现代企业经营者寻租行为的博弈分析

委托－代理关系一直是契约经济学研究的重点，莫里斯、霍姆斯特等人已经建立了委托－代理理论的正式模型来分析这种关系，以此理论为基础，结合寻租理论，从博弈论的角度分析在企业的委托－代理关系中，代理人（经营者）寻租行为的动因及其它，结论是①在完全信息的条件征，代理人寻租的最优选择取决于委托人监督的概率；②在不完全信息的条件下，代理人寻租是对委托人采取策略的最佳反应，认为完善企业内部和外部的治理结构、建立事前监督和事后处罚机制、通过制定各种代理人的薪酬计划及激励制度等来治理代理人的寻租行为。     

行为控制机制与行为管理制度的数学模型新进展

论述了行为控制研究领域近年来的主要进展，包括激励理论、契约与委托代理理论、全面控制理论等．其中，激励理论主要是通过改变回报来控制行为的：契约与委托代理理论则把行为控制关系看作是委托代理关系，侧重研究回报机制的设计与优化；而全面的行为控制理论则把行为控制的方法从单方面的回报控制扩大到资源控制、项目控制和回报控制3个方面，从而扩大了行为控制理论的研究领域。     

双层委托模式下政府采购合同融资激励机制研究

针对中小企业融资难和供应链金融中现有的道德风险问题,考虑利用委托代理理论为财政部提出的政府采购合同融资模式制定适当的激励契约.运用委托代理理论构建政府采购部门、第三方物流企业、中标的中小企业的双层委托代理模型,并对其进行分析求解,在上述解的基础上运用Matlab软件进行仿真实验,验证了不同参数变化对激励契约变化的影响....

委托-代理关系的数学描述及应用分析

委托-代理关系是不同变量之间的一种复杂函数关系.文中运用状态空间模型化(State-Space Formulation)方法对其基本模型和一般性的分析框架进行了描述,并借助Kuhn-Tucker理论对其解进行了分析.同时,以农村合作金融为例,阐述了委托-代理理论在实际中的应用.研究表明,政府与农村合作金融组织之间的风险分担机制的设定,要考虑农村合作金融组织负责人的道德风险问题与各种不确定性因素所造成的影响.通过运用委托-代理理论对这些不同个体之间的契约关系进行分析,可以为我们对这些问题的理解提供一个工具.     

基金经理人相对业绩激励契约

阐述了基金经理人激励契约模型的假设,分析了基金经理人的投资决策和委托人设计激励契约的机制.在较宽松的假设基础上,建立证券投资基金的委托 代理关系的激励契约模型,给出激励契约最优解的一阶条件,将模型推广到投资人为风险回避型的情况;并揭示在一定条件下,相对业绩报酬结构是对基金经理人的最优激励契约.

This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. 低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
