采用化学浴沉积方法,分别以氟掺杂氧化锡导电玻璃(FTO)和普通玻璃为衬底,在70℃下制备具有束状纳米结构的SnS薄膜.通过研究反应时间对束状纳米结构SnS薄膜的影响,提出束状纳米结构SnS薄膜可能的成膜机制,并测试束状纳米结构SnS薄膜对罗丹明-B的光催化降解性能.结果表明,生长在FTO衬底上的束状纳米结构SnS薄膜具有更优异的光催化性能.  相似文献

SnS2/SnS薄膜太阳能电池的制备与性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
文章采用水热法合成SnS2、SnS纳米晶体,用浸涂法制备了相应薄膜及其太阳能电池.用XRD和TEM分析了纳米晶体的晶型和颗粒形貌,用SEM对SnS2薄膜进行了表征,测量了SnS2、SnS薄膜的UV-Vis、UV-Vis-NIR吸收性能.结果表明,所制备的SnS2、SnS颗粒分别呈球形和片状结构且结晶性良好,SnS2薄膜的直接带隙为2.6 eV、间接带隙为2.2 eV,SnS薄膜的直接带隙为1.2 eV,间接带隙为1.0 eV,得到的SnS2/SnS薄膜太阳能电池的短路电流密度为1.1 μA/cm2,开路电压为25 mV.  相似文献

为探讨SnS2纳米片/氧化石墨烯(GO)复合材料的光催化活性,采用液相氧化法制备GO,通过一步水热合成法,控制GO的含量和反应时间制备了一系列SnS2/GO复合材料.采用XRD,DRS,TEM,IR表征了制得的催化剂,研究了催化剂在可见光(λ >420 nm)下降解甲基橙的催化性能.结果表明:改变GO含量,SnS2六边形结构保持不变,SnS2/GO复合材料比纯的SnS2具有更高的光催化活性.当GO与SnS2质量比为5%,反应36 h催化效果较佳.  相似文献

为了研究硫锡化合物SnSx(x=1,2)纳米片材料的气敏特性,以工艺简单的一步水热法制备SnS(硫化亚锡)及SnS2(二硫化锡)纳米片气敏传感器;对SnSx(x=1,2)纳米片样品进行扫描电镜(SEM)表征发现,SnS纳米片平均厚度在50 nm以下,SnS2纳米片厚度在100 nm以上.气敏性能测试结果显示,SnS基传感器在190℃的工作温度下对50μL·L-1的乙醇响应达到5.32, SnS2纳米片传感器在160℃下对50μL·L-1的三乙胺(TEA)的响应值为4.38,气敏性质差异大的主要原因是片层结构的不同.  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶法首先合成了多孔结构的二氧化钛(TiO_2)薄膜,然后在多孔结构的二氧化钛(TiO_2)薄膜基础上,利用界面反应在常温下合成SnS/TiO_2纳米复合薄膜.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对制得的复合薄膜进行表征,用紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)和紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)测试了所制备薄膜的光谱性质,进一步探讨了SnS/TiO_2纳米复合薄膜的光电转换性质.  相似文献

针对SnS(硫化亚锡)气敏传感器工作温度较高、水热过程中容易出现SnO2(氧化锡)相变的困难,以hammer法自制GO(石墨烯)为基底,通过水热合成SnS/GO纳米复合材料.对合成样品进行扫描电镜(SEM)表征发现,SnS/GO样品形貌较好,SnS均匀且原位生长在GO片层上.气敏性能测试结果证实,SnS/GO基传感器对CH3CH2OH(乙醇)的最佳工作温度由复合前的240℃降低到90℃,对25μL·L-1的响应增加到6.21(90℃).气敏性能提升的机理归结为GO具有超高的载流子迁移率、大的比表面积及复合样品可提供更多的吸附位点.  相似文献

采用超声喷雾热解法制备了SnS薄膜,用XRD和SEM等测试手段对薄膜样品的晶体结构和表面形貌进行了表征, 并测试了SnS薄膜时光学性能.制备中对比了几种反应前驱液配方和改变沉积温度对SnS薄膜结构、形貌及透过率的影响,得到了如下结果:以N,N二乙基硫脲+氯化亚锡+甲醇溶液作为前驱液,沉积温度为300℃时,可得到不含有SnO2的单一SnS薄膜.  相似文献

以NaBiO3·2H2O和Te粉为反应物,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K130)为形状调控剂,通过溶剂热法合成具有不同形状的Bi2Te3纳米低维结构.系统研究了反应溶剂、反应温度和时间对Bi2Te3纳米低维结构的形状有显著影响.研究结果表明,反应溶剂、反应温度和时间对Bi2Te3纳米低维结构的形状有显著影响.用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K130)作形状调控剂,在乙二酵(EG)中于200℃下反应45小时,成功合成了Bi2Te3纳米方块.用X射线粉末衍射和透射显微镜技术对所制备纳米晶的成分、晶相、形状和尺寸进行了表征分析.  相似文献

本文结合热力学分析和实验,研究了火法制备SnS时,原料配比、反应条件对产物纯度、稳定性的影响机理。结果表明,当反应温度超过440℃,S和Sn反应较快,主要产物为SnS;当反应温度为440℃,S与Sn配料的初始摩尔比在1.2~1.4之间时,所制SnS呈现层状结构,产物主要成分是SnS,含有少量Sn2S3和极少量Sn;随着原料中S比例增加,产物中SnS含量先增加后减小,在硫锡摩尔比为1.25时达到最高值92.95%,此时Sn2S3含量为5.48%,Sn含量为1.57%;合成产物在微氧气氛中,在约350℃时开始产生Sn(SO4)O2杂质,温度升高到700℃,产物中的Sn(SO4)O2和Sn2S3会先后分解,分解的最终产物为SnS。  相似文献

在络合剂EDTA存在且溶液的pH=2.1,沉积电位E=-1.0 V,离子浓度比Sn2+/S2O32-=1/4的条件下,通过改变EDTA的浓度,用阴极恒电位电沉积法在ITO导电玻璃基片上沉积SnS薄膜.结合X射线衍射和表面形貌分析,表明它们是具有正交结构的SnS多晶薄膜,且薄膜的颗粒小、致密性和均匀度较好;对其Ram an光谱研究也进一步说明了薄膜中的主要成分是SnS.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
