用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了一系列PE(?) PTMO多嵌段共聚物——空气界面的化学组成。实验结果表明:在XPS的最大有效取样深度(<5nm)里,样品表面都富集了PTMO软段。硬段含量为24.1 Wt%的共聚物样品,软硬段产生的相分离程度最大。在同一硬段含量下,软段分子量越高,表相中PTMO的富集量越大,溶剂的溶解性越好,表相中PTMO的富集量越大,软硬段的相分离程度愈高。  相似文献

以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基甲氧基三(三甲硅氧基)硅烷和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料制备不同硅含量的含硅共聚物.测试了共聚物的Tg、表面接触角、表面自由能,同时对共聚物进行FTIR和表面电子能谱(XPS)分析.结果表明,随着共聚物中硅单体含量的增加,其表面能显著降低,且共聚物在成膜过程中,含硅基团有向共聚物-空气界面富集的趋势.  相似文献

以聚氧乙烯为起始原料,合成了一系列硅表面活性剂以及它们的丙烯酸酯,用FTIR和。HNMR对其结构进行了表征,用最大气泡法测定了其表面张力.以其作为接枝单体,利用反应挤出接枝的方法制备了系列功能化聚乙烯,用FTIR确定了接枝共聚物的结构和接枝率;用DSC、WAXD、接触角测量仪和XPS对接枝共聚物的热性能、结晶行为和表面性能进行了测试分析.结果表明,随着聚氧乙烯相对分子质量的增加,硅表面活性剂的表面活性降低;表面活性剂作为接枝链的引入,降低了接枝共聚物的接触角,提高了接枝共聚物的结晶温度,降低了半结晶时间,但没有破坏聚乙烯的晶格;接枝共聚物的亲水性得到改善.  相似文献

通过苯乙烯与聚二甲基硅氧烷大单体进行自由基本体聚合反应,合成了不同有机硅含量的聚二甲基硅氧烷接枝聚苯乙烯共聚物,通过红外、核磁、凝胶色谱、动态力学分析、热失重、透射电镜等一系列分析手段表征了该接枝共聚物。对接枝共聚物的力学性能进行测试,结果表明:共聚物的冲击强度和断裂延伸率随有机硅含量的增加而提高,热稳定性也较聚苯乙烯有一定程度的提高。  相似文献

用氨基硅油微乳液与水的原位分散方法,制备了有机硅聚合物共混改性接枝环氧树脂水分散液,采用FT—IR、ATR、TEM以及TGA等对该水分散液的粒子形态、粒径以及成膜后的物理性能进行了表征。实验结果表明:与未改性的水分散液相比,改性水分散液的粒径减小,粒径分布变宽,粘度增大。TEM照片表明:有机硅聚合物在分散过程中被包裹在环氧树脂内部,形成“核-壳”结构的复合颗粒。改性水分散液成膜后的疏水、疏油性能和热性能显著提高,表面能降低。膜的超薄切片TEM照片显示:有机硅聚合物在成膜过程中向表面取向与迁移,FT—IR与ATR的测试结果进一步证实它们在膜的表面富集。  相似文献

通过自由基聚合方法制备一系列含侧羟基的不同苯乙烯含量的苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的无规共聚物(SMMA-r OH),并与含端羟基的不同苯乙烯含量的无规共聚物(SMMA-t OH)对比,研究化学改性硅片表面的界面行为。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)等手段进行SMMA-r OH的结构表征。通过测量聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)两种均聚物、无规共聚物膜的水相与油相接触角得到极性和非极性表面能,计算得到PS和PMMA均聚物与无规共聚物间的界面能,通过引入表面能极性占比参数,对比羟基接枝前后含羟基无规共聚物的表面能。结果表明:在SMMA-r OH中苯乙烯摩尔分数为54%时,PS与无规共聚物间的界面能和与PMMA无规共聚物间界面能相等。SMMA-r OH退火后表面基底覆盖率较高,相比于SMMA-t OH在洗涤前后的界面行为变化较小。证明侧羟基无规共聚物作为基底更适用于嵌段共聚物引导组装的中性基底。  相似文献

以接枝有磺酸钠的聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、Na基蒙脱土等为原料制备了蒙脱土/水基聚氨酯纳米复合物。通过研究复合乳液界面变化对复合物膜动态力学行为的影响,分析了其相态结构与组成的内在联系。结果表明,复合乳液界面层的厚度增大和水合程度降低使复合物膜嵌段结构中软、硬段之间的相容性增加。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
