发性脂质过氧化和Fe2+-H2O2诱导的小鼠肝脂质过氧化均具有极显著的(P<0.01)抑制作用,抑制率分别达到58.7%、42.4%和18.6%.  相似文献

研究壳寡糖(COS)、氨基葡萄糖(GlcNH2)和N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖(GlcNAc)对CCl4诱导的雄性昆明种小鼠肝毒性的保护作用,并探讨其可能机制. 小鼠腹腔注射CCl4(20mg/kg体重)24h后,血清天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性明显提高,引起肝脏脂质过氧化反应,巯基含量降低,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)减弱,诱发基因毒性. 提前连续12天分别灌胃给予COS,GlcNH2 和GlcNAc(1.5g/kg体重)能够显著诱导金属硫蛋白(MT)的表达,体内的抗氧化防御系统随之增强以抵抗CCl4诱导的氧化损伤. 血清AST和ALT活性明显降低,肝脏丙二醛(MDA)生成被抑制,巯基含量,T-AOC明显恢复. 但是,从DNA电泳结果反应出的基因毒性并未减轻. 实验结果证明,提前给予COS,GlcNH2和GlcNAc对CCl4诱导的小鼠肝损伤能够起到有效的保护作用,其中,GlcNH2的作用效果最显著.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
