对直径为40 μm,长为5 cm的褪膜玻璃包裹钴基(Co69.20Fe4.16 Si12.35B10.77 Cr3.42 Mo0.1)非晶丝进行电流退火和电流应力退火,研究了退火对巨磁阻抗效应的影响.结果发现,随着退火电流密度和外加应力的增大,丝的磁阻抗变化对外加磁场的敏感度先增大后减小,在20 A/mm2和90 MPa的退火条件下,灵敏度最高,可达1%/( A·m-1).以上述条件退火,敏感度最高可达19%/( A·m-1).  相似文献

Solar ultraviolet radiation B (UVB) is known to have inhibitive effects on phytoplankton photosynthesis. UVB light decreases rapidly with increasing depth in the water column and exerts different degrees of UVB inhibitive effects on phytoplankton photosynthesis. In this study, the objectives were to quantify effects of UVB on phytoplankton photosynthesis and quantum yield, and to examine UVB effects on phytoplankton photosynthesis when light varies. The insitu experiments were conducted in Da Ya Bay, which is a semienclosed area in the subtropical South China. The results showed a significant reduction of photosynthetic rates and quantum yield in the presence of UVB. Maximum photosynthetic rates (Pmax) and maximum quantum yield (Φmax) were 11%-22% and 17%-49% less under solar radiation with UVB than without UVB. A simplified model was developed to describe the UVB biologically effective fluence rate (E*inh) as an exponential decay function of depth. Light-shift experiments, in which water samples from the surface and at depth of 4 m were divided into several subsamples, and each subsamples were then incubated at different depths with and without UVB in the water column, showed that phytoplankton from the deeper water (4 m) had more inhibitive rates by UVB than that from the surface when exposed to the same light condition.  相似文献

Photovoltaic properties of photodiodes based on nano-TiO2 and poly[2-methoxy,5-(2'-ethlhexyloxy)-p-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) composites are investigated. By comparing composite devices with the same weight of TiO2 (nanoparticles and nanotubes):MEH-PPV, it was found that the device with TiO2 nanotubes exhibited better performance. By further optimizing the weight radio of TiO2 nanotubes: MEH-PPV, we gained the device with a short circuit current density of 9.27μA/cm^2 with a light intensity of 16.7mW/cm^2 at the 500 nm wavelength, the highest open-circuit voltage of 1.1V, and a photosensitivity of 332 at reverse bias of -0.6V. The photosensitivity is improved by a factor of 33 compared with the undoped MEH-PPV device.  相似文献

The Eu, Tb co-doped SiO2 matrix tricolor fluorescence system was prepared by sol-gel technique. Red emission at 618 nm, green emission at 543 nm and blue emission at 350-500 nm were observed in the PL spectra of the sample, indicating that Eu^3+, Eu^2+ and Tb^3+ ions coexisted in the matrix. In the co-doped sample, the blue emission of Eu^2+ was much stronger than that of the sample single doped with Eu, which implied that the electron transfer between Eu^3+ and Tb^3+ maybe happened in the SiO2 matrix. The influences of the annealing temperature and Tb concentration on the PL spectra of the samples were investigated. The optimal doped concentration of Tb was determined to be 0.2% and the optimal annealing temperature 850℃. Annealed at 600℃, Tb^3+ had a sensitizing effect on Eu^3+ in the SiO2 matrix, and the emission intensity of Eu^3+ in the Eu, Tb co-doped sample was more than four times that of the single doped sample, which could be attributed to the energy transfer from Tb^3+ to Eu^3+.  相似文献

Activated by methylaluminoxane, mononuclear bis(hydroxyindanone-iminate)nickel complexes Ni[ArN=CC2H3(CH3)C6H2(R)O]2 (Ar = 2,6-i-Pr2C6H3, R=Me(1), R=CI(2), and R=H(3)) showed good activity for the styrene polymerization. The effect of many reaction parameters including the AI/Ni ratio, temperature, and reaction time on catalytic activities of catalytic systems and the molecular weights of the obrained polystyrene was ascertained. The highest activity of 1.34×10^5g(PS)·mol^-1(Ni)·h^-1 was obtained under the optimum reaction condition. The ^13C NMR spectra of the polymers revealed that the polymer was isotactic-rich atactic polystyrene. And the coordination mechanism was confirmed by the analyses of the polymer chain end-groups.  相似文献

Large-scale tetrapod-like ZnO nanostructures have been synthesized using a thermal chemical vapor deposition method on a silicon substrate. The high-purity nanotetrapods show sharp tips geometry with a wurtzite structure. The field emission properties of the uniform ZnO nanostructural material are investigated at different anode-cathode distances. The turn-on field for the ZnO nanotetrapods is found to be about 3.7 V/μm at a current density of 1 μA/cm^2. The field emission behavior obeys Fowler-Nordheim relationship. More importantly, the field emission properties are improved after annearing in hydrogen, and therefore high emission current and low turn-on field are obtained. These results indicate that tetrapod-like ZnO nanostructures are a promising candidate for cold cathode emitters.  相似文献

The most reactive hydroxyl radical (OH) was generated by electrochemical approach with safe water as the complete atom source. The direct evidence for OH formation was obtained by electron spin resonance method. The powerful OH electrochemically generated could effectively degrade organic pollutants and reduce the toxicity of wastewater. Electrochemical disinfection by OH was considerably efficient even without the aid of active chlorine. Bacteria inactivation of 99.99% was achieved for contact time of 30 min and current density of 5 mA·cm^-2, In comparison with active chlorine, OH is rather attractive as a promising environmentally benign disinfectant and opens a new route for microbial inactivation.  相似文献

在Fe36 Co36 Nb4 Si4.8 B19.2非晶合金中发现明显巨磁阻抗效应,最大磁阻比达到35.9%,并利用直流电流退火对样品进行热处理.实验表明:电流密度为35A/mm^2时退火600s灵敏度得到大幅提高,达到0.0067/(A·m^-1);适当大小的张应力电流退火有效地提高了磁阻比幅度.  相似文献

The strong electric and magnetic coupled novel HTSC (high temperature superconductor) open-loop microstrip resonators are studied in this report and the traditional structure of open-loop resonators is improved. A miniature wide-band HTSC bandpass filter is developed by the novel structure, which is fabricated on YBCO/LaAIO3/YBCO substrate with dimensions of 14.8×9.6 mm^2. This filter is tested at 77 K, and the specifications are that the center frequency is 2230 MHz, the bandwidth is 455 MHz, and the best insertion loss is 0.14 dB in passband.  相似文献

Degenerate four-wave mixing measurements, using the 35 ps pulses at 532 nm, have been employed to investigate the third-order nonlinear optical parameters of two chromium tricarbonyl complexes η6-bonded to 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole at either the NH2-substituted aryl ring (1) or the unsubstituted ring (2) and their precursor 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole (AECz). The second-order hyperpolarizability y of the compounds 1 and 2 were found to be 42.9×10^-31 and 35.9×10^-31 esu, respectively, approximately one order of magnitude greater than AECz. The relation between the molecular structure and second-order hyperpolarizability of the compounds I and 2 was explored in detail based on the three-level model and the density functional theory (DFT) calculation. The theoretical results indicate that the spatial distribution of electron density has the profound role in the third-order nonlinear optical properties.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the mathematical relation determined by the basic physical constant between three types of quarks and the masses of leptons with charges in detail. First, by further theoretical analysis, we wonderfully see that the result got from the mass empirical formula of quark and charged lepton is identical with the data received by theoretical estimating from the gauge field theory. Second, we also gladly see that the result got from quark and lepton (with charges) mass empirical formula is completely accordant with experiment data. These mass formulas reveal the essential relation between me, mμ, mτ and mq. At the same time, the empirical formula may also derive the mass formula of neutrinos. As to the mass of neutrinos, at present we only know the square difference of its mass, and so this is meaningful to theoretically estimating the mass.  相似文献

A series of homopolymers, poly[(4-(benzoxazole-2-yl)phenyl)methyl methacrylate] (NAPH-PMABEs) containing benzoxazole side chain and 1,8-naphthalimide end group, were prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and end-group modification. The structure of NAPH-PMABE was characterized by GPC, 1H-NMR and UV-vis spectra. The polymer has good solubility in common organic solvents, such as dichloromethane (CH2Cl2), tetrahydrofuran (THF), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), chloroform (CHCl3), acetone and toluene. The optical properties of NAPH-PMABE were investigated. Results show that NAPH-PMABE has a composite emission spectrum comprising an ultraviolet component originating from benzoxazole side chains and a green component originating from 1,8-naphthalimide end group in both solution and film. The intensity of the two emission bands can be easily tuned by changing molecular weight. A novel advanced oxidation process——wet electrocatalytic oxidation (WEO) was studied with p-nitrophenol as model pollutant and β-PbO2 electrode as the anode. Compared with the effect of the individual wet air oxidation (WAO) and electrochemical oxidation (EO), the effect of WEO showed syn- ergistic effect on COD removal under the conditions of temperature 160℃, C=1000 mg·L-1, PN2=0.50 MPa, PO2=0.9 MPa, current density = 3 mA·cm-2, Na2SO4 3 g·L-1. And the synergistic factor got the best value of 0.98 within 120 min after 180 min treatment. The synergistic factor was studied after 120 min treatment at 100℃, 120℃, 140℃ and 160℃, and the effect of 120℃ was the best with the value of 1.26. Possible mechanism for the synergistic effect was discussed based on the analysis of free-radical generation and intermediates detected by HPLC and GC/MS.  相似文献

Existing cotton EST-SSR markers are mostly derived from Gossypium arboreum and Gossypium hir-sutum, but EST-SSR markers from Gossypium barbadense are scarce. One hundred and nineteen EST-SSRs were developed based on 98 unique ESTs from a cDNA library constructed in our laboratory using developing fibers from G. barbadense cv. Pima3-79. Among the SSRs, trinucleotide AAG appeared at a high frequency of 11.76%. 36 accessions (consisting of 13 diploids of the A genome, 11 diploids of the D genome and 12 allotetraploids of the AD genome) were employed to test new EST-SSRs. 76 EST-SSRs were successfully amplified, and 313 polymorphic fragments were yielded, with an average of 4.11 fragments per primer pair. The PIC ranged from 0.17 to 0.95 with an average of 0.53. Based on Jaccard’s genetic similarity coefficient, these 36 accessions were clustered into three groups. 21 EST-SSRs exhibited polymorphisms in BC1 population ((Emian22 × Pima3-79) × Emian22), 24 polymor- phic loci were generated, while 22 of the 24 polymorphic loci were integrated with our interspecific BC1 backbone genetic linkage map, and anchored in 12 chromosomes. This study effectively proved that EST-SSRs from G. barbadense are valuable for genetic diversity analysis and genetic mapping.  相似文献

High-reproducibility silicalite-1 membranes were synthesized on silica tubes by in-situ hydrothermal synthesis, and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) of average separation factor for eight membranes was only 7.5%. By using an effective method called "solution-filling (SF)", the average flux of membranes prepared with SF method was improved by about 49% compared to membranes prepared without SF method, and the highest flux of membrane prepared with SF method towards ethanol/H2O mixture at 80℃ was 1.49 kg/(m^2·h). Pervaporation experiments showed that the fluxes of silicalite-1 membranes at 60℃ were 2.63, 0.87, 0.24, and 0.20 kg/(m^2·h) towards methanol/H2O, ethanol/H=O, 2-propanol/H2O, and 1-propanol/H2O mixtures, respectively, and the corresponding separation factors were 22, 69, 81, and 159, respectively.  相似文献

In this paper, we calculate the ionospheric global electron content (GEC) from the GPS TEC data along the geographic longitude 120°E during the period of 1996-2004, and investigate the relationship between GEC and 10.7 cm solar radio flux F10.7 and its seasonal dependence with partial correlation analysis. Our results show that GEC is closely correlated with solar activity index F10.7 and is also related with annual and semiannual variations. An empirical GEC model driven by those factors is then to examine the influences of different solar activity proxies for the model input. The results suggest that GEC mainly depends on solar activity and the seasonal variations; the latter is also modulated by solar activity. Furthermore, the magnitude of semiannual variation is a little greater than that of annual variation. Our empirical GEC model is proved to be better than the model proposed by Afraimovich et al.  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) was prepared and the determination of ultra trace amount of zirconium based on the anodic adsorptive voltammetry of the zirconium-calcium-alizarin red S mix-polynuclear complex is described in this paper for the first time. The results showed that the sensitivity and the selectivity of the method are excellent. The second derivative linear scan voltammograms of the complex were recorded by polarographic analyzer from 200 to 1200 mV (vs. SCE) and it was found that the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the electrode, yielding a peak at about 840 mV, corresponding to the oxidation of ARS in the complex. The peak current increases linearly with Zr (IV) concentration in the range of 6.0×10^-12--6.0×10^-11 mol. L^-1 (accumulation time 120 s), 6.0×10^-11--2.0×10^-9 mol. L-1 (accumulation time 90 s) and 2.0×10^-9--1.0×10^-7 mol. L^-1 (accumulation time 60 s) and the detection limit (S/N = 3) is 2.0×10^-12 mol. L^-1 (accumulation time 180 s). The procedure has been successfully applied to the determination of zirconium in the ore samples.  相似文献

Based on the data of δ^18O in precipitation during the period of April 2006 through May 2007 in the upper catchment of the main stream of the Heihe River in the Qilian Mountains, we found that there existed an evident altitude effect on δ^18O in precipitation, and the δ^18O-altitude gradient was -0.18‰/100 m. When δ^18O in river water at the outlet of the mountainous drainage area of the main stream of the Heihe River was combined with the δ^18O-altitude relation, it was realized that the mountainous runoff was generated mostly at high altitudes. Using two component models, we revealed that 80.2% of the annual total mountainous runoff amount was generated at the alpine permafrost-snow-ice zone with an altitude of above 3600 m a.s.I.  相似文献

With water vapor as the radical source, hydroxyl radicals (. OH) of strong oxidation property were formed by corona discharge, which was directly detected by electron spin resonance (ESR) technology. These · OH could efficiently degrade gaseous organic pollutants so as to reduce the toxicity of waste gas. The experimental result of toluene degradation under DC corona discharge showed that the degradation efficiency of toluene was nearly 100% in the medium of air containing saturated water vapor under the condition that interelectrode voltage was 20 kV, discharge current was 0.1 mA, reaction time was 120 s and initial concentration of toluene was 168 mg/m^3, respeUvely. Seven intermediate products of toluene oxidation dissolving in liquid phase were also determined. The empolyment of environmental friendly - OH provides a new approach for the removal of gas pollutants.  相似文献
