从建模、仿真结果出发,加入表面等离激元效应,运用时域有限差分算法(FDTD),研究中波量子阱红外探测器(QWIP)的近场效应和光耦合效率.重点研究在SP效应下QWIP二维光栅的最优参数.计算结果表明,对于4 μm的入射光,当光栅周期为P=1.3 μm,栅孔深度h=0.4 μm,栅孔的占空比为d=0.8时,X-Y平面内Z方向电场值最大,光栅的耦合效率最高.  相似文献

回顾了近10年基于半导体中量子限制效应红外探测器的进展.主要关注的是二维限制结构,即量子阱结构,形成的区别与传统红外光子探测的子带跃迁机理.在红外光电子领域作为新族的量子阱红外探测器(quantum well infrared photo-detector,QWIP)与最典型的红外探测器代表碲镉汞红外探测器进行了各自特色的分析,包括基本工作机理和材料与器件的制备技术等方面.对于QWIP发展的回顾提升了与碲镉汞红外探测器之间的互补关系.也给出了对于QWIP在未来发展方面的基本趋势.  相似文献

报道了一种基于p型量子阱红外探测器(QWIP)和发光二极管(LED)的新型量子阱红外探测器. 该器件作为一种p型量子阱红外探测器(QWIP)和发光二极管(LED)的有效集成器件, 可以将QWIP探测的长波红外信号经光电转换过程后变成LED在近红外的发光. 通过电学直接读出方式和近红外(0.87 μm)光强度变化读出方式, 从实验上测量了器件的红外响应光谱, 设计与制备的器件实现了从长波红外(7.5 μm)向近红外(0.87 μm)的波长变化. 研究结果表明这种红外-近红外波长变换途径有可能导致红外焦平面技术体制的变化.  相似文献

金属中大量自由电子可以与电磁波耦合在金属表面形成表面等离激元(Surface Plasmon Polariton, SPP),能够将光辐射能量有效耦合并束缚在金属表面,在近场范围内形成显著的场增强效应.基于金属周期性结构形成的表面等离激元光栅在利用近场场增强效应的同时,可以灵活设计共振波长,因而在高灵敏红外探测器研发中得到广泛应用.采用半导体双量子阱(Quantum Well, QW)结构的电荷敏感型红外光晶体管探测器(Charge Sensitive Infrared Phototransistor, CSIP)是一种新型的高灵敏度红外探测器,它利用光敏浮栅(Photo-Gating)效应实现红外光电转换过程的倍增效应,因而具有波长可调、灵敏度高、光响应率高等优点.本文综述了表面等离激元光栅在CSIP红外探测器件中的设计和应用的研究进展,阐述金属孔阵列光栅的光耦合物理机制和场增强效果、偏振转换效率等特性,通过设计优化的表面等离激元耦合结构,提升CSIP器件光耦合量子效率,然后阐述了CSIP红外光探测器的生长结构、工艺流程,结合荧光谱测试、电流-电压(Current-Voltage, I-V)测试、慢步进扫描光谱测试等技术展示CSIP红外光探测器光电探测性能.最后进一步展望了SPP耦合CSIP高灵敏红外探测器的未来发展和应用研究趋势.  相似文献

目的 探索川明参外观色泽与多个指标成分间的关系,为快速、高效筛选优质川明参药材提供参考。方法 以不同商品规格川明参药材为研究对象,首先利用分光测色仪测定川明参粉末色度值,然后采用热浸法、硫酸-苯酚法以及超高效液相色谱法分别测定水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、多糖、欧前胡素等指标成分质量分数,最后使用IBM SPSS Statistics 26软件分析色度值与各指标成分间的相关性。结果 川明参粉末颜色值L*与醇溶性浸出物、水溶性浸出物以及欧前胡素质量分数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与多糖质量分数呈显著负相关(P<0.05);ΔE*ab与水溶性浸出物及欧前胡素质量分数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与醇溶性浸出物、多糖质量分数呈显著负相关(P<0.05);a*b*与醇溶性浸出物、水溶性浸出物、欧前胡素质量分数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与多糖质量分数呈显著正相关。结论 色度值可作为快速判断评价川明参药材质量的指标,为全面评价川明参药材品质提供科学依据。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
