道路交叉口信号控制效益评价指标及方法

目前我国在道路交通信号控制的效益评价方面缺少统一标准,各地对交叉口信号控制效益的评价主要通过经验判断,缺少量化分析.首先,总结分析了国内外现有研究的各类交通信号控制评价指标及方法,在此基础上,综合选取交叉口关键车道排队长度、平均行车延误和绿灯利用率等指标,并针对高峰、平峰等不同时段的评价目标设置各项指标权重.然后,采用加权平均法综合计算交叉口信号控制效益指数,依据指数值确定对应的效益等级.最后,选取无锡市梁清路与隐秀路交叉口进行实地评测应用.结果显示,采用本文方法进行交叉口信号控制效益评价,实现了各项指标的量化分析,评价结论与实际情况较为吻合.     

基于环境影响的交叉口控制方式综合评估研究

 采用交通成本效益、能耗成本效益、环境成本效益作为指标,建立交叉口综合指标评价模型。利用微观交通仿真平台,结合微观排放模型CMEM对不同流量条件下,让路控制、环形交叉口、信号控制等三种控制方式进行仿真并评价相应的交叉口综合运行成本。结果表明：能耗成本在综合经济成本所占的比例最高;在低流量条件下,让路控制的综合成本最低;对于中高流量的交叉口,信号控制的综合成本优于其他两种控制方式。     

基于速度连续性的平面交叉口服务水平评价

为评价城市平面交叉口的服务水平,掌握交叉口交通运行状态,选取饱和度、停车延误和速度连续性作为评价指标,采用灰色定权聚类法对太原市某一平面交叉口的服务水平进行分级评价.结果表明,基于速度连续性的平面交叉口服务水平评价方法可以在一定程度上减小特殊情况下的评价偏差,使结果与实际情况较为吻合,从而为改善交叉口服务质量提供一定的...     

信号控制交叉口服务水平的评价方法研究

在信号控制交叉口,为了充分发挥信号控制效果,提高路口安全性,必须对其服务水平进行合理的评价。影响服务水平的因素较为复杂,目前我国还没有统一的信号控制交叉口服务水平的评价标准。从便于实际应用,完善评价方法的角度出发,对评价指标进行了适当的选取,在此基础上提出对国内信号控制交叉口服务水平的评价方法,并应用实例对该评价方法的可行性进行了研究。     

基于熵权—逼近理想解排序法—多群体问询的山区农村公路无信号交叉口安全风险评估模型

为改善山区农村公路无信号交叉口安全风险量化、配套评估方法缺乏的现状,通过文献查阅和实地勘察的方法,建立了涵盖交通特性、山区农村道路条件、交通安全设施3大板块以及9大特征的山区农村公路无信号交叉口安全风险评估模型。首先,采用多元化、多渠道、多群体问询的调查问卷方法,综合不同人群关于交叉口安全风险的评价,对特征指标进行赋值与量化。为避免人为主观因素对特征指标权重的影响,运用熵权逼近理想解排序(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution, TOPSIS)法确定指标权重,使权重的确定摆脱主观干扰从而更加准确科学。其次,采用加权广义马氏距离与欧式距离贴近度进行对比,数据较为贴合,验证了模型的可行性。最终,结合工程实例,依据指标熵权大小,对安全风险较大的无信号交叉口提出改善措施。研究结果表明,山区农村公路无信号交叉口安全风险指标中线形、视距、坡度占据前三位,权重分别为0.123、0.119、0.114,与交通事故实际调查主要致因排序相近,自从执行改善措施以来,暂无交通事故发生,为定量评估山区农村公路无信号交叉口...     

平面交又口交通设计评价系统的研究与设计

针对城市交通的交叉口交通设计评价方法和城市平面交叉口交通设计评价体系，分析了城市平面交叉口交通设计评价系统的开发过程、模块功能，完整设计出了评价系统并对于无信号控制及环型交叉口均采用了合适的算法进行了评价模块的设计。通过现场采集的数据对系统进行了验证，验证实例表明其方法是有效的。     

立体交叉方案的多层次灰色理论评价

针对立体交叉方案综合评价的多目标、多层次等特点，运用多层次灰色理论的方法，对可比性方案通过综合评价选出最优方案。通过对立交方案因素指标分层及参考数据的确定，采用层次分析和灰色理论相结合的方法，对各层指标相对权重进行了确定和检验。借助灰色关联分析，计算了立交方案的综合关联度。根据关联度越大排序越前的原则，确定出最优方案。工程实例表明，多层次灰色理论应用于立交方案综合评价简单易行，且考虑了各因素的相关影响，结论更符舍实际。     

基于Rough Set和灰色关联度的煤炭企业评价方法

针对企业评价中已有评价方法权数分配不合理、指标权数测定困难、难以对企业进行有效的综合评价的现状,采用粗糙集理论和加权灰色关联度的方法测定指标权数,对煤炭企业进行综合评价.以2006年煤炭行业上市公司的财务报表数据为实例进行实证分析,结果表明:基于粗糙集和灰色关联度的企业综合评价方法能够克服传统评价指标权数确定的主观偏好,是一种可行的评价方法.     

主/支路条件下交叉口通行能力综合评价

交叉口通行能力研究必须与交通运行质量的评价方法结合起来，通行能力的评价方法不仅应该反映出道路使用者的主观满意程度，还应对道路的利用程度作出额观评价，本文针对我国公路上无信号交叉口和环形交叉口的道路和交通特性，建立了适用于主／支路条件下交叉口通行能力的综合评价方法。     

城市交叉口信号控制评价指标浅析

信号交叉口的控制目是最大限度地提高交叉口的使用效率,获得最小的延误、停车、排队、燃料消耗以及获得最大的交叉口通行能力。通过对信号交叉口的评价指标进行归纳整理,可以为制定控制策略提供参考依据。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
