Résumé Les vésicules de la NA du nerf splénique de Buf ont été obtenues par gradient de centrifugation («sucrose-heavy water»), Le rapport NA/protéine observé est de 4 à 7 fois plus élevé que celui qui a été mentionné précédemment. L'examen préliminaire de cette fraction, par microscopie électronique, révèle une couche importante et pratiquement pure de vésicules à la surface du sédiment.

Repair of the choroidal vasculature following laser photocoagulation in the rat was examined with vascular casts and correlated with observations on thin-sections. The regenerative process began at the periphery of the damaged area, starting from the surviving choriocapillaris and venules, and proceeding towards the center by means of recanalization of damaged vessels and growth of new ones. In small healed lesions the capillary bed was re-formed. It resembled the adjacent undamaged choriocapillaris morphologically but appeared to be less dense than the intact choriocapillaris when examined by scanning microscopy. In large lesions the capillary bed was re-formed at the periphery but not at the center. Also present at the edges of the large lesions were groups of new vessels which, when observed by scanning microscopy, appeared to extend in two directions; towards the subretinal space and towards the choroidal network. Another aspect of the repair process was the simultaneous occurrence of new vessel growth and capillary regression, which was observed both at the level of the choriocapillaris and at the foci of new vessels. 相似文献

Résumé Pendant l'hypoglycémie insulinique (4 U/100 g), le hamster maintenu a 19°C présente une augmentation de l'adrénaline et de la noradrénaline plasmatiques, ainsi qu'une réduction de ces deux catécholamines dans les surrénales. Maintenu à 26°C, l'hypoglycémie se produit aussi bien avec 4 U/100 g d'insuline mais il n'y a pas de changements de l'adrénaline et noradrénaline du plasma et des surrénales. Pour obtenir des modifications, il est nécessaire d'augmenter la dose d'insuline à 8 U/100 g. En conclusion, la température extérieure a une influence marquée sur la réponse médullo-surrénale de l'hypoglycémie insulinique. 相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die chemorezeptorischen Haare am Labellum vonPhormia regina wurden im Totalpräparat mit dem Elektronenmikroskop untersucht. Die Anzahl der Moleküle, die an der schwellenwertigen Stimulationsreaktion teilnehmen, wurde abgeschätzt. Summary Incorporation of 32P into adrenal mitochondrial phospholipids (PL) increased in ACTH-treated rats, but it decreased in diabetics, inspite of the fact that these animals showed adrenal overactivity. Since diabetics did not show increased 11 -hydroxylation, as opposed to ACTH-treated rats, it is suggested that the stimulation of this enzyme activity by exogenous ACTH is related to an increased turnover of PL at the mitochondrial membrane. This process is impaired in diabetics and prevents the stimulation of 11 -hydroxylation. 相似文献

Summary PGE2 (10–7 M) caused increased cAMP accumulation in 5 pheochromocytomas, while in 3 human adrenal medullae PGE2 caused a significant decrease of cAMP level on incubating slices in vitro.
