在腹板开孔C型轻钢龙骨的研究基础上,对新型腹板开孔HF1轻钢龙骨复合墙体截面参数、开孔参数对传热性能的影响进行数值模拟分析。分析内容包括两大部分:复合墙体的截面参数(龙骨高度、龙骨厚度、龙骨翼缘宽度)对墙体传热的影响;腹板开孔参数(孔长、孔宽、孔洞横向间距、孔洞纵向间距、开孔排数)对墙体传热的影响。研究结果表明:龙骨高度及龙骨厚度对墙体传热系数的变化影响较为明显,龙骨闭合翼缘宽度无明显影响。孔长和开孔排数是影响传热性能的主要参数。  相似文献

进行了开有圆孔的波纹腹板钢梁腹板的弹性抗剪屈曲研究.建立了有限元模型,通过特征值屈曲分析得到弹性屈曲荷载.探讨了开孔腹板弹性屈曲应力与孔径大小、腹板高度、腹板厚度、开孔的横向偏心以及纵向偏心的关系.在已有的未开孔波纹腹板受剪屈曲承载力计算公式的基础上,通过大量的有限元数值计算,分析了各参数的影响,以折减系数的形式得到开孔后的弹性抗剪屈曲承载力计算公式.  相似文献

通过ABAQUS有限元软件对冷弯薄壁型钢加劲腹板错列开孔柱的轴压性能进行了研究. 通过比较试验和有限元分析获得的破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线以及极限承载力,发现二者具有良好的一致性,从而验证了有限元模型的准确性. 基于验证的有限元模型,分析了开孔间距、孔型、长细比、腹板加劲肋板件高度以及翼缘宽厚比等对冷弯薄壁型钢加劲腹板错列开孔柱的受力性能的影响. 结果表明:所有构件的破坏模式均以畸变屈曲失效破坏为主. 增加错列开孔之间的间距可提升构件的极限承载力,且错列开孔构件的承载力相较并排开孔的构件可提升10%以上. 孔型对构件的极限承载力影响较小. 随着腹板加劲肋板件高度的增加,构件的极限承载力总体呈上升趋势. 相较V形加劲截面构件,Σ形加劲截面构件的极限承载力提升约6.5%. 随着构件长细比的增大和翼缘宽厚比的增加,构件的极限承载力均会有所下降.  相似文献

对梁柱端板连接标准型和腹板开孔型节点进行了非线性有限元分析,研究了腹板开孔参数对节点区应力分布、屈服时应力应变发展变化及节点的弹性极限承载力的影响,对不同开孔尺寸节点的力学性能进行了分析比较,探讨了端板厚度、螺栓、开孔参数对端板上应力分布的影响.结果表明,梁柱端板连接腹板开孔型节点的细部构造对其受力影响较大,采用合理的细部构造形式有利于降低应力集中,改善节点的应力分布,使之受力均匀合理.  相似文献

为了充分利用边界层的起始段效应,以达到强化传热的目的,提出一种新型横排三角形多孔翅片。运用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对翅片热力性能进行了数值计算,与相关试验结果进行对比,验证数值分析的有效性与准确性。在此基础上,分析不同的开孔率以及孔错开间距等因素对新型多孔翅片热力性能的影响。结果表明:较大开孔率翅片总体传热特性优于较小开孔率翅片;孔错开间距为1/2单元宽度的翅片具有较大的传热品质因子,传热性能更好。最后,通过与锯齿翅片传热品质因子j/f1/3进行比较得出,三角孔翅片具有较优越的传热性能。  相似文献

通过对受荷工字型钢梁腹板开孔试验的实时监测,分析不同工况下钢梁开孔前后的受力特性,监测结果表明:在开孔率较小时气割开孔导致的温度应变远大于开孔引起的受荷应变,并且开孔时在钢梁下架设临时支撑可以有效地降低残余应变.同时,结合有限元模拟,讨论了开孔形状、尺寸对钢梁力学性能的影响,结果表明:孔径在200 mm以内是钢梁开孔的合理选择.有限元模拟与现场试验结果的比较表明了在钢梁开孔现场试验的必要性.  相似文献

腹板开孔轻钢龙骨作为一种有效的节能构件而被广泛应用于寒冷地区的轻钢龙骨复合住宅体系中.采用ANSYS非线性有限元方法系统分析了在轴压、弯矩、压弯基本荷载作用下,腹板开孔对标准轻钢龙骨的屈曲模式、变形、截面应力、承载力等方面力学性能的影响规律,给出龙骨腹板孔洞的合理取值范围.结果表明,常用孔洞参数范围内腹板开孔对龙骨承载力的降低幅度可以控制在10%以内;腹板开孔后龙骨整体变形能力降低,峰值应变相应减小,使龙骨的初始刚度略微增大.腹板孔洞长度是影响龙骨力学性能的重要参数,随孔洞长度增加,龙骨承载力下降,延性变差.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
