眼镜蛇膜毒素与单克隆抗体偶联物对鼻咽癌细胞的特异性杀伤作用

应用柱层析和凝胶过滤的方法,从中华眼镜蛇的粗毒中分离纯化出一个不含磷脂酶Ａ２（ＰＬＡ２）的膜毒素（Ｍｅｍｂｒａｎｅｔｏｘｉｎ,ＭＴ）组分．ＭＴ经电泳鉴定为单一成分．将ｑｄＭＴ与鼠抗人鼻咽癌细胞（ＣＮＥ２）的单克隆抗体（ＢＡＣ５）偶联制备成免疫毒素（ＢＡＣ５－ＭＴ）,经间接免疫荧光检测,证实免疫毒素仍保留了很好的生物活性．体外抗癌实验证明,在无Ｃａ２＋培养基中,游离的ＭＴ对ＣＮＥ２和Ｓ１８０细胞均有快速杀伤作用,并且对２种细胞的杀伤作用没有明显的区别,但ＢＡＣ５－ＭＴ同样在无Ｃａ２＋条件下,仅对靶细胞ＣＮＥ２有强烈的杀伤作用（杀伤率达７８．６％）,对Ｓ１８０细胞只有很弱的杀伤作用（杀伤率为２１．３％）．结果表明ＢＡＣ５－ＭＴ对ＣＮＥ２细胞有很好的选择性杀伤作用,提示蛇膜毒素在肿瘤的导向治疗中将是一条很有希望的途径．     

兔角膜上皮特异性水溶性蛋白质的电泳分析

分离兔角膜上皮和皮肤表皮，提取水溶性蛋白质，采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ以及ＩＥＦ／ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ技术对其组成进行分析研究，发现兔角膜上皮存在５种主要特异性水溶性蛋白质，其分子量和等电点分别为：Ｍｒ６８２００，ｐＩ７．５；Ｍｒ６１７００，ｐＩ５．１；Ｍｒ５１３００，ｐＩ７．６；Ｍｒ３６３００，ｐＩ８．９和Ｍｒ２５７００，ｐＩ５．７。     

两种快凝AlFeX（V，W）Si合金的组织性能

采用喷射沉积坯轧制和ＲＳ／ＰＭ粉末挤压坯轧制的２种工艺制各了Ａｌ－８．５Ｆｅ－１．３Ｖ－１．７Ｓｉ和Ａｌ－８．５Ｆｅ－１．３Ｗ－１．７Ｓｉ合金的板材，并通过透射电镜，扫描电镜和力学拉伸实验研究了板材的组织性能．结果表明，综合性能ＡｌＦｅＷＳｉ合金优于ＡｌＦｅＶＳｉ合金的喷射沉积坯轧制板材．     

钢标准物质长期存放硫,磷值降低现象初探

采用单克隆抗体作为试剂，建立了直接用于快速检测粪便中福氏痢疾杆菌的一种新方法即固相致敏红细胞吸附技术。检测２１０份疑以细菌性痢疾患者粪便标本的结果证明，用常规培养法检测阳性者，ＳＰＡＳＥ法检测阳阳性，两类方法的条例率为８１．９％；常规培养法阳性率４３．３％而ＳＰＡＳＥ法则为６１．５％。ＳＰＡＳＥ法全过程仅需２．５－３小时，可检出１０＾３－１０＾４个／ｍｌ细菌，这快速免疫法不仅能检出完整的细菌，而且     

竹叶青（Trimeresurus stejnegeri）蛇毒

用ＤＥＡＥ－Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ－Ａ－５－分离竹叶青粗毒，再经ＣＭ－Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ－ＣＬ－６Ｂ、ＱＡＥ－Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ－Ａ－５０和ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００纯化，得到一个５－核苷酸酶，对血小板聚织要具有强抑制作用，在ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰谘电泳图谱上为一单一蛋白带，分子量为８２５００，是一个糖蛋白，含６．７％中性糖和０．７％唾液酸。     

两种细胞色素b5水溶性结构域的性质结构比较

分别将编码牛肝微粒体细胞色素ｂ５水溶性结构域片段Ａ１ａ７－Ａｒｇ８８和Ｓｅｒ５－Ｓｅｒ９７基因在大肠杆菌ＪＭ８３中高效表达，分离纯化后得到Ｔｂ５和Ｌｂ５２种重组野生型蛋白。用核磁共振、紫外可见光谱、圆二色散光谱、循环伏安等方法研究结果表明，Ｌｂ５肽链２端残基未能使蛋白质的血红素周围环境与Ｔｂ５蛋白质Ｎ末端的Ｓｅｒ５和Ｌｙｓ６２个残基所贡献。     

理化因素对As—3毒素活性的影响研究

报道了温度，ｐＨ，蒸馏水，酶等环境因素对Ａｓ－３毒素活性的影响，为Ａｓ－３毒素的进一步研究及高效应用可提供有意义的参数。     

用HPLC－FLD法测定粮食中痕量硒

论文提出了以２，３－二氨基萘（ＤＡＮ）为荧光试剂，用高效液相色谱－荧光检测系统（ＨＰＬＣ—ＦＬＤ）测定痕量硒（Ｓｅ）的方法．对ＤＡＮ－Ｓｅ化合物的形成和萃取条件和ＨＰＬＣ—ＦＬＤ分高测定条件进行了系统的研究．在实验条件下，ＤＡＮ—Ｓｅ的保留时间为１．７ｍｉｎ，检测限为５．３ｎｇ，测定范围５～２００ｎｇ．并应用该方法测定了几种常见的粮食中的含硒量，标准偏差为３．０～６．５ｎｇ，回收率为８８．８～１０４．０％．     

黑曲霉 A3 木聚糖酶的纯化和性质

黑曲霉Ａ３（ＡｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｕｓｎｉｇｅｒＡ３）为高产木聚糖酶菌株。该菌所产生的木聚糖粗酶经硫酸铵、乙醇沉淀,ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００和ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ－５０分离纯化后,获得３个组分,分别称为Ｘ１、Ｘ２、Ｘ３。它们的最适反应温度和ｐＨ依次为４０、５０、５０℃和３５、４５、５０。     

牛乳脂球膜蛋白的研究

中国黑白花奶牛鲜乳及麦洼牦牛干乳期乳腺分泌物，高速离心后得到乳脂．以０．９％ＮａＣｌ振荡洗涤３次后，分别用３ｍｏｌ／ＬＫＣｌ、０．２％ＳＤＳ和５ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００增溶乳脂球膜蛋白，以ＰＥＧ６０００浓缩，采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分离膜蛋白，结合银染色方法，获得了分子在１２～９２ｋｄ的几种膜蛋白组分。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
