本文从微观角度研究碳酸钙矿石的晶体结构与物理性能,为碳酸钙矿石的应用提供理论依据。利用X射线衍射(XRD)技术分析广西伊岭岩岩石2个样品(A_1、A_2)的相组成及其晶体结构,并利用带能谱仪的电子显微镜(SEM/EDS)测试这2个样品的各相成分。结果表明:广西伊岭岩岩石的主要成分为CaCO_3,其中A_1样品含有少量的K~+,A_2样品含有少量Na~+。通过Rietveld全谱图拟合晶体结构精修可知,K~+替代样品A_1主要物相CaCO_3中的Ca~(2+),使其点阵参数变大,单胞体积变大。同样A_2样品中的Na~+替代了样品中CaCO_3的Ca~(2+)位置,造成A_2中的CaCO_3点阵参数变小,单胞体积变小。德拜温度近似模型计算出2个样品的德拜温度分别为318.86K、324.82K。维氏硬度测试法测试出2个样品的硬度大小分别为132.6HV、148.9HV。  相似文献

The bacterium Thermus sp. TibetanG7, isolated from hot springs in Tibet, China, was examined for the ability to accumulate cesium from solutions. Environmental conditions were simulated and the effects of pH, K^+, Na^+and K^+-regimes were then studied to determine the possible role of the bacterium in the formation of cesium-bearing geyserite around these hot springs. In despite of the inhibition of K^+ and Na^+, the bacterium Thermus sp. TibetanG7 revealed noticeable accumulation of cesium from solutions, with maximum accumulations of 53.49 and 40.41 pmol Cesium/g cell dry weight in Na^+ and K^+ inhibition experiments, respectively. The accumulation of cesium by this microorganism is rapid, with 40% --50% accumulated within the first 5 min. K^+-deficient cells showed a much higher capacity of cesium accumulation compared with K^+-sufficient cells. It is evident that the bacteria within the genus thermus play a significant role in the cesium assembly. The formation of cesium-bearing geyserite is also considered.  相似文献

The effects of monovalent (Na^ , K^ ) and divalent (Mg^2 , Ca^2 , Mn^2 ) ions on the interaction between DNA and histone are studied using the molecular combing technique. λ-DNA molecules and DNA-histone complexes incubated with metal cations (Na^ , K^ , Mg^2 , Ca^2 , Mn^2 ) are stretched on hydrophobic surfaces, and directly observed by fluorescence microscopy. The results indicate that when these cations are added into the DNA solution, the fluorescence intensities of the stained DNA are reduced differently. The monovalent cations (Na^ , K^ ) inhibit binding of histone to DNA. The divalent cations (Mg^2 , Ca^2 , Mn^2 ) enhance significantly the binding of histone to DNA and the binding of the DNA-histone complex to the hydrophobic surface. Mn^2 also induces condensation and aggregation of the DNA- histone complex.  相似文献

In this paper, the role of the plasma membrane (PM) H+-ATPase in extracellular calmodulin (CaM)-promoted pollen germination and in tube growth of Arabidopsis thaliana was investigated. Pollen germination, pollen tube growth rate, free cytosolic Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]cyt) and Ca2+ channel activity in the PM of pollen cells were measured. In response to fusicoccin or CaM treatment, in vitro pollen germination and pollen tube growth rate, [Ca2+]cyt and activity of a hyperpolarization-activated Ca2+-permeable channel increased. Sodium vanadate inhibited the promotion of these parameters by extracellular CaM. The results suggest that H+-ATPase may be involved in extracellular CaM-regulated pollen germination and in tube growth by modulation of the hyperpolarization-activated Ca2+ channel in the PM of A. thaliana pollen cells.  相似文献

The binding of cations (Na +,K +,Mg 2+,Ca 2+,Mn 2+) and histones to DNA can be studied using fluorescence assays.Here,we measured the fluorescence intensity and fluorescence anisotropy of DNA and DNA-histone complexes in the presence of cations.We demonstrate that when different cations are added into a DNA solution,the fluorescence intensities of the stained DNA are reduced by different amounts.Compared with divalent cations,monovalent cations had a weaker effect on fluorescence intensity and fluorescence anisotropy.Divalent (Mn 2+,Mg 2+,Ca 2+) cations markedly enhanced the fluorescence anisotropy of DNA.The binding modes of monovalent and divalent cations to DNA may be different.Divalent cations can change the structure of DNA molecules,or promote the assembly of DNA strands.The addition of histones causes DNA condensation,which mostly occurs during the first few seconds.Cation binding to DNA is abrupt,and is much faster than that of histones.  相似文献

B+, C+, Si+, and As+ with dose of 5 × 1016 cm−2 were implanted into SiNxOy, films grown on crystalline silicon by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. The ion-implanted samples exhibit their photoluminescence with different intensities and different peak wavelengths after thermal annealing. Especially, the C+-implanted SiNxOy, films show very intense photoluminescence at green-yellow color region.  相似文献

对模拟空间微重力条件下大鼠T细胞发育受阻的神经免疫调节机理进行初步探究.采用流式细胞检测技术测定模拟微重力大鼠胸腺中不同发育阶段T淋巴细胞的数量变化,用ELISA法测定胸腺组织中去甲肾上腺素(NE)和内源性糖皮质激素(GC)的含量.结果表明模拟微重力模型大鼠出现明显胸腺萎缩(p<0.05),CD3+CD4+CD8-和CD3+CD4-CD8+T细胞数量明显减少(p<0.05);模拟微重力大鼠胸腺中NE和GC含量有升高的趋势.模拟微重力大鼠胸腺中发生了从双阳性T细胞向单阳性T细胞的发育阻滞,这种异常可能与神经内分泌免疫调控相关.  相似文献

研究了利用壳聚糖絮凝剂絮凝除Ag的方法.考察了pH值、离子溶液浓度、絮凝剂用量以及絮凝时间对去除率的影响.实验结果表明:壳聚糖絮凝除银的适宜pH为7~8;当pH=7~8时,用壳聚糖吸附银离子,水样银质量浓度低于20 mg/L时,除银率达100%.即使高浓度含银水样,其除银率也在99.9%以上;絮凝除银时间4 h为宜,其去除率达99.98%;壳聚糖的加入量过多过少都会影响除银效果.分析了壳聚糖絮凝除银的机理.  相似文献

Dinitrogen (N2) and proton (H ),which act as physiological substrates of nitrogenase,are reduced on FeMo-co of the MoFe protein. However,researchers have different opinions about their exact reduction sites. Nitrogenases were purified from the wild type (WT) and five mutants of Azotobacter vinelandii (Av),including Qα191K,Hα195Q,nifV-,Qα191K/nifV- and Hα195Q/nifV-; and the activities of these en-zymes for N2 and H reduction were analyzed. Our results suggest that the Fe2 and Fe6,atoms closed to the central sulfur atom (S2B) within FeMo-co,are sites for N2 binding and reduction and the Mo atom of FeMo-co is the site for H reduction. Combining these data with further bioinformatical analysis,we propose that two parallel electron channels may exist between the 8Fe7S cluster and FeMo-co.  相似文献

Resveratrol (3,4‘,5-trihydroxystilbene, Res), a naturally occurring polyphenol, exhibits antioxidant, antiinflammatory, potential chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic properties in preclinical studies. To further understand its potential clinical efficacy and safety, effect of Res at 10^-9-10^-4 mol/L on human embryonal kidney (HEK293) cell proliferation and its potential mechanism were investigated in present study. Cell viability was detected by using trypan blue dye exclusion method. Cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry with propidium iodide stain.Activation of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) was determined by luciferase reporter gene assay using stably transfected HEK293/κB-luc cells. Secretion of human interleukin-8(hlL-8) was measured by ELISA. Our results show that HEK293 cell proliferation was significantly stimulated by 10^-7 mol/L Res after treatment for 48 hours, or by 10^-8-10^-7mol/L Res combinated with 10 ng/mL TNFα for 24 h, but was suppressed by 10^-4 mol/L Res with or without TNFα. Both endogenous and TNFα-induced NF-κB activation were downregulated by Res at 10^-7 mol/L, but were upregulated at 10^-4 mol/L. With 10^-4 mol/L Res, the content of secreted IL-8 was increased, and apoptosis rate was increased from lessthan 5 % to 10%, together with significant cell-cycle arrest in S phase. TNFα has coordinative effects with Res on HEK293 cell apoptosis, cell-cycle arrest and IL-8 secretion. These results indicate that Res promotes cell proliferation at low concentration through down-regulation of NF-κB activation in HEK293, but suppresses its growth at high concentration through up-regulation of NF-κB activation, increasing IL-8 and cell-cycle arrest. As resveratrol has dual regulatory effect on cell proliferation in vitro, comprehensive evaluation of its potential clinical utility is needed.  相似文献

Telomere plays an important role in cellular processes, such as cell aging, death and carcinogenisis. Having special sequences, it can form quadruplex structurein vitro. Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopic studies show that TTAGGG, (TTAGGG)2 and (TTAGGG)4 can all form quadruplexin vitro and exist mainly as parallel quadruplex without metal ions. Both K+ and Na+ can stabilize the tetrameric structure and facilitate the forming of anti-parallel conformation. Furthermore, the conformations of quadruplex can also be affected by sequence length, the nature and concentration of metal ions.  相似文献

The transfer of sodium and potassium ions facilitated by dibenzo-15-crown-5 (DB15C5) has been studied at the micro-water/1,2-dichloroethane (water/DCE) interface supported at the tip of a micropipette. Cyclic voltammetric measurements were performed in two limiting conditions: the bulk concentration of Na+ or K+ in the aqueous phase is much higher than that of DB15C5 in the organic phase (DB15C5 diffusion controlled process) and the reverse condition (metal ion diffusion controlled process). The mechanisms of the facilitated Na+ transfer by DB15C5 are both transfer by interfacial complexation (TIC) with 1∶1 stoichiometry under these two conditions, and the corresponding association constants were determined at log β1 = 8.97 ( 0.05 or log β1 = 8.63 ( 0.03. However, the transfers of K+ facilitated by DB15C5 show different behavior. In the former case it is a TIC process and its stoichiometry is 1∶2, whereas in the latter case two peaks during the forward scan were observed, the first of which was confirmed as the formation of K+(DB15C5)2 at the interface by a TIC mechanism, while the second one may be another TIC process with 1∶1 stoichiometry in the more positive potential. The relevant association constants calculated for the complexed ion, K+(DB15C5)2, in the organic phase in two cases, logβ2, are 13.64 ( 0.03 and 11.34 ( 0.24, respectively.  相似文献

A 16.8 m firn core of middle Himalayas was recovered on the col of Dasuopu glacier in August 2006, being 7000 m above sea level. A total of 317 samples were measured for stable oxygen isotope ratios (6180) and major ion concentrations (Na+, NH+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Cl-, SO4^2-, and NO3^-. The firn core dating and seasonal partitioning were carried out based on the marked seasonal variations along the stable oxygen isotopes and crustal species (Ca2+, Mg2+) profiles. The multi-parameters and high-resolution glaciochemical data set of Dasuopu firn core recorded the detailed chemical characteristics of pre cipitation in high-elevation region, middle Himalayas, since 1991 A.D., which mainly originated from the crustal and anthropogenic sources, while the sea-salt contribution was minor. The seasonal variability of major ion concentrations was dominated by the seasonal alternation of the prevalent air mass, atmospheric circulation situation and precipitation regime. Linear regression analysis indicated that most of the variance in annual ionic fluxes can be explained by a linear dependence on snow accumulation rate.  相似文献

A 22-mer peptide, identical to the primary sequence of domain I segment 4 (IS4) of rat brain sodium channel I, has been synthesized. IS4 peptide can incorporate into cultured rat skeletal myotube membranes and form ion channels. With patch clamp cell-attached technique single channel currents through IS4 channels can be recorded. The single channel conductances of IS4 channels are distributed heterogeneously. With different holding potentials, the mean open time, the mean closed time and the mean open probability are different respectively. Human ether-a-go-go-related gene (HERG1) K^+ channels are overexpressed in leukemia, which contributes to neoangiogene- sis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of HERG1 K^+ channels on leukemia angiogenesis. We cultured human umbili- cal vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) in conditioned media, which were derived from leukemic cells with or without E-4031, a HERG1 K^+ channel special inhibitor. The HUVECs proliferation was mea- sured using CCK-8 assay and migration by a Trans-well. Endothelial tube formation was investigated using Matrigel. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels were tested by ELISA and VEGF mRNA expression using RT-PCR. Our results revealed that blocking HERG1 K^+ channels could inhibit leukemia-induced HUVECs pro- liferation, migration, and tube formation in vitro. The results sug- gested that HERG1 K~ channels could increase leukemia angio- genesis. Furthermore, blockage of HERG1 K^+ channels could also decrease leukemic cells secreting VEGF and expressing VEGF mRNA. HERG1 K^+ channels have a promoting effect on leukemia angiogenesis, and the possible mechanism may be that HERG1 K^+ channels enhance VEGF expression. Thus, HERG1 K4 channel is a potential target of antiangiogenesis in leukemia.  相似文献

A new method on constructing analytical potential energy functions is presented, and then a relatively universal analytical potential energy function for precisely calculating the spectra of diatomic molecules and ions is derived. Furthermore, six kinds of common potential energy curves containing three main potential curves i.e. steady state, metastable state and repulsive state are obtained from this potential energy function. Finally, spectroscopic parameters of thirteen diatomic molecules and ions including BeD-X 2 Σ +, BeT-X 2 Σ + and Na2-X 1 Σ g + etc are calculated by using the potential function, as a consequence, all calculation results are in good agreement with experimental data. O3型NaNi0.5Mn0.5O2拥有高理论比容量且易于制备,是商业钠离子(Na+)电池的首选正极材料之一,但其循环稳定性仍面临挑战。利用Bi对NaNi0.5Mn0.5O2进行改性。研究发现,Bi的引入可以在晶粒生长过程中通过调节表面能实现晶粒细化,并且Bi的掺杂增加了层状正极材料的晶胞参数,为Na+提供了宽的扩散通道,提高了Na+的扩散能力,优化了Na+在脱嵌过程中的可逆性。改性后的NaNi0.495Mn0.5Bi0.005O2实现了在2.0~4.0 V的电势区间内0.2 C倍率下的可逆容量为138.1 mAh/g,在5 C倍率下循环100圈后容量保持率可以达到97%。  相似文献
