为了探究温度对鱼腥藻形态和生理的影响,研究了鱼腥藻FACHB-82在10、25、35和40℃不同温度条件下的生长和光合特性、群体形态的变化及其响应机制.研究表明:随着温度的升高,鱼腥藻的光合活性和生长速率增加.与对照组25℃相比,低温(10℃)条件下鱼腥藻群体尺寸变小,藻丝变长,单个藻细胞变宽,具有更小的藻丝和细胞比表面积;而高温(35、40℃)条件下鱼腥藻形态变化趋势相反.对多糖含量分析发现,鱼腥藻在低温条件下胞内多糖含量减少,胶被多糖含量显著增加,表明鱼腥藻倾向于积累胶被多糖以抵抗低温胁迫;而在高温条件下,鱼腥藻累积胞内多糖,溶解态多糖与胶被多糖比值较高,胶被结构松散,表明鱼腥藻形态调节更多的是依赖胶被物质而不是胞外溶解性多糖.由此可见,鱼腥藻FACHB-82的胶被结构在温度胁迫中发挥了重要作用,且在高温条件下鱼腥藻以快速生长的方式使群体尺寸变大,胶被结构变得松散进而可能影响热传导以适应高温环境.  相似文献

在室内模拟条件下,采用正交设计法建立了一种由蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)、鱼腥藻7120(Anabaena sp.PCC7120)、硝化细菌(Nitrate bacteria)和荚膜红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas capsulata)组成的复合藻-菌净化系统去除造纸废液中有机质和氨态氮的最优化模型,确定了藻类与细菌的最优化数量配比关系为蛋白核小球藻:鱼腥藻7120∶硝化细菌∶荚膜红假单胞菌=1∶2.17∶2.83∶5.09.比较了复合藻-菌净化系统最优化模型与单藻、单菌去除造纸废液中有机质和氨态氮的代谢速率的差异.结果显示,复合藻-菌系统代谢有机质、氨态氮的速率远高于单藻、单菌,其去除率分别为91.3%、79.2%;39.9%、22.7%;58.6%、68.9%.研究了光照强度和温度等生态因子对复合藻-菌净化系统最优化模型代谢有机质和氨态氮的影响.结果表明,在光照与黑暗条件下,复合藻-菌系统代谢有机质和氨态氮的速率存在明显差异,黑暗有利于有机质代谢而光照利于氨态氮的去除.藻-菌系统对有机质和氨态氮的代谢能力与系统的环境温度相关.  相似文献

对分离自山仔水库的铜绿微囊藻和黏伪鱼腥藻间是否存在化感作用进行了研究.分别采用了添加滤液和混合培养两种方法,探究两种藻在正常条件下,营养限制条件下以及光限制条件下的化感作用.结果表明:铜绿微囊藻的滤液对黏伪鱼腥藻的生长具有促进作用,且随着体积分数的增加而增强.添加体积分数100%的滤液后,黏伪鱼腥藻的比生长速率从0.142 d-1(一次添加)和0.151 d-1(连续添加)分别上升到0.169 d-1和0.182 d-1;生物量分别提高了73.2%和73.7%.在混合培养的时候,铜绿微囊藻同样表现出了对黏伪鱼腥藻生长有一定的促进作用.N、P限制或光限制3种条件下,N限制更能诱导铜绿微囊藻对黏伪鱼腥藻生长的促进作用.  相似文献

对稀土元素镧(La)对满江红鱼腥藻(Anabaena azollae)的生理影响和满江红鱼腥藻对镧的富集作用进行了研究。结果显示低浓度镧对满江红鱼腥藻生长表现出促进作用,高浓度则表现出抑制作用。镧对满江红鱼腥藻的叶绿素a的合成、光事放氧活性也有影响,同样表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。满江红鱼腥藻对镧的富集作用可能与其光合作用电子传递和能量合成有关。  相似文献

对鱼腥藻sp.595(Anabaenasp.595)、织线藻246(Plectonema boryanum246)、伪枝藻248(Scytonema hofmanni248)、念珠藻sp.96(Nostocsp.96)、颤藻284(Oscillatoria animlis284)和极大螺旋藻438(Spirulina maxima438)等6种蓝藻进行异常pH条件下的液泡化诱导.在pH5.0,6.5,7.0条件下,鱼腥藻sp.595和织线藻246藻细胞均出现液泡化.其中,鱼腥藻sp.595变化明显,其藻细胞膨大,两端变圆甚至球形化,液泡化程度高,且细胞不均等分裂现象普遍,织线藻246藻细胞稍有膨大,液泡化程度较轻.伪枝藻248表现较弱的敏感性,藻细胞仅在pH6.5时诱导液泡化.念珠藻sp.96、颤藻284和极大螺旋藻438在各种pH条件下均不能发生液泡化,对诱导不敏感.采用压片法检查到鱼腥藻sp.595和织线藻246诱导形成的液泡,在相差显微镜下液泡显示为圆球形,基本透明.结果说明,不利于生长的pH也能诱导蓝藻形成液泡.  相似文献

以重组表达、纯化得到的鱼腥藻脂肪氧合酶为研究对象,通过测定鱼腥藻脂肪氧合酶在不同缓冲体系中分子构象的变化(主要研究二级结构,螺旋、折叠、转角和无序结构单元质量分数),分析了鱼腥藻脂肪氧合酶分子构象变化与不同缓冲体系之间的关系,探求鱼腥藻脂肪氧合酶构象变化与生物酶学特性之间的关系.研究结果表明,该酶的最适反应pH值为9,最稳定pH值为7;发现在不同缓冲体系中,鱼腥藻脂肪氧合酶的相对活性变化和螺旋结构、转角结构、无序结构有密切关系.在pH值为6~9时,酶活性与螺旋结构、转角结构总体呈正相关,但与折叠结构的质量分数变化呈负相关.最稳定的酶的二级结果是折叠结构、无序结构、螺旋结构和转角结构,其质量分数均在20% ~30%.  相似文献

用透射电镜观察NPTⅡ(新霉索磷酸转穆酶Ⅱ eomycin phosphotransferase Ⅱ)在满江红鱼腥藻染色体gI-LA(谷氨酰氪合成酶基因)位点定点整合后藻细胞内颗粒体的变化.转基因后的满江红鱼腥藻细胞内的代谢发生了很大的变化,为了快速适应和自我调节这一变化.细胞内的储藏颗粒处在积聚与解积聚的动态转化过程中.通过了解储藏颗粒的结构变化,可为研究转基因藻细胞光合同氮及生理生化的变化提供物质结构方面的信息.  相似文献

利用转基因技术,将水稻cFBA和菠菜cpTPI串联基因转入到鱼腥藻7120中进行表达.结果发现:与野生藻相比,转基因藻蛋白粗提液中两个酶的比活力提高了33.3%;转基因鱼腥藻的生长明显优于野生型鱼腥藻,当在培养基中添加适量NaHCO3时,这一优势更加明显;转基因鱼腥藻的净光合速率和真实光合速率都有明显提高,光饱和点和光补偿点也有所提高.以上这些结果表明,在鱼腥藻7120中特异的提高“非限速酶”——FBA和TPI的水平,能在一定程度上提高转基因鱼腥藻的光合作用速率和生长速度.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
