长焦距Si微透镜阵列的制作及点扩散函数测量

针对用常规光刻热熔法制作折射型微透镜阵列的过程中,临界角效应严重制约了长焦距微透镜阵列制作问题,提出了曲率补偿法;在经过常规光刻热熔成形和离子束刻蚀技术制成的硅微透镜阵列上再涂敷几层光刻胶,以降低各单元微透镜的曲率,然后再次进行加热固化和离子束刻蚀。扫描电子显微镜（ＳＥＭ）显示微透镜阵列为表面极为平缓的方底拱面阵列,表面探针测试结果显示用补偿刻蚀法制作的微透镜的物方Ｆ数和像方Ｆ‘数分别可达到４９．

DMD并行光刻制作微透镜阵列提高有机发光二极管的耦合效率

分析了半球形微透镜阵列提高有机发光二极管耦合效率的特性,利用光线追迹法对其进行了模拟仿真.利用DMD并行光刻和热熔法结合制作了不同口径的球冠状微透镜阵列模板,通过电铸和UV压印制作了微透镜阵列薄膜.并将其附在有机发光二极管玻璃基底表面,测量其光亮度.实验结果表明,在垂直基底方向上,微透镜阵列薄膜可将光亮度提高42%.     

用于红外焦平面的微透镜阵列单片制备技术

提出了离子束刻蚀制备微透镜阵列的工艺原理；研究了球面型光致抗蚀剂掩膜的形成过程以及硅微透镜离子束刻蚀的实验条件．表面探针测量及扫描电子显微镜（ＳＥＭ）实验证明了该技术可在较低的衬底温度下（低于２００℃）有效地制备出球面型微透镜，并用表面探针测量确定了硅微透镜的尺寸．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
