市级土地利用总体规划在我国土地利用总体规划中处于过渡阶段,起着承上启下的作用,而新增建设用地指标分配是否科学合理,关系着下一级土地利用总体规划的实施。针对这一市级新增建设用地的指标分配问题,选取对指标分配有重大影响的因素,利用层次分析法确定各因素权重并计算影响因素指数,然后通过加权聚合,求出各县(区)影响指标分解的分配定量系数,最后通过公式确定出分配给各县(区)的新增建设用地指标。  相似文献

城市的生态环境质量问题主要是由城市的景观格局变化或用地结构调整所造成的.在城市的自然景观用地中,绿地和水域是两种对城市生态环境具有重要调节作用的景观生态类型.景观生态用地在城市中的分布格局、平面形态及生态体的垂向伸展等状况,都对其生态效能的发挥深具影响.因此,提出用分布指标、形态指标和体量指标3项指标体系来全面真实地刻画生态源地的生态效能,为科学地评价和比较城市的生态环境质量水平提供依据.  相似文献

文章阐述了城市用水量预测的重要性,在对时间序列分析法、灰色预测法及指标分析法各自特点的分析基础上,分别采用城市分项用水指标法、单位建设用地用水量指标法、城市单位人口综合用水量指标法,预测了芜湖市江北新区的规划用水量,结合芜湖江南城区现状用水特征和江北新区总体规划,合理确定了江北新区城市规划用水量。  相似文献

在对南岸区人口和建设用地指标科学预测的前提下,采用GIS空间分析技术,通过指标因子网格空间模拟,采用综合指数法求取网格综合城镇建设用地适宜性指数;以地理事物相近相似原理,以城镇建设用地需求规模为控制,以地理信息系统为支持,通过网格合并预测城镇建设用地规模范围.研究表明:采用基于综合城镇建设用地适宜性指数的计算机自动获取建设用地范围边界,具有较高的科学性和实用性,可为土地主管部门和土地利用总体规划建设用地布局提供决策支持.  相似文献

随着经济不断发展以及全球人口持续增长,建设用地指标紧缺的问题日益凸显,山地城市建设用地扩展研究对于城市的进一步发展有着重要的作用。采用1978—2010年间的8期Landsat-TM数据,通过计算景观分离度、分维数、建设用地动态度、建设用地扩展指数和建设用地重心等指标,对南岸区32年来建设用地扩展过程进行了定量研究。研究结果表明:南岸区建设用地扩展保持较高的速度,城市用地结构更为紧凑,建设用地形态趋于规则化发展,建设用地稳定性也越来越强,且其重心由南岸区的西部向东部迁移。该研究成果对南岸区城市建设与规划具有参考意义。  相似文献

利用2000年和2015年江苏省土地利用数据、气象数据、粮食产量数据、NDVI数据等,使用生态系统供给和调节服务评估模型评估了生态系统粮食供给功能、固碳服务及蓄水服务,定量评价了城市化过程对江苏省陆地生态系统服务的影响。结果显示耕地转换为建设用地是最主要的土地利用变化方式,自2000—2015年江苏省建筑面积增加3 693 km2。全省固碳总量由6.2×107 tC增加到7.2×107 tC,可能与全球气候变暖及CO2浓度上升的施肥效应使得单位面积植被净第一生产力(NPP)增加有关。蓄水服务评价结果显示相比2000年,2015年江苏省平均径流深度增加比例约为15.34%,与人口聚集、建设用地扩展导致的蓄水能力降低有关。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
