"万里模式"的成因及发展与完善

本章论述了“万里模式”生成的背景与大气候,指出“万里模式”成因于浙江的高教 后发优势、高教体制改革预留的空间及创业者自觉的实践行动。通过市场经济规律与高等教育规律联结点与国家、集体、个人三者利益的最佳结合点的寻求这样两个物例,说明“万里模式”的不断发展和完善。

通过深入学习、研究“万里模式”,在理论与实践的结合上提出了创新的精神（理念）文化是“万里模式”的坚强支柱;创新的制度文化是“万里模式”的发展保证;创新的机制是“万里模式”的核心功能;创新的办学特色是“万里模式”的生存基础。     

浅析高校"体教结合"模式

“体教结合”是我国竞技体育人才培养的一种探索,它是将“体育与教育”有机结合起来的一种体育人才培养方式,符合社会的发展与需求。经过近20年的探索与研究。“体教结合”工作在高校已初见成效,但作为体育大国,教育资源落后,经济欠发达等一系列原因。“体教结合”在我国还不能象西方发达国家那样发展。本文采用资料法,网上查阅相关资料,调查访问等科学研究发法对高校的“体教结合”培养体育人才体制进行探讨与分析。认为“体教结合”符合我国现有的发展现状,适应中国国情,是中国优秀体育人才培养的新的选择,符合中国高校发展的需要,但作为起步晚,起点低的中国高校“体教结合”模式,现在仍在探索发展中,“体教结合”模式在高校的发展中还有许多矛盾与困难,如何使“体教结合”在高校快速发展起来,本文提供相应意见和建议。希望对加快我国高校现有“体教结合”优秀体育人才的培养体制改革。

高校就业率"注水" 反映教育体制困境

教育部有关负责人日前表示,教育部正在建立就业率举报制度,对就业率作假者实行“一票否决”,以防个别高校就业率“注水”。据经济参考报报道,有专家指出,现有高校培养模式与社会市场需求脱节,毕业生就业不充分,毕业生就业率又是教育管理部门评价和考核高校的重要指标,于是出现了学校既当“裁判员”又当“运动员”的现象。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
