水资源是西北干旱区经济发展的主要瓶颈,更是生态环境建设的关键性制约因素.本文以石羊河流域为例,从分析石羊河流域水资源开发利用现状及主要的水环境问题出发,得出石羊河流域生态环境建设必须要解决的问题是:农业结构调整、上下游之间用水矛盾的解决、大力改善水环境和加强生态建设;通过对石羊河流域水资源供需平衡与生态建设关系的分析得出该区生态环境建设必须以水资源合理利用为核心.  相似文献

石羊河流域位于河西走廊东部 ,水资源日益短缺 ,供需矛盾突出 ,地下水严重超采 ,生态环境日益恶化 ,水资源可持续利用呈现危机。文章通过对流域内水资源利用现状分析 ,阐述引起水资源短缺的主要是由于水资源开发利用管理粗放 ,节水意识淡薄 ,节水灌溉技术推广滞后等多种因素 ,水资源浪费严重所致。提出实现水资源可持续利用的几条途径 :推广地膜种植技术、调整农业种植结构、加强水资源管理监督机制 ,进行优化配水灌溉 ,建设全流域网络化管道输水系统、推广先进节水灌溉技术 ,建立节水农业模式 ,实现全流域水资源利用的可持续发展  相似文献

石羊河流域生态环境恶化问题已引起党和国家领导人的高度重视,温家宝总理亲自批示“:绝不让民勤成为第二个罗布泊”,要改善生态环境,首先必须解决水的问题,在跨流域调水工程近期不能实施的前提下,推广高新节水技术、实现全流域水资源统一管理、严格实行计划生育政策,对生态恶化的地区实行生态移民,减轻生态环境压力、人工绿洲区实行调整农作物结构,推广抗旱节水新品种、工业上大力发展循环经济,提高水资源的重复利用率等措施是改善石羊河流域生态环境的正确途径。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
