麻黄碱离子敏感场效应管传感器的研究

报道了一种麻黄碱药物场效应管传感器.将药物敏感膜与离子敏感场效应管相结合,用tri-o-e-β-CD修饰传感器,测定麻黄碱.传感器对麻黄碱的线性响应范围是1.0×10-1～3.0×10-6 mol/L,响应灵敏度为58.0 mV/pC(C的单位为mol/L),适宜pH范围为3.0～8.0.用所研制的传感器测定麻黄碱片剂的含量,结果和药典方法相一致.     

流动注射化学发光法研究PAN对鲁米诺-亚铁氰化钾反应的催化性能

1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)对鲁米诺-亚铁氰化钾化学发光反应有良好的催化性能,实验结果表明:在1.0×10-5-1.0×10-7mol/L范围内,发光强度与PAN的浓度之间有良好的线性关系,检测极限为5.6×10-8mol/L。同时发现一些金属对此化学发光反应有强的抑制作用,为此建立了用此反应测定这此金属离子的新方法,测定Ni2+,Cr3+,Zn2+,Co2+和Cu2+的检测极限分别为1.0×10-9mol/L、1.0×10-8mol/L、1.0×10-8mol/L、5.0×10-9mol/L和6.0×10-9mol/L,相对标准偏差在1.28-3.10%(n=11)范围内。     

聚组氨酸修饰电极测定多巴胺的研究

本文研究了多巴胺在聚组氨酸修饰电极上的循环伏安行为.在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用线形扫描伏安法测定多巴胺的线性范围为:6.0×10-8～1.0×10-5mol/L,1.5×10-5～1.0×10-3mol/L,检出限为4×10-8mol/L.用于药剂中多巴胺的测定,结果满意.     

生物传感器用于葡萄酒中葡萄糖含量测定的研究

将葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)固定再生丝素蛋白在中,制得葡萄糖氧化酶传感器。该传感器在pH=7.0的磷酸缓冲溶液中,葡萄糖浓度在1.0×10-4 —2.5×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系。检测限5.0×10-5 mol/L,响应时间1分钟。该传感器用于葡萄酒中葡萄糖含量的测定,与酶-比色法测得结果一致。     

Ru(phen)32+-SO32--Ce(Ⅳ)体系化学发光法测定葡萄酒中的亚硫酸盐总量

提出了Ru(phen)32+-SO32+-Ce(Ⅳ)体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐的方法.SO32-浓度与化学发光强度在1.0×10-7～1.0×10-4mol/L范围内成正比,检出限为1.97×10-7mol/L(S/N=3),1.0×10-4mol/LSO32溶液重复6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.9%.该方法用于测定白葡萄酒中亚硫酸盐总含量为4.006×10-5mol/L,加标回收结果令人满意.     

聚氯乙烯膜靛蓝化学传感器研究

报道一种以靛蓝二碳酸与联萘-20-冠-6的缔合物为电活性物质的新型PVC膜化学传感器。传感器的Nernst响应范围为1.0×10~(-3)～3.0×10~(-6)mol/L,斜率为30.0;检测限为1.5×10~(-6)mol/L。此传感器响应迅速,重现性好,用此传感器以标准曲线法对食品中的靛蓝进行了测定,结果与分光光度法相符。     

吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的研究

提出了吸附溶出催化伏安法测定痕量锗的方法。该方法最佳体系为0.15 mol/L KCl+1.0×10~(-3) mol/L 3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(DHB)+2.0×10~(-3)mol/L EDTA+3.0×10~(-3)mol/L V(Ⅳ),pH2.15。其线性范围为1.2×10~(-10)～6.O×10~(-8)mol/L,最低检出浓度为3.6×10~(-11)mol/L Ge(Ⅳ)。     

顺序注射化学发光联用技术测定DL-苹果酸的初步研究

基于硫酸介质中高锰酸钾直接氧化DL-苹果酸产生化学发光的原理,结合顺序注射进样技术,初步建立了测定DL-苹果酸的自动化方法.对进样顺序、体积、流速和浓度各因素进行了优化,在156μL进样体积下,方法的线性范围为1.0×10-4~1.0×10-2mol/L,检出限为(3σ)为5.0×10-5mol/L,方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%(5.0×10-3mol/L,n=11).采样频率为84个/h.     

玻碳电极吸附循环伏安法测定维生素B_2

目的 :研究维生素B2 在玻碳电极表面吸附的电化学行为及定量分析方法 .方法 :玻碳电极在 8.0mol/LHNO3 介质中 ,于 + 0 .6～ + 2 .0V (vs.SCE)的电位范围内进行循环扫描电活化后 ,维生素B2 在电极表面具有很强的吸附性 ,在底液为 0 .0 5mol/L柠檬酸 + 0 .1mol/LNa2 HPO4 (pH =4 .9)的介质中 ,吸附电位 - 0 .3V ,在 0～ - 0 .7V的范围内 ,以 90mV/s的速度进行循环伏安扫描 .结果 :实验表明VB2 在电极表面具有可逆吸附波的特征 ,VB2 浓度与峰电流在 6.0× 10 - 8～ 7.0× 10 - 6 mol/L之间成线性关系 ,检测限为 1.0× 10 - 8mol/L .结论 :建立了维生素B2 在玻碳电极表面的电化学分析方法 ,将该法运用于实际样品药片中VB2 含量的测定 ,获得满意的结果 .     

胆碱酯酶生物传感器测定有机磷农药敌敌畏

以固定化乙酰胆碱酯酶作敏感物质、银基汞膜电极作基础电极,制备了安培型生物传感器。采用单扫描伏安法考察了传感器对有机磷农药敌敌畏的响应特性。以乙酰硫代胆碱作底物,在0.05mol/LpH=7.0的硼砂缓冲溶液中,底物水解产物硫代胆碱在-0.33V处有灵敏的还原峰。在1.0×10-8～1.0×10-6mol/L浓度范围内对敌敌畏进行了测定,校准曲线呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9988。抑制率为5%时,对敌敌畏的检出限为2.8×10-10mol/L。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
