应用农杆菌菌株Ａｔ４４０４携带抗卡那霉素基因，Ｇｕｓ基因以有Ｂ．Ｔ毒基因，对陆地棉４个不同栽培品种鲁棉６号，鲁棉１０２４，中棉１２，中棉１９的无菌苗下胚轴和茎尖分生组织区作基因导入的研究，获得转基因的棉花试管苗；在以胚轴作为转化体系的增减过程中，只有钱棉６号经过了愈伤组织发生，胚状体形成及植株再生途径。

应用农杆菌菌株Ａｔ４４０４携带抗卡那霉素基因（氨基葡萄糖磷酸转移酶）、Ｇｕｓ基因（葡萄糖苷酸酶）以及Ｂ．Ｔ毒蛋白基因，对陆地棉４个不同栽培品种鲁棉６号、鲁棉１０２４、中棉１２、中棉１９的无菌苗下胚轴和茎尖分生组织区作基因导入的研究，获得转基因的棉花试管苗．在以胚轴作为转化体系的培养过程中，只有鲁棉６号经过了愈伤组织发生、胚状体形成及植株再生途径．若以３～５ｄ的无菌苗芽顶端分生组织作为转化体系，经转化的茎尖分生组织培养在无激素或低浓度激素的ＭＳ培养基上，则可较容易地从多个品种中获得转基因的再生植株．以此方法进行基因转移，时间短、方法简便、不受品种来源及基因型的限制．这一技术将有利于提高棉花转基因植株的成活率     

转基因棉PCR与卡那霉素检测的比较

对尚未提纯的转基因棉１７９自交后代进行卡那霉素检测和ＰＣ检测,结果表明卡那霉素检测与ＰＣＲ检测结果一致;抗卡那霉素植株ＰＣＲ检测均呈阳性,而对卡那霉素敏感植株均未扩增出特异性带。

中美长期种植Bt转基因棉不理想日前,中美两国科学家进行的一项联合研究表明,尽管Bt转基因棉花能有效控制棉铃虫,但长期种植会导致其它害虫肆虐。科学家表示,这一结果表明种植转基因棉花的效益还需要观察。科学家调查的Bt转基因棉花是第一种投入商业种植的转基因棉花。它因在棉花基因组中插入苏云金杆菌(Bt)基因而得名,能分泌毒素杀死棉田最主要的害虫棉铃虫。早先的一些小规模研究表明,转基因棉花能有效提高棉田单产、降低杀虫剂用量,有较好的经济和环保效益,因此已陆续在美国、中国和印度等多个产棉国推广。中美两国科学家对中国481户棉…     

利用目的基因转化技术培育棉花抗病新品种

用花粉管通道法将菜豆几丁质酶基因与烟草β－1、3葡聚糖酶基因双价植物表达载体pBLGC导入新疆棉花主栽品种（系）系550、822、1304、石远321。通过卡那霉素检测、PCR－Southern验证、抗黄萎病、枯萎病性筛选，得到抗病性良好且遗传性稳定的转基因棉花。经过6年10个世代的选育，育成抗枯萎病、抗（耐）黄萎病的转基因抗病新品系。     

防治棉红叶茎枯病

棉花红叶茎枯病,俗称大斑病。前几年,嘉定县主要发生在高亢地、连作棉田和缺水缺肥耕作粗放的棉田。棉株得病后,引起早衰,棉叶焦枯脱落,结铃小,衣分低,品质差。一般发病田块每亩产量损失皮棉30～40斤,发病早、发病重的田块损失更大。通过近几年的实践,对棉花红叶茎枯病的发生有了初步认识。棉花同其他作物一样,氮、磷、钾三要素适当配合使用,才能正常生长。去年,在棉田上有重点的推广施用了氯化钾。通过后期调查,证明氯化钾防治棉花红叶茎枯病的效果很好。据12个公社、18个大队、     

棉花专用全价肥的应用效果

本试验采用浙江农技师专自行研制的棉花专用全价肥,这种肥料是有机,无机复混肥,养分完全,稳长,以一基一追供棉花全生育期的营养需要,施用简便、省工、经棉科所试验,棉肥A通过增加棉株果株、果节数及基部茎粗,加速体内养分和光合产物的运转,提高单株结铃数和铃重,有明显的增产效果,并能改善棉絮的品质。     

转基因抗虫棉花木质素含量及其生物合成关键酶活性研究

通过盆栽试验,以不同转基因抗虫棉花及其亲本对照为供试对象,研究木质素含量及其生物合成关键酶活性.结果表明:与非转基因棉花比较,在蕾期及铃期,转基因抗虫棉花Z30,CCRI41,SGK321叶片、茎秆组织中的木质素含量及叶片内的苯丙氨酸解氨酶和过氧化物酶活性发生了一些变化,但其显著性改变仅特异性地发生在某些品种、某些组织或某些时期内.在蕾期,转Bt基因棉花Z30茎秆组织中的木质素含量比其常规棉对照Z16显著下降,幅度达34.96%;转CpTI-Bt棉花CCRI41茎秆组织和SGK321叶片组织中的木质素含量比其常规棉对照显著下降,幅度分别为27.15%,13.22%.所有供试转基因抗虫棉花的木质...     

安徽省棉花新品种首次通过国家审定

日前．由安徽省淮南绿亿农业科技研究所选育的抗虫棉花新品种“绿亿棉12”顺利通过了国家审定，这是安徽省第一个通过国家审定的转基因抗虫棉花品种。专家指出，“绿亿棉12”通过审定．可望解决我国棉花育种高产与优质不能兼顾的难题．极具推广应用价值。     

棉花叶片对卡那霉素反应效果的研究

利用不同浓度的卡那霉素对棉花叶片进行处理,较为系统地研究了棉花不同品种、不同叶位、不同生育时期内叶片对卡那霉素处理的反应。研究表明,不同棉花品种间叶片对卡那霉素处理的反应呈相同的变化趋势,彼此间差异不显著。不同叶位之间,随着叶龄的不断增长,其对卡那霉素抗性显著增强。同时随着生育期延后,相同部位的棉花叶片对卡那霉素抗性表现出明显增强的趋势     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
