本文提出了一种带有等速运动的改进梯形加速运动规律,用于凸轮传动的剑杆运动。该运动规律可满足剑杆进、出梭口的时间以及进剑运动时间长短不等于退剑运动时间长短的要求。同时该运动规律可降低剑杆的最大加速度,并使跃度连续无突变,克服跃度为无穷大的现象。  相似文献

剑杆引纬,由于剑杆加速度峰值达几十个 g,不可避免地引起剑杆弹性振动。当剑尾以名义加速度(?)(t)运动时,剑杆纵向振动方程为:ρA[((?)~2u)/((?)t~2)+(?)(t)]=(?)/(?)x(EA((?)u)/((?)x))在现有设计及应用中,(?)(t)均满足展成收敛的傅氏级数条件。从而可应用谐波分析法研究剑杆强迫振动的解。本文假设剑杆为等截面直杆,按梯形加速度规律计算剑杆纵向振动对位移的影响,并给出杆内动态正应力的计算式,为剑杆的强度设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

LT102型剑杆织机是引进国外技术并在国内批量生产的廉价柔性剑杆织机。本文介绍了该机的特点;分析计算了剑头的位移、速度、加速度,并使用高速摄影机拍摄剑头运动,借助高速摄影胶片判读数据处理系统,得出剑头的位移、速度、加速度曲线,最后论述了剑带惯性拉直时期的定义及其重要意义,曲柄滑块机构的连杆时曲柄比值给予剑头运动的影响等重大问题。本文时剑杆织机的设计和分析具有普遍的参考价值。  相似文献

本文对动态综合时剑杆运动规律的选择问题作了讨论。分析了剑杆动态位移的三阶导数和四阶导数对引剑机构名义运动的不利影响,并提出了减小这种影响的措施;对现有的几种剑杆动态运动规律的加速度峰值以及位移对时间的三阶导数和四阶导数进行了比较。最后,本文提出了一种以五次多项式为过渡段的修正梯形加速度规律,该规律保证了剑杆动态位移的三阶导数和四阶导数不发生突变。  相似文献

For the purpose of obtaining satisfactory performance of the non-circular gear & crank-rocker & gear trains (NCCRG) weft insertion mechanism which was proposed in this paper,the ideal kinematic curve of this weft insertion mechanism was given,and the reverse solution models of this mechanism were established.A reverse design and simulation software was compiled based on Visual Basic 6.0 to obtain the mechanism parameters,including the pitch curves and tooth profiles of the non-circular gears.A test-bed of this mechanism was developed according to these parameters.The kinematic performance of this weft insertion mechanism was tested by high-speed video tape recorder with its corresponding video analytical software Blaster's MAS.And the test results were identical with the theoretical calculation.Compared with the conjugate cam weft insertion mechanism which is applied on TT96 rapier loom,under the condition of same weft insertion rate,the variation of acceleration of this mechanism is smaller.This novel weft insertion mechanism can meet the requirements of weft insertion on rapier looms with smooth and steady motion.  相似文献

A new type of rapier drive for flexible rapier loom through conjugate cams with five-bar linkage mechanism is raised and analyzed. Two designs suitable for the conversion of 1515-190.5 shuttle looms are given as examples. In this paper, a review of the shuttleless looms' development shows that three types of shuttleless looms: rapier, Jet and gripper projectile, are now equally matchable with each other. A prospect of the shuttleless loom's development is also dealt with. 作者申请的专利提出了用平带凸轮来传送剑杆(或剑带)往复运动,比积极式刚性共轭凸轮的制造要求较低,无磨损问题,且运转平稳无噪音,机械结构十分简单,适宜于改造有梭织机为简易式剑杆织机,便于推广。可是这种凸轮的设计计算方法,未见国内外文献有详细报导。本文通过理论推导,初步介绍了应如何根据给定的运动规律要求来进行这种平带凸轮设计计算的具体方法,包括作图法和解析法。这不仅适用于织机剑杆或剑带的传动,也可适用于其它机械往复运动的传动上,有一定的普遍意义,可以推广其应用范围。  相似文献

The analysis of improved system of the steel tape rapier loom is introducted. It shows the usefulness of a combined mechanism in this reformation. When the whole weaving machine is only changed a little, through the combined mechanism, the improved weaving machine can weave the fabrics with wider reed space. The combined mechanism of rapier drive system with a crank lever , which is driven by a differential gear train that is to meet the need of reed space widening, has its own key factor in this design. It is the eccentric distance "e" . Increasing the value of "e" is very helpful to increase the reed space of the looms.  相似文献

The motion laws for rapier weft insertion mechanism are analyzed. According to the special requirements on rapier loom's weft-insertion system for weaving three-dimensional( 3-D) fabric,a new rapier electronic weft-insertion system is presented. The design principle for 3-D loom's weft insertion system is introduced,including the design of the motion law of electronic weft-insertion system,the driving system's hardware configure,and its software's controlling principle. The weft insertion system is computer-controlled and servocylinder driven so as to control the rapier's movement to insert the weft into the multi-shed while 3-D weaving. This method greatly simplifies the weft-insertion system,achieves weft-insertion with variable travel,and improves the flexibility and reliability. The weft insertion system has been applied in a 3-D loom successfully.  相似文献
