近五年间湖北大学学生体质动态分析

对2002、2004、2006年湖北大学学生体质调研结果进行动态分析和比较．结果表明，2004年与2002年相比，除男、女生身高、体重外，肺活量、握力、立定跳远、男1000m、女800m各项指标均低于2002年；各项指标均具有非常显著性的差异（p〈0．01）．2006年与2004年相比，身高、体重、各项反映身体形态指标的平均值均优于2004年，差异具有显著性（p〈O．01）；但其它各项指标肺活量、握力、立定跳远、男1000m、女800m明显低于2004年，且具有显著性差异（p〈O．01）．2006年与2002年相比，身高、体重优于2002年，其它各项指标均明显低于2002年，且具有显著性差异（p〈0．01）．     

c-fos在吸烟刺激骨吸收中的作用

目的探讨吸烟对人骨组织c—fos基因表达的影响。方法选取吸烟和不吸烟健康成年志愿者各10名,分为吸烟组和非吸烟组,吸烟组患者为每天吸烟20支以上,烟龄不少于10年;非吸烟组患者为不吸烟或每天吸烟不超过1支。各取约1克髂骨松质骨,提取其总RNA和总蛋白,采用RT—PCR测定C～fos mRNA的表达：采用Western blotting测定fos蛋白表达;采用免疫沉淀法测定fos蛋白磷酸化程度。结果吸烟组RT-PCR条带光密度值的c—fos／β-Actin比值高于非吸烟组的比值,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Western blotting检测,吸烟组c～fos的条带光密度值高于非吸烟组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。吸烟组c—fos免疫沉淀的条带光密度值高于非吸烟组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论吸烟可以导致人骨组织c—fos基因与c—fos表达增加,其在骨质疏松发生中的作用有待进一步研究．     

补铬对经产母猪繁殖性能的影响

试验选用哺乳期经产（4胎）大白母猪28头，随机分成4组（n=7），整个试验期为本次哺乳期第14天至下次仔猪出生．按照母猪的生理阶段饲喂阶段饲喂添加1．65mg／kg吡啶羧酸铬（CrP）的日粮：Ⅰ组（对照组）：全期饲喂基础日粮；Ⅱ组（全期组）：全期饲喂添加1.65mg／kg CrP的日粮；Ⅲ组（前期组）：配种前饲喂添加1．65mg／KgCrP的日粮，配种后饲喂基础日粮；Ⅳ组（后期组）：妊娠期前8周饲喂基础日粮，从第9周直到仔猪出生，饲喂添加1．65mg／kgCrP的日粮．结果表明，给母猪饲喂添加1．65mg／kgCrP日粮，可以显著缩短断奶后返情间隔（p〈0．05），提高窝产仔数（p〈0．05）和增加仔猪初生窝重（p〈0．05）；并使断奶母猪返情前的血糖（p〈0．05）和血清总脂降低（p〈0．05），血清促黄体素（LH）升高（P〈0．05），但对仔猪初生平均个体重无影响（p〉0．05）．因此，饲喂添加CrP日粮对提高经产母猪繁殖性能具有明显的正效应．     

硫辛酸对实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎大鼠血脑屏障影响的研究

目的探讨硫辛酸（LA）对实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎血脑屏障的免疫调节作用．方法制备EAE动物模型，随机分为EAE组、LA治疗组和佐剂组．LA治疗组免疫后（post-inoculation，p．i．）0-5d每日肌注LA（100mg／kg）一次．观察各组在不同时间点血清和脑脊液中白蛋白含量比值（CSF to serum albumin quotient，QA），通过QA评定BBB的损害．观察各组症状评分、体重变化、发病率等临床指标．结果EAE组QA在p．i．8d达峰值（0．31±0．07），LA治疗组QA在P．i．14d达峰值（0．20±0．04），LA治疗组QA值幅度低且峰值出现时间延迟，与EAE组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01）；LA治疗组临床症状评分（0．60±1．12）较EAE组（2．07±1．33）降低（P〈0．01）；LA治疗组体重减轻（7．07±3．75）较EAE组（15．06±4．20）减少（P〈0．01）；LA治疗组发病率（20％）较EAE组（73％）降低（P〈0．01）．结论继早期BBB损伤高峰之后，EAE临床症状开始出现并逐渐加重；LA通过保护BBB或促进BBB功能恢复缓解EAE．     

幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎与红细胞免疫功能相关性研究

目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：采用红细胞C3b受体花环（RBC—C3bRR）百分率试验和免疫复合物花环（RBC—ICR）百分率试验，检测86例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者、42例Hp阴性慢性胃炎患者以及38例健康志愿者红细胞免疫功能情况。结果：慢性胃炎组RBC—C3bRR％低于正常组（P〈0．01）；RBC—ICR％高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；Hp阳性慢性胃炎组RBC—C3bRR明显低于Hp阴性组（P〈0．05）。RBC—ICR明显高于Hp阴性组（P（0．05）。结论：慢性胃炎患者红细胞免疫功能低下与Hp感染存在相关性。     

主动加温在预防开腹手术病人围术期低体温中的应用

目的评价主动加温预防围术期低体温的效果。方法将全麻下择期开腹手术的120例病人，随机分为主动加温组和单纯保温组，每组60例。主动加温组采用下半身充气温毯加温，术中应用的冲洗液和输注的所有液体均加温至37℃，单纯保温组除棉毯覆盖外不采用任何加温措施。术前记录基础体温（腋下温度）；切皮时、手术结束及术中每15min记录一次核心温度和腋下温度，在PACU期间每30min记录一次腋下温度。结果主动加温组手术结束时腋下温度高于0min时（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；而单纯保温组手术30min至术毕各时间点的核心和腋下温度均低于0min时（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；主动加温组手术30min至术毕各时间点的核心和腋下温度高于对照组（P〈0．01）。主动加温组术后寒颤的发生率低于单纯保温组（P〈0．05）。结论主动加温对于预防开腹手术病人围术期低体温具有明显效果。     

染虫藏马鸡血液指标的测定分析

利用分光光度计法对西宁市动物园饲养的5只藏马鸡进行了血液生化分析，研究了藏马鸡在感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫（Eimeria tenella）后15项指标的变化情况。结果表明：RBC显著降低（P〈0．01），而PCV和WBC较正常值也下降；血清白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均降低，球蛋白含量升高，且差异极显著（P〈0．01）；谷草转氨酶活性显著升高（P〈0．01）；钙离子浓度升高，但差异不显著（P〈0．05），氯离子浓度降低且差异极显著（P〈0．01）。     

经皮穿刺气管切开术在ICU的应用

目的探讨经皮穿刺气管切开术在重症监护病房（ICU）内的应用价值。方法90例气管切开术病人分为两组：传统气管切开组和PDT组，观察手术时间、切口大小、术中出血量及各种并发症的发生率和手术死亡率。结果与传统气管切开术相比，PDT组的手术时间明显缩短（P〈0．01）；手术切口长度缩短（P〈0．01）；出血量减少（P〈0．01）；两组皮下气肿和插管失败率，套管脱出、肉芽／疤痕形成等并发症的发生率分别为0．0、0、0和11．23％，11．23％，7．25％，7．3％，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经皮扩张气管切开术是一种微创的、快捷的急救技术，适合于ICU的危重病人，在ICU人工气道建立中有较大的应用价值。     

藏药察次塞曼（Ccsm）对高血脂大鼠血脂影响的实验研究

目的：探讨Ccsm对高血脂大鼠血脂的影响。方法：按照文献方法制造高血脂大鼠模型。检测大鼠血清总胆固醇（CHOL）、甘油三酯（TRIG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）的水平。结果：高剂量组对总胆固醇有降低效果,p〈0．5;高、中剂量组对低密度脂蛋白降低的很明显（p〈0．01）.结论：Ccsm对高血脂大鼠有一定的降低血脂作用,对总胆固醇和低密度蛋白有较好的降低作用。     

强化错误运动表象记忆以改善陈旧性动作之研究

采用强化错误运动表象记忆法，对我校教职工男子排球队和男子羽毛球队进行训练，并与传统训练方法进行比较，结果表明：新的训练方法的各项动作技术指标明显高于传统训练方法的技术指标（P〈0．01）．由此提示：强化错误运动表象记忆是一种能改善陈旧性运动技能的有效方法．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
