Synthesis and Characterization of Poly（methylsilane） as Ceramic Precursor

Polysilanes are novel polymers with Si-Si catenation chain. They can be used as precursors for SiC ceramic, have important applications in anti-oxidation of C/C composites. Poly（methylsilane） （PMS）, which is an ideal precursor to stoichiometric SiC, is synthesized by the sodium polycondensation reaction of monomer CH3SiHCl2. During the reaction, there is an initiation period. In this period there is no obvious exothermic reaction after dropping of monomer, then suddenly eruptive reaction arise and temperature goes up quickly, After the eruption, the polymerization can proceed smoothly. This phenomenon is harmful to scale-up.     

2-(2-苯胺乙基)吡啶的合成和晶体结构

本文合成了2-(2-苯胺乙基)吡啶并用X-射线衍射法测定了其晶体结构。该分子以正交空间群Pbca结晶,晶胞参数为a=7.1899(2),b=14.6317(3),C=21.6144(1) ,D_(calc)1.158 g cm~(-1),Z=8。在晶体中,分子间通过N—H…N氢键沿a轴排列成链状。     

Synthesis, Characterization and Calorimetry of Ni（C4H8N2O3）2Cl2

A coordination complex was synthesized from NiCl2 and dipeptide glycylglycine（GG）. It was characterized by element analysis, NMR and TG methods, and then was determined to be Ni（C4HsN2O3）2Cl2. Using an isoperibolic reaction calorimeter, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of Ni（GG）2Cl2（solid） has been determined to be -（1 674.66±2.02） kJ · mol^-1 at 298.15 K.     

2-(9,9-二丁基-2-芴基)苯甲酸的合成与晶体结构

以9,9-二丁基-2-溴代芴和邻甲苯硼酸为原料,通过Suzuki偶联反应和氧化反应得到一种新的芴衍生物,其结构通过1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,HRMS和X射线单晶衍射表征.该化合物的晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为:Pbca,a=0.9746(2),6=2.1681(4),c=2.2838(5)nm,V=4.7445(16)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.116 g/cm3,μ=0.068 mm-1,F(000)=1712,R=0.0469,ωR=0.1127.单晶数据分析表明每两个标题化合物之间通过两个分子间氢键O-H…0相连.     

Synthesis,Structure and Antitumor Activities of [Ni（dien）2][Ni（CN）4] Complex

Ni(II)-dien complex was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P-1, with crystallographic parametersa=0.888 13(18) nm,b=0.890 10(18) nm,c=1. 591 8(3) nm, α=77.71(3)°, β=89.12(3)°, γ=61.24(3)°,Z=2. The two dien molecules coordinate to the central Ni atom, the six nitrogen atoms form a distorted octahedron. Preliminary pharmacological tests showed this complex had antitumor activity against HepG₂ and HL-60 cell linesin vitro. [Ca（H—Sulf）（H2O）6]（H—Sulf）·3H2O的合成及晶体结构

Ca（OH）2与柳氮磺胺吡啶（H2-Sulf）反应生成化合物[Ca（H—Sulf）（H2O）6]（H—Sulf）·3H2O。单晶X-射线衍射结构分析表明,标题化合物的化学式为C36H44CaN8O19S2,Mr=996．99,属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数：a=1．15786（11）nm,6—1．50224（15）nm,c=1．53953（15）nm,a=113．129（2）°,β=109．302（2）°,γ=92．477（2）°,V=2．2775（4）nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1．454Mg／m^3,R1=0．142,wR2=0．297（I〉2σ（I））,5=1．027。标题化合物为离子型化合物,中心Ca（Ⅱ）采用七配位的变形加帽八面体几何构型,柳氮磺胺吡啶的羧基采用单齿配位方式与Ca（Ⅱ）形成配位键,羟基和吡啶N均未参与配位。在晶胞堆积中,化合物通过复杂分子内和分子间氢键形成三维的超分子结构。     

Synthesis of Telechelic Polyisobutylenes and Polyethers and Their Characterization

Telechelic polymers have attained great consideration as building blocks in the synthesis of block copolymers and networks. Telechelic polymers with various endgroups are also widely used materials for the preparation of polymeric prodrugs. Several methods have been reported to obtain functionalized polymers from the corresponding polyisobutylene （PIB） and polyether derivatives. In this presentation, we will demonstrate very versatile and powerful synthetic methods to obtain telechelic polymers.     

2-氨基-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)-6-(哌啶-1-基)-3,5-二腈基吡啶的三组分合成与表征

在甲醇溶剂中,以丙二腈、4-甲氧基苯甲醛、哌啶为原料,常温下经三组分一锅法合成得到了未见文献报道的新化合物2-氨基-4-(4-甲氧苯基)-6-(哌啶-1-基)-3,5-二腈基吡啶,收率40%.其化学结构经过1H NMR、MS及单晶衍射进行表征.     

Synthesis and structure determination of ruthenium and osmium complexes with 2,6-bis-(diphenylphosphinomethyl) pyridine

2,6-Bis (diphenylphosphinomethyl) pyridine (PNP) reaction with Na₂OsCl₆ · 6H₂O to give the five coordinated, sixteen-electron complex Os (PNP)Cl₂. In the presence of formaldehyde, the reaction between Na₂OsCl₆· 6H₂O and PNP proceeds rapidly in boiling ethanol to give the coordinately saturated Os(PNP)Cl₂(CO). The IR spectrum of Os(PNP)Cl₂(CO) shows a strong absorption band at 1 970 cm⁻¹ assignable tov _∞ stretch. PNP reacts with RuCl₂(PPh₃)₃ and RuCl₂(DMSO)₄ (DMSO=dimethyl sulfoxide) to give Ru(PNP)Cl₂ (PPh₃) and Ru(PNP)Cl₂ (DMSO) respectively. The average Ru−Cl, Ru−P and Ru−N bond distance in Ru(PNP)Cl₂(PPh₃) determineby X-ray crystallography are 0.242, 0.236 and 0.216 nm, respectively. 4烯丙氧基6乙酰基2乙酯基吡啶和4烯丙氧基2,6二乙酰基吡啶的合成

乙酰基吡啶是一种重要的希夫碱前驱体。以白屈氨酸为原料，经酯化反应，合成了4-羟基-2，6-二乙酯基吡啶，再与3-溴丙烯反应，得到4-烯丙氧基-2，6-二乙酯基吡啶。此产物与乙酸乙酯在乙醇纳催化下Claisen酯缩合反应，当控制乙醇钠与4-烯丙氧基-2，6-二乙酯基吡啶的摩尔比为0．9：1时，得4-烯丙氧基-6-乙酰基-2-乙酯基吡啶，而摩尔比为5：1时，得4-烯丙氧基-2，6-二乙酰基吡啶。其中4-烯丙氧基-6-乙酰基-2-乙酯基吡啶为首次报道合成。产物通过核磁共振和红外分析确认结构。     

二水合·吡啶二甲酸合铜(II)的结构表征

目的 :研究含氮、氧三齿配体的配位性能和金属配合物结构 ,合成三齿配体吡啶二甲酸与铜 (II)和水的配合物 { [Cu(pydca) (H2 O) ]3 } (pydcaH2 :吡啶二甲酸 ) .方法 :采用X射线衍射法对配合物进行了晶体结构的测定 .结果 :结构简式C2 1H2 1Cu3 N3 O18,相对分子质量Mr=794 0 3,三斜晶系 ,空间群为P1,晶胞参数a =4 72 0 0 (10 ) A(1 A =10- 10 m) ,b =10 35 5 (4) A ,c =2 6 837(11) A ;α=98 190 (7)° ,β =93 2 90 (5 )° ,γ =94 2 5 0 (10 )° ,Z =2 ,V =12 91 7(8) A3 ,F(0 0 0 ) =798,Dc=2 0 4 2mg/m3 ,μ =2 5 4 5mm- 1.结果 :晶体分子中含 3个类似结构的配合物单元 .结论 :每单元中心都以CuNO4 五配位方式形成扭曲的四方锥构型 .     

三种苦参碱衍生物的合成与表征

为了发现基于苦参碱的具备良好抗炎活性的化合物,以苦参碱为原料,在二异丙基氨基锂的催化作用下经亲核取代反应合成得到3个未见文献报道的苦参碱衍生物。经实验证实,在反应温度-5℃,反应时间2 h的条件下产率最高。利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、质谱(MS)对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征。     

新型二茂铁衍生物的合成和表征

由二茂铁为起始原料合成了三个新型的二茂铁衍生物1、2、3，它们的结构都通过了核磁共振谱、红外光谱、元素分析表征。     

5-正丙基-2-(3,5-二氟苯基)嘧啶的合成

对新型的液晶材料5-正丙基-2-(3,5-二氟苯基)嘧啶的合成路线进行了改进.从3,5-二氟苯甲腈出发,通过加成、取代、环合等反应得到5-正丙基-2-(3,5-氟苯基)嘧啶,总收率为51.6%.其中通过正戊醛,利用Vilsmeier 试剂,以81.8%的收率实现了中间体2-正丙基-3-二甲氨基丙稀醛的合成.     

2,6-二乙酰吡啶缩2,6-二甲基苯胺双希夫碱的合成及其晶体结构

将2,6-吡啶二甲酸二甲酯与乙酸乙酯混合发生缩合反应,得到2,6-二乙酰吡啶(DAP)Ⅰ,将Ⅰ与2,6-二甲基苯胺发生缩合反应,获得2,6-二乙酰吡啶缩2,6-二甲基苯胺双希夫碱化合物Ⅱ.并通过元素分析和核磁共振氢谱等手段对其结构进行了表征.用X射线单晶衍射测定了Ⅱ的晶体结构.晶体结构表明,两个芳环与吡啶环没有通过两个亚甲胺基(CN)形成π键共轭体系.     

热致液晶聚酰胺的合成与表征

采用低温溶液缩聚的方法,合成了一种在结构上存在着大量醚键的聚酰胺,并用红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜（SEM）等方法进行了表征。结果表明,该聚酰胺在熔融状态下具有明显的液晶态结构,属于典型的主链型热致液晶。
