研究了次黄嘌呤在铜电极上的电化学行为。实验发现,以1.96×10^-3 ̄4×10^-4mol·L^-1NaOH作支持电解质时,在-0.25 ̄-0.40V的电位范围内有一灵敏的阴极峰,它是吸附于铜电极表面的Hxa与Cu^+络合物的溶出伏安峰,在选择的实验条件下,峰高与Hxa的浓度在1.46×10^-6 ̄2×10^-3mol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检测限为5.6×10^-8mol·L^-  相似文献

提出用脱乙酰壳多糖化学修饰电极为工作电极,阳极溶出伏安法测定痕量钯。在pH=2的KCl-HCl底液中,+0.0V富集2min,以0.1V/s扫速阳极溶出,峰电位在0.67V(vs/SCE),Pd在0.075 ̄9.9mg/L范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993。在富集10min时,可检测1.5μg/L Pd,大大提高了测定灵敏度。样品测定结果满意。同时研究了该体系的电化学性质和电极  相似文献

利用玻碳镀金膜电极电位溶出分析法测定锗,在pH9.8的硼砂—氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,采用同步镀金膜,富集电位—1.30v(对Ag/AgCl),以溶液中溶解氧为氧化剂,在-0.20V和-0.85V处出现两个溶出信号,取-0.85V的溶出信号进行定量分析,锗的浓度在1.0×10 ̄-5~1.0×1.0 ̄-7mol/L范围内与溶出信号有良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10 ̄-8mol/L。该方法用于有机锗、康寿茶、蘑菇、牡蛎等样品分析,并用分光光度法作对照,标准回收率为95.8%~100.0%。  相似文献

制备了邻菲罗啉化学修饰碳糊电极,在含噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮的HAc-NaAc体系中,Co(Ⅱ)离子经化学富集在电极一须上形成三元络合物,采用2.5次微分伏安法测定痕量Co(Ⅱ)离子,Co(Ⅱ)浓度在8.0×10^-9~7.0×10^-7mol.L^-1范围内与阳极溶出峰峰高成良好的线性关系,检出限达1.2×10^-9mol.L^-1电极用于水样中钴的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

以尼古丁-硅钨酸作活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二(2—乙基己)酯作增塑剂,Ag/AgCl电极为内参比电极,构成PVC 膜尼古丁选择性电极。在20~55 ℃范围内,电极对1.0 m ol/L尼古丁溶液的响应电位随温度增加呈线性上升趋势,温度效应系数为1.05 m V/℃。当pH 为5~7 时,电极对8.0×10- 5~1.0×10- 1 m ol/L 的尼古丁标准溶液具有良好的能斯特响应,工作直线斜率为54 m V/pC。通过调节试液25 ℃时的pH 值在2.5~8.5 范围内变化,测量1.0×10- 3 m ol/L、1.0×10- 2 m ol/L、1.0×10- 1m ol/L 的尼古丁标准溶液的电位,绘制pH-m V 曲线并计算求得尼古丁在水溶液中的平均电离常数值。  相似文献

本文用8-羟基喹啉修饰的铅笔芯电极研究了铜的阶梯阳极溶出伏安特性,并将此法用于人发中微量铜的测定。实验指出,在此修饰电极上,铜的阶梯溶出峰有两个,1#峰电位在-0.03V,2#峰电位在0.27V处。同样的试液和条件下,1#峰总比2#峰的峰电流大。实验研究了测定铜的最佳条件,并测得铜的浓度在4.0×10-8~1.6×10-6mol·L-1范围内,1#峰的峰高与浓度呈良好的线性关系,最低检测限为2×10-8mol·L-1。2#峰高与铜的浓度在6.0×10-8~1.6×10-6mol·L-1范围内也有较好的线性关系,也可用于测定铜。本文还分析了铜在修饰电极上的反应机理  相似文献

介绍了一种曲马多PVC膜电极。该电极以曲马多——四苯硼缔合物为电活性物质,线性范围为4.0*10 ̄(-5)—4.0*10 ̄(-2)mol/L,检测下限为1.4*10 ̄(-5)mol/L,斜率为59.8mV/pc。电极在pH=3.0-7.0之间对曲马多的回收率为96.7%,电极被用于曲马多片剂和针剂中曲马多的含量测定,取得了较为满意的结果。  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
