MTG酶催化ε-聚赖氨酸接枝羊毛抗菌整理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用新型生物交联剂微生物谷氨酰胺转氨酶(MTG酶),将具有抗菌作用的ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-PLL)通过生物催化交联的方式接枝到羊毛上,并采用振荡烧瓶法研究其抗菌性能.氨基酸分析表明,MTG接枝试样中赖氨酸的相对质量分数变化增加(19.27%)明显高于吸附样(13.13%).另外,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对羊毛纤维表面形态的分析和对比不同处理后羊毛织物的染色性差异,证实MTG酶可以催化ε-PLL接枝到羊毛上.ε-PLL接枝后羊毛具有较好的抗菌性能.  相似文献

在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对高产淀粉酶菌株的培养条件进行了优化.通过单因素试验,评价了不同温度、pH值、时间、碳源浓度、氮源浓度和摇床转速等6个因素对菌株产淀粉酶含量的影响.对蛋白胨质量分数、玉米粉质量分数、pH值和温度等主要影响因素进行中心组合设计,响应面分析结果为pH值对产酶影响显著,最佳培养条件为pH值为6.5,玉米粉质量分数为0.3%、蛋白胨质量分数为0.5%、培养温度为35℃、培养时间为30 h.  相似文献

试验以牛肉为原材料,通过MTG添加量、保温温度和反应时间的单因素试验,研究MTG对牛肉肠硬度、弹性和咀嚼性等质构特性的影响,试验结果表明:硬度、弹性、咀嚼性的最佳酶量为0.5%。硬度、弹性的最佳时间为2min,咀嚼性的最佳时间为10min。硬度、咀嚼性的最佳温度为70℃,弹性的最佳温度为40℃。  相似文献

用水性异氰酸酯胶黏剂压制长白山臭冷杉胶合板,通过检测胶合板的胶合强度,分析聚乙烯醇(PVA)质量分数、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)质量分数、乳化剂用量等因素对水性异氰酸酯胶黏剂胶合性能的影响.利用正交试验方差分析得出各影响因素间的主次关系为TDI质量分数PVA质量分数乳化剂质量分数.当PVA质量分数为10%、TDI质量分数为5%、乳化剂质量分数为30%时,水性异氰酸酯胶黏剂的胶合性能最好,胶合强度达到了0.79 MPa.  相似文献

以马铃薯渣为主要原料,采用淀粉酶酶解去除马铃薯渣中可酶解碳水化合物,提高马铃薯渣不溶性膳食纤维的质量分数.通过单因素和响应曲面优化试验,以不溶性膳食纤维质量分数为指标,确定了耐热α-淀粉酶去除马铃薯不溶性膳食纤维中淀粉的最佳条件.结果表明,耐热α-淀粉酶解最佳条件为底物百分含量2.3%,酶添加量26.1 U/g,酶解时间70 min、酶解温度90℃、pH=6,在此条件下不溶性膳食纤维质量分数可达53.29%.  相似文献

以灵芝孢子粉为原料,使用体积分数为70%的乙醇为提取剂,采用酶解与超声辅助提取相结合的方法,将不同液固比、超声时间、酶解时间和酶用量设定为4个因素,进行单因素试验并设计响应面试验,以确定最优提取方式及其影响因素.利用大孔树脂层析法对灵芝三萜进行分离纯化,通过优化分离纯化工艺,确定最佳洗脱树脂、洗脱液体积分数、上样液流速以及上样液质量比.采用高效液相色谱法分析灵芝总三萜的组分差异.通过预实验分析,与单一提取法相比,酶+超声辅助提取更高效.采用乙醇为提取剂提取灵芝中三萜类化合物可提高三萜的纯度.最优条件下可实现对三萜含量的快速、精确测定,为灵芝三萜的分离纯化提供理论依据.  相似文献

为提高对黑木耳的利用开发,研究新型的固定化载体,以黑木耳凝胶作为载体对碱性蛋白酶进行固定化.选择交联法作为固定化方法,分别以戊二醛质量分数,交联时间,pH值及酶液添加体积为因素对固定碱性蛋白酶工艺进行分析.采用响应面法(RSM)分析得出固定化的最佳条件:戊二醛质量分数为12.865%,交联时间为2.531 4 h,pH值为9.367以及酶液添加体积为4.137 mL.通过试验验证得到酶活保存率为50.89%,为预测值的99.47%,能够建立较好的固定化模型.  相似文献

鱼鳞中含有丰富的蛋白质资源,如何充分利用该资源越来越受到关注.利用碱性蛋白酶水解海洋鱼鳞蛋白制备鱼鳞蛋白多肽.通过考察温度、时间、酶量、底物浓度等单一因素对水解鱼鳞蛋白的影响,确定并设计了L9(34)正交试验因素和水平,最终获得了碱性蛋白酶水解海洋鱼鳞蛋白优化工艺条件,即温度60℃,时间1.5h,酶量3%(质量分数),底物质量分数10%.在此条件下,酶解所得水解度为32.38%.与其他方法比较,该工艺条件下水解时间大大缩短.检测了该条件所得蛋白肽段的分子质量分布,结果表明酶解产物主要集中在1~6ku.由此可见,该优化条件适合规模化生产,所得蛋白肽可以满足食品、化妆品行业的需求.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
