可控硅具有功率大,效率高,体积小,重量轻,无噪音,控制灵敏等优点,而且还具有使用小电流,小功率来控大电流大功率的特点,其应用范围。前途都非常广泛。如果在可控硅处于正向阳极电压时,在控制极上加正向脉冲号,就可使可控硅触发导通,如改变触发电压出现的时间,改变触发电压的相位(移相),就可控制可控硅的导通时间,使得输出电压的平均值改变,以实现直流电动机的调速。  相似文献

三相电机全能保护器分延时线路A和控制线路B两部分。A部分由单结晶体管BT、单向可控硅McR、三个电阻、两个电容等元件组成;B部分由三个晶体三极管BG_1、BG_2、BG_3,两个电流互感器L_1、L_2,一个继电器J、一个电位器X_1及三个电阻等元器件组成。A部分避免起动电流对电网的影响;B部分保护电机不受过载和电压变化等所损害。其原理是:电路接通,A部分开始工作。电容C_4经R_5充电,C_4两端电压逐渐上升,当升到BT管峰点时BT管导通,在R_7上产生一个脉冲输出电压,触发可控硅MCR导通,构成控制线路B的电源回路,B方开始工作,电机起动,避免起动电流的冲击影响。电机工作正常时,因为三相电机有一相导线穿过控制电路B中的电流互感器L_1、L_2,L_1、L_2上的感应电压经全波整流后分别加到晶体三极管  相似文献

在提高常规串级凋速装置的功率因数的基础上,研究了能降低逆变电流中谐波成分的逆变控制方案。使用GTO代替常规逆变器中的可控硅,借助次谐波PWM技术选择最佳开关点,并使逆变器触发角a基180°-270°内变化,则能抑制逆变器的谐波电流,还能提高逆变器的功率因数。这套装置用于串级调速的实验表明:电流超前型的功率因数比滞后型的有明显提高,逆变电流中低次谐波大大减少。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
